REQUIREMENTS:
Pursuing or completed four year college degree seeking entry into sports industry. Candidates must be available to work all games and events throughout the entire 2017 season, which can include long hours for multiple days in a row.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include, but are not limited to…
Assist the Ticket Operations Department by processing advance ticket sale orders.
Work in the ticket booth assisting customers with the purchase of tickets as well as advance ticket sales.
Collect and report game day ticket totals.
Assist in the scheduling and overseeing of a game day staff.
Distribute Mudcats information designed to help increase attendance at games and events.
Aid the overall efforts of the Mudcats in maximizing the collection and use of e-mail addresses, and fan data with the goal of selling more tickets to games and events.
Other duties as assigned by Box Office Manager and Director of Ticket Operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Availability to work all games and events for the entire 2017 season
Outgoing personality
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to multi-task
Experience with customer service a plus
Availability to work home games and office hours when the team is away
Willingness to learn ticket sales

COMPENSATION:
This is a paid seasonal position. Housing is not provided.

The coordination of all game‐day sponsor promotional elements including in‐between inning contests, giveaways, concourse displays, pre‐game ceremonies, first pitches and National Anthem.
Responsible for set-up and tear down of all promotional items pre and post-game.
Assist in the execution of in‐game promotions, ensuring contestants have been selected for a seamless production.
Be a leader in customer service while conducting oneself in a professional manner.
When not specifically assigned to a certain task during the game, "work the crowd" to ensure enthusiasm and a positive fan experience.
Assisting with baseball clinics, coordination of special events and planning and implementation of some theme nights at Five County Stadium.
Assistant will assist in all other duties assigned by the General Manager and Director of Promotions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Availability to work all games and events, including office hours, for the entire 2017 season
Candidates must be reliable, detail oriented, able to problem solve, able to multi‐task efficiently, have solid communication skill and writing ability, a strong work ethic, stellar customer service skills and a team work mentality.

Work directly with Director of F & B and its' staff.
Assist with all aspects of F & B such as ordering, receiving and delivery of food and beverages to and from suppliers, concession stands, suites, picnic areas and pantry.
Assist with managing the manpower on event days/nights.
Assist with inventory control including physical weekly/monthly inventory.
Assist with the planning and implementation of any theme nights for upcoming season.
Assist with all aspects of the operation of the club in getting ready for the start of a new season.
Assistant will gain the experience of learning the business of baseball, sport marketing, food and beverage, and event management.
Maintaining concession appearance and cleanliness throughout the season.

Assist the Operations Department with game day logistics as well as setting up and breaking down of stadium before and after each game.
Assist with quality control of cleaning and maintenance, including preventive maintenance duties and inspections of facility to ensure a superior fan experience and safety.
Assist with maintenance of plumbing, electric, elevators, HVAC, scoreboard, and video board.
Assist with managing game day employees including ushers, bat boys, parking attendants, concourse workers, and post‐game cleaning crew.
All other duties as assigned by the Vice President/General Manager, General Manager of Operations, and Director of Stadium Operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Availability to work all games and events for the entire 2017 season
Must be a team player with strong leadership skills
Must be enthusiastic with a desire to work hard and have a positive "can‐do" attitude
Ability to multi‐task and handle responsibility
