FAN PACK AND POCKET SCHEDULE REQUESTS:
Due to the volume of requests, we are unable to fulfill pocket schedule requests and fan pack requests by e-mail.
Pocket Schedule Requests:
Red Wings pocket schedules are available at numerous locations in the Greater Rochester area, in the Red Wings office during regular office hours, and the MVP Health Care Guest Services Booth during home games. Pocket schedule requests must be mailed to:

Please include a self-addressed return envelope with the correct return postage. A first class postage stamp will cover mailing for up to four pocket schedules.
Fan Pack Requests:
Our Fan Pack includes four pocket schedules, a yearbook, bumper sticker, Spikes and Mittsy card, a magnet and a player photo for $10 with first class shipping. Please send a money order (no checks or cash) to:

NATIONAL ANTHEM PERFORMANCES:
Singing groups/Choirs/Bands: Please click here to send an email requesting information how your school or adult group can perform the Anthem before a Red Wings home game.
Solo performers: Most of our Anthems are performed by local school choirs and adult singing groups, and we have a very limited number of home games available for solo performers. To find out how you can be considered for a soloist Anthem performance here, please contact Stadium Organist Fred Costello through his information page here.
PLAYER APPEARANCES: Please send a request for a Red Wings player to appear at your event on the organization's official letterhead to Community Relations - Player Appearances, Rochester Red Wings, One Morrie Silver Way, Rochester, NY 14608. Letters may also be faxed to (585) 454-1056.
SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS (Birthdays/Anniversaries/Welcomes) DURING HOME GAMES: Because of sponsorship commitments, game information and to comply with the new 2015 pace of game initiatives, we have a limited amount of space available during a game to pass along greetings for birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions. All requests for birthdays, welcomes and special messages must be made using this online form. All requests must be made at least three business days prior to a home game, and we are unable to accept requests before or during a game.
SPIKES AND MITTSY APPEARANCES: Spikes and Mittsy are available for private parties, community events, and marketing partner events throughout the calendar year, Please complete this pdf form, then e-mail it to Josh Britt by clicking here.The deadline to submit requests is one month prior to your requested event date.

TRYOUTS: The Red Wings do not conduct open tryouts at any time. All player personnel for Minor League Baseball clubs are handled by the Major League parent club.
