Where is the best place for parking?
Fans arriving early may be able to find street parking, but most fans utilize one of the paid lots ($20-$50) operated by the City of Louisville in the surrounding area.
The season ticket holder lot adjacent to Slugger Field is strictly reserved for Bats FULL season ticket holders only with a valid FULL season ticket for the April 18 game. The lot is scheduled to open at 11:30, but if the line waiting to enter causes any intersections to be blocked, LMPD may dictate that we allow early entry to clear the intersections. All tickets will be checked prior to entry and the lot will fill very quickly. Cars should line up on Main Street to enter (not Jackson Street).
Handicap parking is available in the season ticket holder lot on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid handicap parking pass must be shown for access. A limited number of spots are available.
What items may I bring in to the ballpark?
No outside food and drinks are permitted to be brought in to the stadium, with the exception of one clear unopened plastic bottle of water per person. The following items are NOT permitted: food, drinks, chairs, large duffel/gym bags, coolers, wagons, laptop cases, briefcases or firearms. The following items are permitted and are subject to be searched prior to entry: blankets, strollers, umbrellas, purses, fanny packs, diaper bags and camera bags.
All items are subject to be searched prior to entering the stadium. For a full ballpark guide please visit the Louisville Slugger Field A-Z guide.
Free Postgame 80's Concert!
We are turning back the clock to the 1980s as our postgame concert will feature Sixteen Candles performing on the field (weather permitting) between the Bats game and the Thunder fireworks! The concert will begin approximately 1-2 hours after the end of the game. The stage will be located in centerfield.
Field Passes: Fans who purchase a $5 Field Pass will be provided the ability to go down on the field to view the concert.
