Affiliation
The Lexington Legends are a Class "A" affiliate of the National League Houston Astros. The Astros will provide the club with 25 players, a manager, two coaches and a trainer. Lexington signed a new four-year player-development contract with the Astros in 2008.

Alcoholic Beverages
Draft beer and liquor are available for purchase by adults 21 and over. All patrons ordering alcohol are required to provide proper identification. Alcohol will not be sold after the middle of the 7th inning. Additionally, many servers, wait personnel, ushers and security officers are trained in alcohol awareness techniques. Individuals who appear to be intoxicated will be refused service at the discretion of the ballclub. The Legends reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Animals
Animals are prohibited within Whitaker Bank Ballpark with the exception of certified guide dogs for disabled individuals or any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including, but not limited to, guiding individuals with impaired vision, alerting individuals with impaired hearing to intruders or sounds, providing minimal protection or rescue work, pulling a wheelchair, or fetching dropped items. Autographs
Fans are not allowed into the box seat area until 30 minutes prior to the ballgame in order to seek autographs from players in the dugout area. After this time, players are not allowed to sign autographs. Following the ballgame, fans may seek autographs along the infield wall.

Automated Teller Machine
There is one ATM located in the Legends Clubhouse Gift Shop located next to the main entrance.

Banners & Signs
Banners and signs are permitted providing they are baseball related and in good taste, as determined by the Legends. They may not obstruct play, advertising signage or another guest's view of the game. Signs must not be commercial in nature, may not utilize wood or metal material, and may not be affixed to any part of Whitaker Bank Ballpark. The Legends reserve the right to confiscate any sign or banner.

Batting Practice
The Legends begin batting practice approximately two and a half hours before game time, generally at 4:30 for a 7:05 PM game. Visiting team begins batting practice at 5:15 and concluded at 6:00 PM.

Birthday Parties
Children are invited to have their birthday party at a Legends home game. The birthday child receives an autographed ball, a Legends visor and will be taken on the field for the crowd to sing "Happy Birthday". Each child in the birthday party receives a team pennant. Reservations must be made in advance by calling the Group Sales Department at 859-422-7853.

Bottles, Cans & Coolers
No one shall be permitted to bring any outside bottles, cans, or coolers into the ballpark. Medical exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis with a written note from a licensed medical professional.

Broadcasts
All Legends games are broadcast on flagship station ESPN Radio WLXG 1300 AM. By acquiring numerous affiliates across the state, the Legends have built one of the largest radio networks in all of Minor League Baseball. Keith Elkins will be calling the play-by-play action. Every Legends broadcast will begin 15 minutes prior to game time.

Budweiser Stables
Located along the first base line, the Budweiser Stables offer a VIP picnic area with seating for 300 people. Offering food not on the standard concession menu, the Stables present the best in large corporate gatherings for the Lexington baseball experience.

Cameras
Photographic or hand-held video cameras for personal use may be brought into Whitaker Bank Ballpark. Camera pods or other supports, however, are not permitted. Please be courteous of those around you when taking pictures.

Cellular Phones
Use of cellular phones is permitted providing their use does not interfere with another guest's ability to enjoy the game.

Characters & Appearances
The Legends characters are Big L, his wife Elle, their son Little L, and crowd favorite PeeWee. They are all available for character appearances. Please refer to our Character Appearance Application or call (859) 252-HITS to reserve these fun members of our family for your next event!

Children's Play Area
Located just beyond the Family Section is the Children's Play Area. The Children's Play Area is complete with a carousel, games, rides, inflatables, slides and more.

Code of Conduct
Guests using foul of abusive language or appearing in an intoxicated state will be ejected from Whitaker Bank Ballpark. Fans who enter the playing field or interfere with the play of a game will be ejected from Whitaker Bank Ballpark and will be subject to arrest.

Credit Cards
MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted for all ticket, merchandise, and concession purchases.

Elevator
The press box, luxury suites and main offices are accessible by elevator. The elevator is located on the first base side of the concourse near Gate 3.

Family Section
Whitaker Bank Ballpark also features a special Family Section along the third base line, Section 214, near the Children's Play Area. This special section is smoke- and alcohol-free during all home games. The last four (4) rows of Section 214 are designated the Family Section.

First Aid
Located at the end of the third base side concourse under section 214. All Whitaker Bank Ballpark personnel are trained to take care of emergencies in a prompt and efficient manner. Medical emergencies should be directed to the EMS personnel in the first aid station. Other matters should be directed to security personnel, front office staff, or ballpark ushers.

Food & Drink
Absolutely no food, beverages or alcohol of any kind may be brought into Whitaker Bank Ballpark.

Gates Open
Gates open 60 minutes prior to game time. Guests are encouraged to come early and watch the pre-game ceremonies and seek out autographs from players.

Group Information
Groups of 20 or more may receive discounted ticket prices. Options for all-you-can-eat picnics are also available. You may choose from several different seating options. A variety of buffet options are available. Other group opportunities include Birthday Parties for kids and nightly luxury suite rental, based on availability. Your groups may also purchase custom-made Legends t-shirts with your company name across the front at a discount price or other available group merchandise. Handicap Access
All Whitaker Bank Ballpark facilities comply with the American Disabilities Act. The elevator located at the Whitaker Bank Ballpark entrance is available to provide access to the Luxury Suite Level. Ramps located at the ends of the concourse lead to Section 212-213 and 204-205 reserved, box and club seating.

Open to Legends fans 12 and under. The cost is only $13 to join. Lawn Seating
The use of folding chairs is permitted in the 1st Base lawn only of Whitaker Bank Ballpark.

Lexington Professional Baseball Company, LLC
The Lexington Legends are owned and operated by the Lexington Professional Baseball Company, LLC. Bill Shea is the owner of the Legends, Alan Stein serves as the President & CEO, while Andy Shea serves as General Manager.

Lost & Found
Stop by the Guest Services Center if you need assistance with any lost objects at Whitaker Bank Ballpark.

Lost Children
All Whitaker Bank Ballpark personnel can assist with lost children. Security personnel will be alerted immediately and an announcement will be made via the public address system.

Merchandise
Merchandise is available for purchase at the Legends Clubhouse Gift Shop, located on the main concourse. This shop features official Legends gear as well as other products popular throughout professional baseball.

Parking
Whitaker Bank Ballpark offers more than 1,200 parking spaces with an additional 3,000 spaces within a 10-minute walk. Parking for baseball games is $3.00 & $5.00. The Legends assume no liability for any vehicle parking in the Whitaker Bank Ballpark parking lot, including but not limited to damage from thrown or batted balls or objects. The parking lots are well lit and patrolled regularly during each game.

Pepsi Party Deck
The Pepsi Party Deck is located above and beyond the right field wall and can seat up to 200 people. This area is for groups only and serves an all you can eat picnic that starts an hour before the game and lasts for two hours. There will not be traditional ballpark seating in this area, but rather a casual "social gathering" atmosphere. Please contact the Group Sales Department for more information 859-252-4487.

Rain Out, Postponements and Refunds
In the event that five innings of a game are not played (except when the home team is winning at the end of 4 full innings) tickets may be exchanged at the Legends Box Office for a ticket of equal value (subject to availability) to any regular season game, excluding scheduled special events. The ticket will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Group outing organizers should contact the Group Sales Department to handle all necessary arrangements. Games that are rained out will be rescheduled and played as part of a doubleheader, either in Lexington or at the site of the visiting team. Both games of a doubleheader will be seven innings in length.

Re-entry into the Whitaker Bank Ballpark
Re-entry into Whitaker Bank Ballpark will not be allowed once a patron has left the ballpark. Those wishing to gain re-entry will be required to purchase a new ticket.

Smoking
Whitaker Bank Ballpark is a smoke-free environment. All seating areas are classified as non-smoking. There are 3 designated areas for smokers. One is behind the bleachers, one is behind the Budweiser Stables and one is near the main entrance.

Speed Pitch
Test your throwing arm at the Legends Speed Pitch located next to the main entrance. A radar gun will determine your velocity.

Tickets
The Legends Box Office is open at 9 AM until the end of the fifth inning, including weekends. When the team is out of town, regular box office hours are 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday - Friday. Tickets may be purchased online at www.lexingtonlegends.com or by calling the Legends Box Office at 859-422-7867. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express are all accepted at the Legends Box Office.

V.I.P. Club
The V.I.P. Club is an elite restaurant located directly behind home plate. Indoor and patio seating is available, as well as full-service to your seat. Club passes are required.
