Fan Guide

Accessible Parking
The Indianapolis Indians offer 47 handicap accessible parking spaces for home games. The cost is $5.00 per space. They are on a first-come-first-serve basis and are available four hours before game time and typically sell-out quickly.

Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available at all price levels. A total of 131 accessible spaces are available

Advance Ticket Window
Located behind section 108 on the main concourse, you may purchase tickets to another Indians Game, exchange tickets for the current game, resolve ticketing questions or concerns or sign your child up for the Knot Hole Kids Club. This window is open from the time the gates open to the conclusion of the game.

Only properly identified service animals are permitted into Victory Field®.

Assistive Listening Devices
Hearing impaired fans may request an assistive listening device at the Victory Field® Guest Relations Desk behind Section 109.

Victory Field® has three permanent ATM's. Two are located on the concourse behind Section 112(home plate), and one is located behind Section 108(3rd Base)next to the Hot Corner Gift Shop. A fourth ATM is located in the Center Field Plaza, weather permitting.

Fans may seek autographs on the outfield side of both dugouts (Sections 107 & 117) from the time the gates open until 30 minutes prior to game time. Please do not ask players for autographs during the game as they are not permitted to sign them.

Baby Changing Stations
Baby Changing Stations can be found in ALL restrooms at Victory Field.  Also see Family Restrooms and Restrooms.

Banners & Signs
Banners and signs are not allowed to be carried or displayed during play as they will obstruct the view of other fans.

Bike Racks
Fans riding a bicycle to the ballpark can find bike racks located just outside the Centerfield Gates. Bikes are not permitted inside Victory Field.

One of the many great things about Victory Field is experiencing Baseball Up Close. We ask that fans please refrain from asking players in the bullpens for autographs, baseballs, heckling, etc.

Buses & RV's
Due to space limitations and safety concerns, fan buses and RVs are not allowed to park in the Victory Field® parking lot.  Buses may drop off outside of the Right Field Gate on West Street.  Bus parking can be found at the Indianapolis Zoo.

Bus Parking
Buses may drop patrons off by the Right Field gate and park at the Indianapolis Zoo. There is no charge for buses to park at the Zoo, with the exception of Baseball In Education games.

Business Day Games
The Indianapolis Indians offer a convenient option on our Business Day Specials. Starting 90 minutes before the game until 30 minutes after the game, fans can park at Lucas Oil Stadium in Gate 1 off Missouri St. for $5 and ride a complementary shuttle to the ballpark.

Camera & Video Equipment
Cameras and video equipment are permitted. Fans may not reproduce the game or interfere with other fans' enjoyment of the game.

Center Field Plaza Entertainment
Victory Field offers several fun and exciting games in our Center Field Plaza area.  You can win prizes at teh Speed Pitch, Rowdie's Water Gun Fun, Indians Prize Wheel and the Home Run Bounce.

Coolers & Containers
Coolers and other carry-in containers are permitted in the lawn area only and must be less than 18" in length. Coolers larger than 18" will NOT be permitted and must be returned to the owner's vehicle.  Fans with coolers must enter through the designated Cooler Check Gates in center field or right-center field. Alcoholic beverages and glass containers of any kind are not permitted.

Fans wishing to leave the lawn area may check their coolers with personnel stationed at the left and right field corners as you exit the lawn towards the concourse. No coolers, beverage containers or food shall be permitted into the seating bowl, with the exception of those used for infant feeding or medical purposes.

Coors Light Designated Driver Booth
The Indianapolis Indians want everyone to get home safely.  Fans may go to the Coors Light Designated Driver Table located behind Section 114 and receive a complimentary soft drink if they are the designated driver for their group.  (Must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license.)

Family Restrooms
Family restrooms are available behind Sections 110 and 117.

Fan Behavior
Fans behaving in an inappropriate manner may be subject to ejection. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, offensive or abusive language, throwing objects onto the field and any behavior that interferes with other fans enjoyment of the game. Clothing that is offensive or abusive is not permitted. Those wearing such clothing will be asked to remove it or turn it inside out or will be subject to ejection.

Field Access
Only authorized personnel are allowed on the field. All violators are subject to ejection and prosecution.

First Aid
First Aid is located in the concourse behind Section 110. A Paramedic/EMT is on duty at every game. Medical supplies such as aspirin may be purchased from the vending machines located on the concourse by the Hot Corner Gift Shop and behind Section 114. Red Cross volunteers are also stationed around the ballpark in case of an emergency.

Flex Plans
With your Flex Plan, you have 20 tickets you can use for any game in any combination.  Take in 20 games alone or take up to 19 friends to one game.  Flex Plan tickets are good for the entire season, so you are in control of your own schedule. Flex Plans are perfect for employee or client incentives and a perfect complement to your child's Knot Hole Kids Club membership.

Food & Concessions
Victory Field® features seven concession areas and up to five portable food service locations.  Your choices include freshly grilled hot dogs, pizza burritos, nachos and other traditional ballpark fare. Ice cream is served at two locations, behind Section 106 and in the Center Field Plaza. Fans may bring their own food into the lawn area only (see Coolers & Containers).

Friday Night Fireworks
Start your weekend with a BANG! Enjoy Fireworks after every Friday home game this season.

Fundraising Opportunities
Youth programs, schools, and other non-profit organizations may raise money by operating a concession stand at an Indians game. For more information please contact Chris Scherrer at or call the ARAMARK office at (317) 693-0329.

Gates Open
Gates typically open 90 minutes prior to game time.

Gift Shops
The Hot Corner Gift Shop is located on the 3rd base side of the concourse.  On game days, the Gift Shop opens at 9 a.m. and remains open until the last fan leaves the ballpark. The Big League Shop is located behind Section 116 and features a wide selection of official Major League team merchandise.

The Hot Corner Gift Shop is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday.  Saturday hours (in-season) are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  You can also shop online at

Guest Relations Desk
The Guest Relations Desk is located in the Suite Lobby behind Section 109.  Fans may obtain assistance, offer suggestions and claim prizes given away during the game. The Guest Relations Desk is open from the time the gates open until the end of the game.

Groups of 25 or more enjoy a discount on Indians tickets. Box seats are $12 and reserved seats are $8 and Lawn Seats are $7. Groups of 100 or more receive an additional $1 discount. For more information call the Victory Field Box Office at (317) 269-3545.

Ivy Tech Community College Lawn Area
Fans are welcome to bring blankets and coolers into the Ivy Tech Community College Lawn Seating Area (see Coolers & Containers). Chairs, sun umbrellas, carts and balloons are not permitted and will need to be returned to the owner's vehicle. Fans are not to loiter around or enter the "batter's eye" (pine tree area) as it may interfere with the play on the field.

Knot Hole Kids Club Presented by Community Health and WISH-TV
Tthe Indianapolis Indians Knot Hole Kids Club offers kids ages 14 and under the opportunity to attend all 72 Indians home games for just $15. In addition, members receive an Indians Knot Hold Kids Club T-shirt and may run the bases after every Sunday game (weather permitting). Sign your child up on-line at or at the Victory Field Box Office.

Lost and Found
Lost and Found items may be turned in or claimed at the Guest Relations Desk located in the Suite Lobby behind Section 109. Items not claimed within 7 days will be donated to charity.

Mini Plans

Monday Dollar Menu
Hot dogs, Cracker Jack, popcorn, chips and peanuts are only $1 each every Monday home game.

Objects Leaving the Field of Play
Fans are invited to keep any ball thrown or hit into the stands. Any bat that enters the stands must be returned to the field and a replacement bat will be issued. BE AWARE AT ALL TIMES OF OBJECTS LEAVING THE FIELD OF PLAY.

Over 6,400 parking spaces are located within seven blocks of Victory Field. The Government Center Garage(evenings and weekends only), on the northeast corner of West and Maryland streets, holds 2,900 cars and costs $5. Parking is also available at the Indiana State Museum, Eiteljorg Museum, White River State Park, Indianapolis Zoo and Diamond Chain off Kentucky Ave, all for $5 on most game days.

Parking Shuttle
The Indianapolis Indians offer a convenient option on our Business Day Specials. Starting 90 minutes before the game until 30 minutes after the game, fans can park at Lucas Oil Stadium in Gate 1 off of Missouri St. for $5 and ride a complementary shuttle to the ballpark.

Rain Outs, Postponements & Refunds
In the event 5 innings of one game are not completed, except when the Indians are in the lead at the end of 4 1/2 innings, your ticket is good for any 2011 regular season game. Your ticket may be exchanged at the Victory Field Box Office for a ticket of equal value, subject to availability. There will be no refunds issued.

Restrooms are located near the Center Field entrance and throughout the concourse. All restrooms feature baby changing stations and are wheelchair accessible (see also Family Restrooms).

Rowdie, the Indians mascot, is a popular guest at churches, civic organizations, and parties. To schedule an appearance by Rowdie, please call (317) 269.3542. Rowdie will typically sign autographs during an announced inning of each game.

Birthday Bash
Take the hassle out of planning a birthday party with the Indians Birthday Bash. Each Birthday Bash ticket includes a Box Seat Ticket, and Indians souvenir item and a Dippin' Dots treat voucher. Plus, the birthday honoree receives a $15 Hot Corner Gift Shop gift certificate, a birthday card signed by an Indians Player and a special visit from Rowdie during the game. Package is $18 per person with an 8-person minimum to order.

Scoreboard Messages
The Indians and Eli Lilly and Company encourage fans to make a charitable contribution when requesting birthday and anniversary wishes to run on the scoreboard during Indians games at Victory Field.  For each dollar donated by Indians fans this season, Lilly will match with a donation of their own.  100% of the donations collected as a part of this program will be donated to Make-A-Wish Indiana.

Birthday and anniversary announcements are run once each game on the right field electronic matrix board. To request a scoreboard announcement complete the form on at least 24 hours prior to the start of the game you wish the message to run.  You must be at least 18 years old to submit a scoreboard message.

Season Tickets
Full season ticket holders enjoy the same great seats to all 72 games including 12 Friday Night Fireworks, eight Souvenir Sundays and more at a discount of nearly 45% off the regular gate price.

Half season ticket packages continue to be the best entertainment value in town.  Enjoy 36 select home games throughout the season and you'll enjoy many of the same great benefits as full season ticket holders while saving nearly 20% off the regular gate price.

Season Ticket Exchange Policy
Any unused season ticket may be exchanges at the Victory Field Box Office for a reserved or lawn ticket to any Monday-Thursday home game during the 2011 regular season.

Security Procedures
All fans will be subject to inspection upon entering Victory Field®. All coolers, containers, large bags, backpacks, camera bags, purses, etc. will be inspected upon entry into the ballpark. Coolers and food must enter through the designated gates in Center or Right Center Field. Glass, alcohol, weapons, balloons, horns, laser pointers, and other missile-like objects will not be permitted into Victory Field®. For the comfort and security of all our guests, Indians management reserves the right to not allow hazardous or disruptive items (i.e. healies, obtrusive noise makers, etc.) into Victory Field®.

Single Game Tickets
Single Game tickets will go on sale beginning March 1st. Tickets can be purchased at the Victory Field Box Office, online at or by calling Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000

Smoking Policy
Victory Field® is a smoke-free facility. Fans wishing to smoke must have their tickets scanned at the gates in Right-Center Field, Right Field or Third Base. For re-entry into the ballpark, fans must present their ticket and have the ticket re-scanned for re-entry.

Souvenir Sundays
Arrive early, the first 2,500 fans into Victory Field every Sunday home game receive a free souvenir item.

Speakers Bureau
The Indians Speakers Bureau makes presentations to church, civic, recreation and neighborhood groups. To schedule a member of the Speakers Bureau, call (317) 269-3542.

Zooper Zaturdays
At every Saturday home game the Indians welcome different performers to entertain fans of all ages.

Stadium Rental
Victory Field serves as the host for several charity walks, weddings, trade shows, meetings, etc.  If you are interested in renting an area of Victory Field on a non-game day, call 317-269-3542 for more information.

Strollers and Wagons
Victory Field® welcomes fans that bring and utilize their own strollers/wagons; however, the use of strollers/wagons should not in any way inhibit general fan movement or block any aisle ways. Strollers/wagons are subject to search by security.

Suite Level
Fans with suite level tickets may access their seats via the elevator located in the suite lobby behind section 109.

Suite Level Entertainment
Suite Level at Victory Field gives fans a different and unique ballpark experience.  Enjoy a buffet dinner with friends, family, clients or co-workers while watching great baseball with a spectacular view of the downtown sky-line. Check out special April discount where prices begin at just $780.

A pay phone is located behind Section 108 and is wheelchair accessible.

Tribe Tokens
Tribe Tokens are the perfect compliment to your season ticket plan or group outing. Tokens are a convenient way to provide yourself, friends, family, and clients with a memorable Victory Field® experience. Tokens may be used just like cash anywhere in the ballpark for tickets, merchandise, and concessions and are valid throughout the 2011 season. Tokens are available in $5 increments and may be purchased at the Victory Field® Box Office.

Victory Field Box Office
The Box Office is located on the west side of the ballpark and is open on non-game days Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Gameday hours are Monday through Friday are 8 a.m. until the conclusion of the game, Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to the conclusion of the game.

The Center Field Box Office is located at the corner of West and Maryland Street and is open 90 minutes prior to game time and closes 90 minutes after the game starts.

Will Call
Ticketmaster Will Call:
Fans who purchased their tickets through Ticketmaster may pick up their tickets the day of the game at any open Victory Field Box Office Window.

Tickets that were left for an individual by Indians staff, team personnel or other individuals may be picked up at the Will Call Window located on the west side of the ballpark.  These windows open 90 minutes prior to game time.
