Arvest Ballpark is located at the corner of 56th and Watkins in Springdale. The address at Arvest Ballpark is 3000 South 56th St., Springdale, AR 72762. For information about upcoming events, directions to the stadium or to contact our Administrative Office, please call (479) 927-4900.
Tickets to upcoming events at Arvest Ballpark can be purchased a number of different ways:
Tickets may be purchased at the Arvest Ballpark Ticket Office, located at the Main Entrance to Arvest Ballpark. Regular business hours are as follows:
Monday through Friday: 12PM - 5PM, 12PM - 2:30PM on Saturday
Monday through Sunday: 12PM - end of the game
*During events, tickets can be purchased at Guest Services on the Concourse Level adjacent to Section 114.

Arkansas State liquor laws prohibit guests from bringing alcohol beverages into Arvest Ballpark. The only alcohol permitted on the premises must be purchased and/or dispensed by authorized servers. Guests who appear to be under the age of 30 will be required to show approved identification. Alcohol beverage sales will be cut off at the end of the 7th inning during a baseball game and at designated times during concerts and other events.
Guests may seek autographs from players and coaches from the time the gates open until 15 minutes prior to game time. The autograph areas are located on the outer sides of both the home and visiting dugouts. Guests will not be allowed to seek autographs at the dugout corners closest to home plate. Please be courteous and respectful to the players and coaches as well as guests possessing tickets in autograph areas. If you are seeking autographs in a seating section other than your own, you may be asked to proceed to your designated seating section. No autographs will be given during the game so fans are asked to make their request during pre-game or after the game concludes.
AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINES
There is an Arvest ATM machine located at Arvest Ballpark next to the Naturals Team Store.
BABY CHANGING AREAS
Baby changing stations are located in every family restroom at Arvest Ballpark. Please refer to the stadium map for family restroom locations as there is one on both the 1st and 3rd base concourse.
All bags are subject to search upon entry and within the ballpark. Prohibited items should be disposed of in trash containers or returned to one's vehicle. (See PROHIBITED ITEMS)
BANNERS AND SIGNS
BANNERS AND SIGNS MAY NOT BE HUNG BY FANS AT ARVEST BALLPARK as they interfere with the game in progress and can obstruct the view of other guests. Fans are permitted to bring small signs (2 sq. feet in size or smaller) to hold up from their seat as long as they do not obstruct the view of other fans. The Naturals reserve the right to remove any banners or signs at their discretion.
BIRTHDAY AND ANNIVERSARY MESSAGES
The Naturals can help celebrate a birthday or anniversary by displaying the occasion on our state-of-the-art video board (located just above the right field fence) during the game. BROADCASTS ON RADIO
When not at Arvest Ballpark, guests can enjoy Naturals games on our flagship station, 92.1 The Ticket (KQSM-FM). Some games not carried by 92.1 The Ticket are broadcast on The Ticket 2 - KYNG 1590 AM. All games are also available online on nwanaturals.com or via the MiLB First Pitch App on your iPhone or Android.
BUD LIGHT HOME RUN PORCH
The Bud Light Home Run Porch features flexible capacity for groups of 50 to 1,500. To reserve one of the four tiers of the Home Run Porch, a minimum reservation of 50 people is required. Our in-park catering staff will be on hand throughout to assist and serve your buffet. A 25% deposit is required to reserve a section and full payment must be made seven days prior to your scheduled game.
The Home Run Porch is an all-inclusive, all-you-can-eat buffet that takes place from gates opening until 2 1/2 hours expire. For menu options and further details, click HERE
BUS PARKING/MOTOR HOME PARKING
Bus parking/motor home parking will be available at the north side of the stadium parking lot.
CAMERA AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Guests are welcome to bring still and hand-held video cameras into Arvest Ballpark as long as the equipment does not interfere with another guest's enjoyment of the game. Guests wishing to use equipment that requires the use of a tri-pod at a fixed position in the stadium must contact the Naturals' PR Department for a credential.

Children three years and under do not need a ticket for entry into Arvest Ballpark. However, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Children four (4) years old and over require a ticket for admittance to the ballpark.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Arvest Ballpark and its employees are committed to providing our guests with an enjoyable, safe atmosphere.
Our staff will proactively intervene to support a family oriented environment where all guests can enjoy the baseball experience free from the following behaviors:
· Foul or abusive language or gestures
· Intoxication or other signs of impairment
· Displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting
· Obscene or indecent clothing
· Any disruption to the progress of the game by guest's actions or unauthorized person on the playing field
· Guests seated in a location other than their ticketed seat
· Smoking or tobacco use in non-designated areas

The Northwest Arkansas Naturals expect to foster a reputation as a proactive, accessible and benevolent member of our community. We participate in over 100 community events each year and over 400 non-profit organizations have received auction items for various fund raising events. If you would like to request a donation for your silent or live auction, raffle, giveaway, or fundraiser please fill out the donation request form on our website and provide a written request on letterhead. Please return these to us at least 3 weeks in advance so that your event may receive proper consideration.
The Northwest Arkansas Food Service Partner, Patina Restaurant Group, manages several fixed and portable concession stands at Arvest Ballpark. These stands feature traditional ballpark favorites such as hot dogs, sausages, bratwursts, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, peanuts, soda, novelty ice cream, cotton candy and popcorn. In addition to these favorites, there are specialty items such as barbeque specialties in The Bullpen, along with over 60 beverage choices, and a number of delectable treats in our Sweet Spot stand including the famous Funnel Dog. Arvest Ballpark also features a varied selection of domestic beer and other alcohol beverages, which may be purchased until the first pitch of the 8th inning. Non-alcohol beverages include a variety of Coca-Cola products, bottled water, and other refreshing drinks.
DISABLED GUEST SERVICES
Arvest Ballpark meets all structural and service requirements as stipulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act. The following services are available to accommodate the needs of our disabled guests:
There is a drop-off zone located at the main entrance to the ballpark where guests may drop off and pick up their passengers.
A limited number of on-site disabled parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in on the North side of the ballpark right in front of the ticket office. The charge to park in that area is $3. If you have questions about our disabled parking, please call (479) 927-4900.
Wheelchair and companion seating is offered on every level and in all price categories of the stadium. Every seating section is wheelchair accessible and electric outlets are provided at many of the wheelchair seating areas for use in charging power wheelchairs and electronic communication devices.
Arvest Ballpark has one public elevator and it is found on the Concourse Level adjacent to Section 110 and is located in the Sam's Club Community Room lobby. This elevator accesses the Field Level and Suite Level.
EXIT AND RE-ENTRY
Guests may leave Arvest Ballpark at any time through any of the exit gates. Guests may re-enter the stadium only after obtaining a re-entry stamp from an attendant at any of the exit gates.
Please refer to the stadium map for family restroom locations. All family restrooms are equipped with baby changing stations and are wheelchair accessible.

Please be advised that items sent through the mail to be signed are done so at your own risk. Though reasonable precautions will be taken, the Northwest Arkansas Naturals players, management and staff are not responsible if an item is not returned.
In accordance with Texas League rules, only authorized personnel with proper credentials will be permitted on the field before, during or after a game or event. Any unauthorized person who travels onto the field will be removed from Arvest Ballpark and subject to arrest and prosecution.
First Aid is located at the Guest Services Center adjacent to Section 114. If first aid assistance is needed, please go to the First Aid or contact the nearest Naturals staff member.
Texas League Rules state that guests are not allowed to bring any outside food items into Arvest Ballpark. If a medical exception is required, we advise you to call in advance of the game you plan to attend. Fans are allowed to bring in one (1) sealed clear plastic water bottle to the game that they attend.
FOUL BALLS AND HOME RUN BALLS
Guests may keep any balls hit into the stands. Batted balls can be dangerous, so we ask that guest's stay alert at all times. When attempting to catch a foul or home run ball please do not interfere with the game in progress and be respectful of other guests. At no time should a foul or home run ball be thrown back on the field. Guests who fail to adhere to these rules face immediate ejection from Arvest Ballpark and will be subject to arrest and prosecution.

Guest Services is located on the Concourse Level adjacent to Section 114 and is open approximately one (1) hour prior to the game and closes at the conclusion of each game. Guests will find a number of services including advance ticket purchases, lost and found, prize retrieval, as well as the location of first aid.
HOME PLATE PARTY DECK
The Quadrivium Home Plate Party Deck is located at the top of the premium seating section behind home plate and can serve up to 100 guests. This area has three tiers and offers picnic table seating and some standing tables for your group. There are three great options to enjoy a game from this exclusive group area. For all three options, a minimum reservation of 30 people is required, along with a 25% deposit. Full payment must be made seven days prior to your scheduled game. ICE CHESTS AND COOLERS
Guests are NOT permitted to bring hard-sided ice chests or coolers into Arvest Ballpark. Soft-sided cooler bags to keep unopened bottled water, baby items or other special needs cool during the event are permitted. All prohibited items should be discarded or returned to one's vehicle.
LAWN SEATING AREA /GRASS BERM
Arvest Ballpark has two (2) general admission lawn seating areas, The Rhinocort Grass Berm area is located in Right Field and on the Third Base Side. Tickets for these areas may be purchased in advance or on the day of the event, however seating in these areas is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests holding tickets for the lawn are encouraged to arrive early for the best seating.
Guests are permitted to bring towels, blankets, and small lawn chairs for use in these areas; however, beach style chairs, chaise lounges and lounge style chairs will not be permitted. Umbrellas may be used to provide shade in the lawn area, however in consideration of the safety and sight lines of others; we ask that guests using umbrellas sit in the upper portion of the lawn areas. In the event that an umbrella interferes with the view of another guest, you will be asked to close the umbrella. The Naturals reserve the right to refuse any chair or umbrella deemed inappropriate due to size or otherwise.
LOST AND FOUND
Items found in or around Arvest Ballpark during events should be turned into the Guest Services Center located on the Concourse Level adjacent to Section 114. Any items found in or around Arvest Ballpark during regular business hours should be turned in to the Administrative Office at the stadium. All lost and found items will be tagged and stored for 30 days. Every effort will be made to return the item to its owner. If an item has been stored for 30 days and has not been claimed, it may then be given to charity or otherwise disposed of.
Lost and found items can be picked up at the Administrative Office during the hours of 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday. For information on lost items call (479) 927-4900.
Every child should be told to contact an Arvest Ballpark Representative should he or she become lost. A lost child should be taken to the Guest Services Center located on the Concourse Level adjacent to Section 114. If you become separated from your child, please contact the nearest Naturals Representative or go to the Guest Services Center.
Enjoy terrific professional baseball from the comfort of a private, climate-controlled luxury suite. If you notice an area of the ballpark (i.e., seats, rest rooms, lights) you feel needs to be repaired, please stop by our Guest Services Center across from Section 114 where your request will be documented and forwarded to our ballpark operations team.

MERCHANDISE - NATURALS TEAM STORE
Official Naturals and Arvest Ballpark merchandise can be purchased at the Naturals Team Store located at the Home Plate Entrance of the stadium and is open year-round, Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with weekend hours during the baseball season and between Thanksgiving and Christmas. PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION
Arvest Ballpark is located at 3000 South 56th St., just south of the I-49.
From points North (Rogers, Lowell, Bentonville, Bella Vista): Take I-49 south to Exit 72 (U.S. 412/Springdale Exit). Follow signs to U.S. 412/Sunset Ave. Turn right on Sunset Ave. Turn left at 56th St. Arvest Ballpark will be on your right at the corner of 56th and Watkins Ave.
From points West (Tontitown, Siloam Springs): Take U.S. 412/Sunset Ave. heading east. Turn right at 56th St. Arvest Ballpark will be on your right at the corner of 56th and Watkins Ave.
From points East (Springdale): Follow U.S. 412/Sunset Ave. heading west. Turn left at 56th St. Arvest Ballpark will be on your right at the corner of 56th and Watkins Ave.
From points South (Fayetteville, Fort Smith): Take I-49 north to Exit 70 (Dpn Tyson Parkway). Make a right turn at the end of the exit ramp onto Don Tyson Parkway. Turn right at 56th St. Arvest Ballpark will be on your left as you head North.
Our Suggestions for Avoiding the Rush to and from Arvest Ballpark
Running late to the game? Avoid the rush to the ballpark by using an alternate route! Don't forget that all roads at the intersection of 56th and Watkins Ave. lead to Arvest Ballpark. If you're coming from Springdale, you can take 48th St. south from U.S. 412 and make a right turn onto Watkins Ave. Or if you're approaching from the south, you can try Exit 69 off of I-49. Make a left turn on Great House Springs Rd., a right on New Hope Rd., and then the first right onto 56th St. If you're coming from Tontitown, Highfill, Cave Springs, or Elm Springs, you can try taking Rte. 112 south to George Ave. and make a right onto 64th St. and the first left onto Watkins.
Pets are not permitted in the ballpark except for the fans requiring the use of guide dogs, or during our "Bark In The Ballpark" day . On that day, pets will be allowed into Arvest Ballpark with an owner with a paid ticket.
In the interest of guest safety and enjoyment, Arvest Ballpark Management reserves the right to prevent certain items from being brought into Arvest Ballpark. The following includes, but is not limited to, items that are not allowed into Arvest Ballpark: 1. Alcohol beverages or illegal drugs 2. Non-alcohol beer 3. Food items 4. Glass bottles or cans 5. Ice chests or hard-sided coolers 6. Camera tri-pods 7. Sticks or clubs (including signs attached to sticks) 8. Fireworks 9. Bullhorns or other noisemakers 10. Confetti 11. Animals (except certified service dogs) 12. Beach balls or other inflatables 13. Bicycles 14. Skateboards or roller blades 15. Squirt guns or super soakers 16. Laser pointers 17. Weapons of any kind 18. beach style chairs, chaise lounges and lounge style chairs for guests holding a ticket in the Grass Berm. PERMITTED ITEMS 1. Baby formula, bottles and baby food 2. Medication or other special needs 3. Unopened, soft-sided containers of drinks such as small milk cartons, bottled water, juice boxes or pouches to be brought in only for special medical conditions 4. Cloth bags, soft packs, backpacks and baby bags (subject to search, must fit under seat) 5. Still and video cameras (see "camera and video equipment") 6. Binoculars 7. Seat cushions 8. Umbrellas (subject to size restrictions) 9. Baseball bats for the purpose of autographs (should be stored underneath the seats once the game begins) 10. Fold-up strollers (should be stored under your seat; larger strollers may be claim checked with your usher).
The Naturals have scheduled a number of promotional days this season. For a list of upcoming promotions, please refer to the Naturals pocket schedule or our website at nwanaturals.com. The number of promotional items distributed is restricted based on the event (e.g., first 2,000 fans or to fans 14 years and under). Please remember that a ticket does not ensure or entitle the holder to a promotional item on that date and that only one item will be given to each eligible person. Giveaway dates are subject to change without notice.
Radio's, TV's, and cell phones are allowed at Arvest Ballpark, as long as their use does not disrupt other guests.
RAIN CHECKS /POSTPONEMENTS
There are basically two types of cancellations of Naturals games due to adverse weather conditions:
Game in progress postponed: If this occurs while you are at the ballpark, keep your ticket stub and redeem it at the ticket office for a future game subject to availability and excluding special events. Please be advised, this transaction does not have to take place on the day the game is postponed. By Texas League rules, five innings (or four and a half innings if the home team is leading the game) constitutes a complete game and no ticket refunds or rain checks will be issued. In the event a double header is postponed after five innings of game one have been completed, it will be considered a complete game. No refunds or rain checks will be issued.
Game postponed before gates open: If this occurs, keep your whole ticket and exchange it at the ticket office for a future game of your choice (same season only), subject to availability and excluding special events.
According to Texas League Rules, the home team is the sole judge of the conditions of the playing field, prior to the start of the game. The umpire-in-chief shall be the sole judge as to whether and when play shall be suspended during a game because of unsuitable weather conditions or the unfit condition of the playing field; as to whether and when the play shall be resumed after such suspension; and as to whether and when a game shall be terminated after such suspension. He shall not call the game until at least one hour and 15 minutes after he has suspended play. He may continue the suspension as long as he believes there is any chance to resume play. He shall not call the game until at least 45 minutes after he has suspended play for a second time. The umpire-in-chief shall at all times try to complete a game. His authority to resume play following one or more suspensions shall be absolute and he shall terminate a game only when there appears to be no possibility of completing the ballgame.
RESALE OF TICKETS
The City of Springdale and the Naturals prohibit the resale of tickets on Arvest Ballpark property. This includes Arvest Ballpark, as well as all surrounding grounds and parking areas.
Guests will find clean and spacious men's, women's and family restrooms on all levels of Arvest Ballpark. Locations of these restrooms are as follows: Inside the Sam's Club Community Room, and adjacent to both Sections 104-105 and Sections 118-119. All suites are equipped with private restrooms.
Pocket schedules are available at the Guest Services Center or in the Naturals Team Store. Frequently schedules are also available at select local retailers.
SEASON TICKET INFORMATION

For the safety of our guests, security provided by the Springdale Police Department will be on site during most Arvest Ballpark events. If you have an emergency, please contact the nearest officer or Naturals representative.
Arvest Ballpark is a smoke-free facility and smoking is prohibited in all seating areas, the concourse, restrooms, concession stands, eating areas, suites, and administrative offices. This policy includes E-Cigarettes as well. Smoking and tobacco use can be done outside the main gates on the community room patio area.
SPEAKERS (PUBLIC SPEAKING)
Appearances by members of the Naturals Front Office can be arranged by contacting the Naturals at (479) 927-4900. Appearances are subject to availability.
Fans with suggestions, concerns, or complaints during your visit to Arvest Ballpark should bring their concerns to the Guest Services Center adjacent to section 114 or call (479) 927-4900 during normal business hours.
Tailgating is permitted in parking lots as long as it is confined to your parking space and does not interfere with parking procedures. In accordance with Springdale City Ordinance, guests may not consume alcohol in the parking lots or in their vehicles, nor may they possess an open container of alcohol.
TICKET SERVICES WINDOW
Guests with ticket problems, including lost or stolen tickets, ticket duplications, obstructed views and damaged seats, or guests who may need wheelchair or mobility impaired seating should go to one of the Ticket Service Windows. The Ticket Service Windows are located at the Main Entrance next to the Naturals Team Store and opens one (1) hour before the start of the game.
For the safety of all guests, weapons of any kind are not permitted in Arvest Ballpark. The only exception to this is law enforcement personnel in the performance of their official duties. Guests wishing to enter the stadium for a game or event consent to a reasonable search for weapons before entering. Failure to comply with the above conditions will be denied admittance or may be ejected. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed in such an event.
WILL CALL WINDOW
Guests may pick up "Will Call" tickets at the Arvest Ballpark Ticket Office - far left window. It's located right next to the Naturals Team Store. Photo ID is required of anyone picking up tickets at Will Call, and tickets will only be released to the individual named on the envelope. Will call orders may be picked up during ticket office operating hours any time after the order has been processed.
