The following is a list of answers to frequently asked questions about Werner Park, listed from A to Z.

ADVANCE TICKET WINDOW
During games, fans can purchase tickets for future games at the Advance Ticket window. This window is located behind section 114 and is open from gate opening until the end of the game.
ALCOHOL & DRUGS
Anyone drinking alcohol under the legal age, using illegal drugs, or breaking any other laws will be subject to immediate removal from Werner Park and will be reported to proper authorities. Any fan perceived to be in an intoxicated or impaired state may be denied admission.
No pets will be allowed entry into Werner Park, except service animals and during specific events that have been designated as pet-friendly by Omaha Storm Chasers management.
ATLAS MEDSTAFF AUTOGRAPH BRIDGE
The Atlas Medstaff Autograph Bridge is located in left field near the Home Run Porch. Fans are encouraged to seek autographs in this area to avoid clogging seating areas. Players are NOT allowed to sign autographs during the games. Players are able to sign autographs before and after games but it is up to their discretion. Staff and coaches are not able to help in any way in getting players to sign autographs. It is the fan's responsibility to provide a marker/pen for the player to use and the item to be autographed. It is recommended that fans wait for autographs before the game.
There are two Pinnacle Bank ATMs located inside Werner Park. The ATMs are located near the restrooms behind section 120 and the restrooms behind section 111.
BABY CHANGING AREAS
Baby changing tables are located in all restrooms at Werner Park.
All bags brought into Werner Park are subject to search before entering the ballpark. No large bags (OVER 16" x 16" x 8") will be allowed into Werner Park.
BANNERS AND SIGNS
Fans are allowed to bring small banners and signs as long as they are not offensive and do not obstruct the view of other fans. Omaha Storm Chasers management has the right to remove signage.
Baseball bats, for the purpose of autographs, are allowed into Werner Park.
The half-court basketball court is located in left centerfield. This area is free for children.
Gates open one (1) hour and five (5) minutes prior to game time, which is after the Storm Chasers' batting practice has taken place.
BERM SEATING (LAWN)
Berm seating is general admission and is first come, first served. Blankets and towels are allowed, but lawn chairs are prohibited.
Bicycle racks are located outside of Gate 2.
BIG TOP PARTY TENT
The Big Top Party Tent is the largest party area in Werner Park. This area is located behind the Centris Family Fun Zone, near the left field foul pole and is perfect for any sized group. For information on booking this area, fans should call 402-738-5105.
BIRTHDAY AND ANNIVERSARY ANNOUNCEMENTS
Fans wishing to have an announcement read over the public address system should visit the Fan Services kiosk located behind section 115 prior to the third inning. The announcements will be read at the end of the third inning. A $5.00 donation to Chasers Charities is required for each announcement.
The Borsheims Diamond is located in left centerfield. This whiffle ball diamond is a replica of old Rosenblatt stadium. This area is free for children.
All Storm Chasers games are broadcast on 1180 Zone 2-The Deuce with Mark Nasser, the play-by-play voice of the Omaha Storm Chasers. Game broadcasts are also available on the Omaha Storm Chasers website through the "Listen Live on TuneIn Radio" link under the Multimedia tab.
BUD LIGHT DOWNDRAUGHT BAR
The Bud Light Downdraught Bar is located behind the left field berm seats under the scoreboard and is open to the public every game. The bar features Bottoms Up draft beer and spirits. For information on booking this area, fans should call 402-738-5105.
BUDWEISER GOOD SPORT DESIGNATED DRIVER PROGRAM
The Budweiser Good Sport Program encourages fans to drink responsibly and always have a designated driver. Fans may visit the Good Sport booth, located behind home plate, and sign up to win a monthly prize pack that includes a first pitch opportunity and tickets to a game. Fans will also be registered to win a night in the Budweiser suite in August at Werner Park.
The Buffett Boardroom is located behind section 114/115 and is the perfect space to have a pre-game meeting or presentation. This space includes club seats with wait service and is available two hours prior to gate opening. For information on booking this area, fans should call 402-738-5105.
Hand-held video cameras for personal use may be brought into Werner Park, provided game action is not recorded, as prohibited by Minor League Baseball. Single frame photography is permitted at all times. Professional photography equipment, cameras with lenses larger than four inches and camera support pods are not permitted. Fans are requested to avoid standing in the aisles while using this equipment. Fans should not obstruct the views of others while taking pictures and refrain from using tripods, monopods and other camera support pods. Lighting at Werner Park is bright enough that flash photography is not necessary or allowed within the ballpark.
CENTRIS FAMILY FUN ZONE
This 6,500 square foot kids' area located behind left field includes a jungle gym, inflatables, and a carousel. There is a $5.00 admission fee for children ages three and over. To receive free access (up to four attendees) in the Centris Family Fun Zone, fans may show their Centris ATM, Visa Credit or Debit card upon entering.
COMMUNITY RELATIONS REQUESTS

The concessionaire at Werner Park is Spectra Food Services and Hospitality.
CRESA CLUB (formerly the VIP Club)
The Cresa Club is an exclusive, climate controlled, fully stocked bar located on the first base line. Access is exclusively granted to fans with a ticket for diamond club seats, club seats, suites, or either party deck. This premium area often features unique food and drink selections.
Drinking fountains are located next to every restroom throughout Werner Park.
Drones are not permitted at Werner Park during Pacific Coast League games.
Werner Park has one elevator located near the Suite and Press entrance.
In the event of an evacuation of Werner Park, all fans are to abide by the directions of authorized personnel.
Fans wishing to exit and re-enter the ballpark must obtain a hand stamp prior to exiting the ballpark.
All open positions are posted on the Omaha Storm Chasers website under the "Werner Park" tab.
The Family Section is located in section 125. No alcohol is allowed in this section.
There are two family restrooms located inside Werner Park. One is located on the main level by the CHI Health First Aid office and one is located on the Press Level between the restrooms.

The front office staff is NOT responsible for anything sent directly to be signed by a player. The staff does NOT accept autograph requests on behalf of the players. The best option is to mail the request and the item to be autographed directly to the player at Werner Park as well as a self-addressed/postage paid envelope. Once you have mailed your item, it is up to the player to sign anything and return it. The front office staff is not responsible for any items mailed to the stadium.
FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
The Omaha Storm Chasers are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for our fans at Werner Park. Our staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where fans can enjoy the Werner Park experience free of unacceptable behavior, including the following:
- Foul/abusive language or obscene gestures
- Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption
- Displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting
- Obscene or indecent clothing
- Any disruption of the game or event, including throwing of objects or trespassing on the playing field or in restricted areas
- Viewing the game in a location other than the fan's ticketed seat
- Fighting, taunting, or making threatening remarks or gestures.
Any fan not adhering to the code or behaving in an unruly manner may be removed from Werner Park. The Omaha Storm Chasers and Werner Park management reserve the right to determine unruly or unacceptable behavior.
The Fan Services kiosk is located behind section 115. A staff member will be onsite to answer any questions throughout the game.
FIRST AID OFFICE
The CHI Health First Aid office is located behind the Cresa Club.
No firearms are allowed within the ticketed areas or parking lots of Werner Park.
Fans are not allowed to bring any outside food into Werner Park. However, fans are permitted to bring certain food or drink with them for specific medical conditions and formula for babies. The only outside beverage item allowed is a sealed bottle of water with the label removed.
FOUL BALLS AND HOME RUN BALLS
Fans are permitted to keep any balls that enter into the stands. Any baseball bats that enter the stands must be surrendered to a Storm Chasers employee and/or player.
Ballpark gates open one (1) hour and five (5) minutes prior to game time.
Hoverboards are not allowed in Werner Park.
The Hy-Vee Pavilion is located next to the right field foul pole and miniature golf course. This area is ideal for smaller groups and has the best view of the field of any party tenting area. For information on booking this area, fans should call 402-738-5105.
Interfering while a ball is in play is subject to removal from Werner Park at the discretion of Omaha Storm Chasers management.
Laser pointers are not allowed inside Werner Park.
Lawn Chairs are not allowed into Werner Park.
LOST & FOUND
During events, the Lost & Found is located at the Fan Services kiosk located behind section 115. To inquire about lost and found items after a game, fans should call the Storm Chasers Front Office at (402) 734-2550 during business hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Items will be held for 14 days before being discarded or donated.
Any fan interested in information about marriage proposal at Werner Park should contact the Marketing Department at 402-734-2550.
There are six mascots: Stormy, Casey, Vortex, Kernel Cobb, Sizzle, and Cappy.
Media credentials are issued by the Storm Chasers Media Relations department. All media credential requests should be directed to the Media Relations Department at 402-734-2550.
The Omaha Storm Chasers official media guide is available for purchase in the Storm Front Team Store.
Gary's Greens miniature golf is located in right field and is a six-hole course. Fans can play this course for a fee.
National anthem tryouts are held before the season begins. Fans interested in more information should contact the Community Relations department at 402-734-2550.
Artificial noise makers of any type are prohibited at Werner Park.
No alcohol, illegal drugs, food, drink, glass, metal cans, coolers, or air horns are allowed into Werner Park. Items intended for sale or trade may not be brought onto Werner Park property, including all parking areas, without a permit or license from the Omaha Storm Chasers.
Vehicles may remain on Werner Park parking lot grounds overnight, but vehicles must be removed the next morning by 7am, if there is a day game, or by noon, if there is a night game.
Paging is only available in cases of extreme emergency and at the discretion of Omaha Storm Chasers management.
Parking lots will open two hours prior to the start of each game. Entrance A is the Season Pass Entrance. Entrances B, C, and D are $5 General Parking entrances. Free parking is available in the unpaved lots located north of Werner Park.
The party decks are located on the upper level behind home plate. The CKF Party Deck is located on the third base side, and the Cambria Party Deck is located on the first base side. These areas do not offer a physical seat in the seating bowl, but they do offer semi-private restrooms and entrance gate. For information on booking this area, fans should call 402-738-5105.
PETITIONS & LEAFLETS/SOLICITATION
Solicitation is not allowed on Werner Park property without express consent from the Omaha Storm Chasers.
A limited number of promotional items are available on select days on a first come, first served basis.
In the event that 5 innings of one game are not played (except when the home team is leading at the end of 4 1/2 innings), the game ticket may be exchanged for the same value, subject to availability, for another game during the regular season. This ticket is void for Independence Fireworks games, league playoff games, and games held in conjunction with concerts and other special events at the discretion of management.
RESALE OF TICKETS
Fans are not to sell or resell tickets on the ballpark grounds and such actions are subject to ejection from Werner Park.
Restrooms on the main level are located behind sections 102, 108, 112, 121, and next to the Centris Family Fun Zone. The restrooms on the press level are located by the Press Box behind home plate. The family restrooms are located on the main level by the CHI Health First Aid office and on the Press Level between the restrooms.
The following jersey numbers have been retired by the Kansas City Royals (and their minor league affiliates) in honor of former players and club personnel: 5 (George Brett), 10 (Dick Howser), and 20 (Frank White). The number 42 (Jackie Robinson) is retired by all Major League and Minor League Baseball teams.
In 2014, the Omaha Storm Chasers retired the number 23 in honor of former manager, Mike Jirschele.
Fans attending events at Werner Park do so at their own risk. Baseballs, both hit or thrown, bats and other items, do leave the field of play during events at Werner Park so fans should direct their attention to the field at all times.
SAFECO INSURANCE FIELD LEVEL SUITE
Located down the 3rd base line, this dugout style suite offers unparalleled views of the playing field. With room for 18 fans, the Safeco Insurance Field Level Suite is the perfect space to entertain family & friends or make a lasting impression on employees or potential clients. For information on booking this suite, fans should call 402-738-5105.
For the safety of all fans, security personnel will be onsite for all games.
Werner Park is a smoke-free ballpark (including electronic cigarettes and any other vaporized smoking). Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside of the ticketed area. Fans wishing to smoke may do so outside of Gate 7 located on the first base side. Fans who fail to comply with the no-smoking policy will be asked to exit the Werner Park grounds.
Strollers are allowed in Werner Park. Strollers must be folded and stored safely under seats or other designated areas so as not to interfere with other fans.
Suites 1-2: first base side on the main level.
Suites 3-6: third base side on the main level
Suites 7-10: upper level of the first base side
Suites 11-14: upper level of the third base side

SUN VALLEY LANDSCAPING PARTY PATIO
The Sun Valley Landscaping Party Patio is located left of the scoreboard and the Budweiser Downdraught Bar. This landscaped patio area includes benches, high top tables, and a fire pit and is perfect for the casual gathering. For information on booking this area, fans should call 402-738-5105.
Tailgating is allowed in the grassy areas of the Werner Park parking lot. Only one parking space per vehicle is allowed. To book a group outing in a tailgate area, fans should call 402-738-5105.
Fans needing assistance calling for taxi service should go to the Advance Ticket Window located behind section 114.
Tickets must be shown to all Werner Park personnel upon request. Anyone that does not have a valid ticket will be removed from Werner Park immediately. A ticket grants access to public areas of Werner Park - any attempts to enter private or team access areas of the park without permission from Omaha Storm Chasers management will result in immediate removal.

- Monday - Saturday (Game Days): 12pm - end of the game
- Sunday (Game Days): Opens 2 hours before game time

Tours of Werner Park are available on non-game days. All tour requests should be directed to the Special Events Department at 402-734-2550.
Umbrellas are permitted into Werner Park. Umbrellas should not obstruct the view of other fans.
VALENTINO'S BIRTHDAY VILLAGE
The Valentino's Birthday Village is located behind section 124-125. Birthday parties include 10 tickets, cupcakes, and a Happy Birthday sing-a-long during the game. Additional tickets, food, and amusement passes can be purchased. For information on booking a birthday party, fans should call 402-734-2550.
Videoboard message requests must be submitted 36 hours prior to the game and require a donation to Chasers Charities. Fans interested in having a message displayed on the videoboard during a game should contact the Community Relations department at 402-734-2550.

Courtesy wheelchair service is available to transport fans to and from their seats.
No rollerblades, roller skates, wheeled shoes, skateboards, bicycles, or scooters are allowed in Werner Park. Strollers brought into Werner Park must be folded and stored safely under seats or other designated areas so as not to interfere with other fans.
The free network for fans is Chasers-FreeWiFi. No password is needed to access the network.
