Special discounts are available for groups of 25 or more, and more people means a better discount! Group outings are perfect for businesses, churches, social groups, and youth teams, and they are also great for a large outing of family and friends. On the date of your event, your group's name will also appear repeatedly on the electronic message center in left field!
If your group has 400 people or more, you will will have the opportunity to designate a "celebrity" from your group to throw out the ceremonial first pitch. Additionally, you may hang a pre-approved banner in a designated area of Harbor Park.
Military Group Information:
There is no doubt that the military is one of the key ingredients in the Hampton Roads community, and the Tides are happy to provide special military group rates. Please note that these rates are for ACTIVE duty military and their dependents only. Please see the pricing chart below for special military group offers.
How To Set Up Your Group Night At Harbor Park:
Group Postponement Information:
In the event that your date is postponed, we will attempt to work with you to reschedule your group outing to another date. Please note that you are required to hold on to all of your tickets, as they will need to be returned when your group reschedules! If no satisfactory group date is available, your rainchecks will be honored for any remaining non-restricted regular season home game during the season. The Tides are unable to give cash refunds.
Stadium Parking Information:
The city of Norfolk charges $5.00 per vehicle for home games at Harbor Park. The city of Norfolk reserves the right to raise that price at any time. Season-long parking passes can be purchased by calling 757-622-2222.

How To Set Up Your Group Night At Harbor Park:
- Call the Tides Group Sales Department at 757-622-2222 (ext. 103, 107, 116, 117 or 171) to select a date, a minimum of two weeks in advance (subject to availability). Please be prepared to give a close estimate of the number of people attending. We recommend booking well in advance!
- Provide a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $1.00 per ticket within 72 hours> of placing the reservation. We accept checks, cash, MasterCard and VISA. The Tides reserve the right to cancel any group not paying their deposit in a timely manner, or for any other valid reason. Deposits apply towards final balance.
- Your final ticket count is due 10 days in advance of your scheduled outing, and tickets cannot be added once the final count has been processed. Payment balance and ticket pickup is expected seven days in advance of your date. After that, any additional tickets must be purchased at full price, in person, at the main ticket window at Harbor Park. The Tides cannot guarantee that the additional seats will be with the original group.
