Donation Requests


 
The Louisville Bats are committed to the community and actively work with several non-profit organizations each and every season. Donations are made in the form of tickets and various merchandise items. Due to the volume of requests, we require that all organizations adhere to the following guidelines:
  • All requests must be made on official letterhead
  • All requests must be submitted at least four (4) weeks prior to your event date
  • Requests should be limited to one (1) per calendar year
  • Donations will only be provided to organizations within a 60 mile radius of Louisville Slugger Field
  • When submitting your request you must include:
    • Organization involved
    • Date of the fundraiser/event
    • Type of fundraiser
    • Contact name and information
    • Address in which the donation should be sent

ALL DONATION REQUESTS MUST BE MADE USING THE ONLINE DONATION REQUEST FORM BELOW. Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation. No monetary donations will be given.

Please fill out all fields below. You must attach a letter on official letterhead. After you have submitted your information a Bats representative will review your request.
