GROUP TICKET BENEFITS & PRICING

For groups of 20-99 fans who wish to sit in the stands, ticket prices are $1 off their regular price. Groups of 100 or more receive a $2 discount off regular day of game ticket pricing, according to the chart below.  Groups are seated together, based upon availability, and can choose a seating location in advance of the game.  Payment for all group tickets must be made in advance of their specified game, and a dedicated Naturals Account Executive will assist your group in the entire event planning process.  A 25% deposit is required to reserve group tickets, and full payment must be made seven days prior to your scheduled game. *Inquire about our Half Price Group Nights, on Tuesday and Wednesday night games, and enjoy reserved seating at $4 per ticket and grass berm seating at $3 per ticket (minimums of 20 still apply).

Group Benefits: Groups will also receive group recognition on our videoboard, a day of game photo opportunity,  and the opportunity to purchase discounted food packs, kids zone wristbands, and parking in advance.

BUD LIGHT BULLPEN CAFE

Watch relievers warm up from the Bullpen Cafe.  This area features flexible capacity for groups of 50 to 1,500. To reserve one of the four tiers of the Bullpen Cafe, a minimum reservation of 50 people is required.  Our in-park catering staff will be on hand throughout to assist and serve your buffet.  A 25% deposit is required to reserve a section and full payment must be made seven days prior to your scheduled game.

ONE-HOUR BUFFET OPTIONS (Buffet would run from 6:30pm to 7:30 pm for a 7 pm game)

• ($22 per person) - Includes Bullpen ticket and 1 hour buffet of hot dogs, hamburgers, cole slaw, potato salad, soda and cookies for dessert.  Kids 12 and under price is $17 per child.

• ($24 per person) - Includes Bullpen ticket and 1 hour buffet of hotdogs, hamburgers, BBQ pork, cole slaw, potato salad, soda, and cookies for dessert.  Kids 12 and under price is $19 per child.

TWO AND 1/2 HOUR BUFFET OPTIONS  (Buffet would run from 6pm to 8:30 pm for a 7 pm game)

• ($26.50 per adult) - Includes Bullpen ticket and 2 1/2 hour buffet of BBQ pork, hot dogs, hamburgers, cole slaw, potato salad, soda, and cookies for dessert.  Kids 12 and under price is $20.50 per child.

• ($30 per person) -  Includes Bullpen ticket and 2 1/2 hour buffet of BBQ pork, BBQ chicken, hot dogs, hamburgers, cole slaw, potato salad, macaroni & cheese, soda, and cookies for dessert.  Kids 12 and under price is $24 per child.

• ($31 per person) -  Includes Bullpen ticket and 2 1/2 hour buffet of BBQ pork, BBQ chicken, BBQ ribs, hot dogs, mac & cheese, cole slaw, potato salad, and cookies for dessert.  Kids 12 and under price is $25 per child.

WENDY'S HOME PLATE PARTY DECK

The Wendy's Home Plate Party Deck is located at the top of the premium seating section behind home plate and can serve up to 100 guests.  This exclusive deck is only avaliable to one group per game and it has three tiers and offers picnic table seating and some standing tables for your group.  There are five great options to enjoy a game from this exclusive group area.  For all three options, a minimum reservation of 50 people is required, along with a 25% deposit.  Full payment must be made seven days prior to your scheduled game.

SAM'S CLUB COMMUNITY ROOM

The Sam's Club Community Room is rentable for pre-game use at each Naturals game.  A minimum of 20 Premium tickets (at our $9.00 group rate) must be purchased to reserve the Community Room.  Your group will have use of the space from gates opening until five minutes prior to game time.  A maximum of 50 guests can be accomodated in the Community Room for a pre-game rental.  After your event in the Community Room, you will enjoy the remainder of the game from your Premium seats.

The Sam's Club Community Room is also available to rent on a year-round basis for meetings, banquets, birthday parties, company functions, or any other type of gathering.  Call (479) 927-4900 for availability.

LUXURY SUITES

Suites at Arvest Ballpark are available on a nightly basis.  You'll enjoy spectacular views of Arvest Ballpark, cable television, air conditioning, a private restroom, fully furnished indoor seating, outdoor seats, and an exclusive suite menu.  Suites are available to tour for free 9 A.M. - 5 P.M., Monday - Friday and during games by vising Guest Services.

Pricing

Our BEST Value - $1,500 - Our Triple Play Package allows you to purchase three suite nights of your choice, offering you our best value. (Catering not included, but is avaliable)
$1,000 - Includes 20 tickets and $250 in catering credit.  Pricing is for all firework nights and day games.
$800 - Includes 20 tickets and $50 in catering credit.  Pricing is for all other Naturlas games not listed above.
$500 - Includes 12 tickets and $50 in catering credit.

If you need a few more tickets, you may get up to 6 aditional suite tickets for $25 per ticket (maximum of 3 adidtional for the 12 ticket option.)  Don't forget the Naturals offer heavily discounted quarter-season, half-season, and full-season suite leases to get you the best bang for your buck.

Sam's Furniture Champion Suite and Crown Club Suite
The Sam's Furniture Champions Suite and Crown Club Suite each hold between 30-50 people, have great lounge furniture and are uniquely decorated for your enjoyment.  Both of these extremely popular suites are available on a nightly basis and offer the best amenities we have to offer!

Throw your child's birthday party at Arvest Ballpark! Three different pricing options per child are available as follows:

1. $13.75: Reserved Game Ticket, Hot Dog, Chips, 12oz soda and small Soft Serve Ice Cream
