Our Ballpark

Intimidators Stadium, supported by Atrium Health, is home to the Kannapolis Intimidators. Formerly Fieldcrest Cannon Stadium and CMC-NorthEast Stadium, the 4,700-seat facility was built in 1995. The ballpark features six luxury suites with an elevated view of the field, Box and Reserved seat sections with chair backs, General Admission bleacher seating and a grassy area down the 3rd base line to accommodate overflow crowds.

How To Get Here

Heading South on US I-85 Take Exit 63 off US I-85.
Turn right off exit ramp onto Lane Street.
Turn right onto Stadium Drive (stadium entrance).

Heading North on US I-85 Take Exit 63 off US I-85.
Turn Left off exit ramp onto Lane Street. Turn Right onto Stadium Drive (stadium entrance).

About the Intimidators


The Kannapolis Intimidators are the Class A affiliate in the Chicago White Sox minor league system. Young players generally one year out of high school or college become Kannapolis Intimidators. The White Sox also have affiliates in Surprise, Ariz. (Arizona Rookie League), Great Falls, Mont. (Advanced Rookie), Winston-Salem, N.C. (A-Advanced), Birmingham, Ala. (AA), and Charlotte, N.C. (AAA). The Intimidators have been a White Sox affiliate since the 2001 season.

League Membership

The Intimidators are one of the 14 teams of the Class-A South Atlantic League. The SAL opened its doors with the first season in 1903. The circuit is one of the biggest geographically in Minor League Baseball, including seven states spanning from Lakewood, NJ, to Savannah, GA. The Kannapolis Intimidators play in the Northern Division of the South Atlantic League.
