The Timber Rattlers ticket office is temporarily located at 2350 N. Casaloma Drive, Suite 102 until the completion of the renovations to Fox Cities Stadium in March of 2013.

Gates Open

Gates open 1 ½ hours before game start time.

Vouchers

Vouchers are good for a ticket to a 2013 regular season Timber Rattlers game of your choice, unless specified otherwise on the voucher.  Vouchers may be upgraded, based on availability.

Vouchers can be exchanged in person at the Timber Rattler box office or over the phone by holding the tickets with a credit card.  Phone orders are held at the will call window and can be picked up by turning in the vouchers.  If the tickets are not picked up or the vouchers are not exchanged by the end of the game, the credit card will be charged.

Vouchers can NOT be exchanged online and redemption is based on availability.

Rain Policy

An official rainout may not be determined until game time or later.  If a game is canceled due to inclement weather, the following will apply:

Tickets may be exchanged for a ticket of the same value (or upgraded) for any remaining 2013 Timber Rattlers regular season home game. (Based upon availability)

Picnics will go on, regardless of inclement weather, at their scheduled time.  If at the conclusion of the picnic the game should be canceled, you may exchange your game ticket for another game.  You may exchange your tickets as a group or on an individual basis.  If a game is canceled prior to the gates opening due to extreme conditions, you have the option of rescheduling the picnic. (Based upon availability)

Rain checks can be exchanged in person at the Timber Rattler box office or over the phone by holding the tickets with a credit card.  Phone orders are held at the will call window and can be picked up by turning in the rain checks.  If the tickets are not picked up or the rain checks are not exchanged by the end of the game, the credit card will be charged.

Rain Tickets can NOT be exchanged online.

There will be NO REFUNDS on tickets.

Rain Policy Terminology

Rain Delay

A game that is under a rain delay is in an official delay but will potentially resume play later that day.  Tickets cannot be exchanged in the event a game delayed by rain becomes an official game.

Rainout/Postponement                                                                                                        

In the event 5 innings of a game are not played except when the Timber Rattlers are in the lead at the end of 4.5 innings, your ticket will be good for exchange for the same price ticket to a 2013 regular season Timber Rattlers home game, based on availability (excludes special events & playoff games).

Special Offers or Coupons

All special offers and coupons must be redeemed at the Timber Rattlers box office.

Discounts may not be combined.

You can NOT redeem special offers or coupons over the phone or online.

Unused Tickets

Any unused ticket from a 2013 game may be exchanged for a general admission (lawn seat) ticket to any future 2013 regular season home game. Upgrades to a box or reserved ticket can also be made. All exchanges and upgrades must be made at the Timber Rattlers Ticket Office located at Time Warner Cable Field at Fox Cities Stadium and are subject to ticket availability.

Cash, Check, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover)

Will-Call

Will-Call is where advanced ticket orders can be picked up.  To claim your tickets, make sure to bring a picture ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.  Will Call is located to the left of the main ticket windows, in-between the main ticket windows and the main entrance.

Children

Children 2 years of age and younger do not need a ticket as long as they sit on an adults lap.  If a child needs their own seat, they will need a ticket for that seat.

Online Orders

Online orders are final.

There are NO refunds for online orders.

You can NOT exchange rain tickets, vouchers, coupons or special offers online.
