The Indians' Speakers Bureau is led by longtime Voice of the Indians, Howard Kellman, and presentations are available for groups of 25 or more meeting in Marion and surrounding counties. Howard Kellman started broadcasting Indians games in 1974 and is head of the Speakers Bureau. He has called more than 5,700 games, watched more than a million pitches, and seen more than 300,000 outs recorded. Kellman, who was named Indiana Sportscaster of the Year in 2002, was inducted into the Indiana Sportswriters & Sportscasters Hall of Fame (2009) and the Indiana Broadcast Pioneers Hall of Fame (2015).
