ATM
An automated teller machine is located to the right of the Customer Service Booth on the 2nd level main concourse area.

CUSTOMER SERVICE BOOTH
The Customer Service Booth is located in the 2nd level, main concourse area behind home plate. Please direct all inquiries to the Customer Service Booth, including lost and found items, lost and found children, lucky number prize redemptions, advance ticket purchases, promotion sign-ins or to ask any questions that may arise while visiting the ballpark.

CONCESSIONS AND CATERING
Messina's Inc. is the official concessionaire and caterer for the New Orleans Zephyrs and they offer a wide range of concession items ranging from traditional ballpark staples such as hot dogs, corn dogs, hamburgers, chicken tenders, nachos with cheese and popcorn to the more extravagant foods such as our new Mexican Food Stand featuring cheese enchiladas, tri-color supreme nachos as well as bar-b-que pork and beef, pig nachos and a wide variety of other treats to eat.

EMERGENCIES
Report emergencies to any Zephyrs' usher, security police officer or to the Customer Service Booth.

ELEVATORS
For the convenience of our skybox patrons and our guests with disabilities, Zephyr Field has elevators located inside the main lobby at Gate 3 and also near Gate 1 along left-field.

FAN CONDUCT
Anyone trespassing on the field, throwing anything onto the field, using abusive and/or obscene language, or those deemed intoxicated will be subject to ejection and/or prosecution. If you witness a violation of any of these policies, please contact any Zephyrs employee, security officer or the Customer Service Booth.

FIRST AID
Medical care is available at the Customer Service Booth.

FOUL BALL ALERT
Please be aware that the ball can be hit into the seating area. Stay alert anytime you are in the seating area. If you catch a foul ball, please feel free to keep it! Also, be on the lookout, as bats are sometimes inadvertently tossed into the stands.

LOST AND FOUND
You may inquire about lost items or turn in found items at the Customer Service Booth.

PAGING
The Zephyrs will utilize the public address paging service only in cases of extreme emergency. For emergency assistance, please report to the Customer Service Booth.

PARKING
Parking is $5 per car and $10 per bus or oversized vehicle. Parking attendants will be on duty at least 2½ hours prior to the start of every game to collect money and assist fans with any parking needs. Season ticket holders with two season tickets get one free parking pass per every two season tickets purchased. Season parking passes can be obtained for a discounted rate of $125 per pass by calling 734-5155.

RADIO
All 144 New Orleans Zephyrs baseball games will be carried on the Zephyrs flagship station, WMTI 106.1 FM.

RE-ENTRY POLICY
If you need to leave the stadium and wish to return, please keep your ticket stub and inform the gate supervisor that you will be re-entering the stadium.

RESTROOMS
There are restrooms in marked locations throughout the concourse.

SECURITY
There are uniformed police officers stationed inside and outside the ballpark from the time the gates open until they close. They are available for your assistance if needed.

SMOKING
Zephyr Field is a non-smoking facility. Patrons who wish to smoke must do so outside of the ballpark.

SOUVENIR STANDS
You can get all the Zephyrs merchandising at The Strike Zone, located by the main 2nd level concourse entrance.

TELEVISION
A select number of Zephyrs games are televised on Cox Sports Television (CST) Channel 37.

USHERS
Ushers are located throughout the ballpark and are identifiable by their teal staff shirts. They will assist you with seating or they can help with any other questions or concerns including abusive fan behavior.
