Guide to the Epicenter
The Epicenter is a completely ADA accessible facility. Disabled guests may enter via the main gate or through the Season Ticket Holder Gate located on the Right Field Side of the Stadium. Parking spaces are marked clearly in lots A, B, and G of the Adult Sports Center Parking lots. All restroom facilities are also ADA friendly. Please notify the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes box office at (909) 481-5000 when purchasing tickets.
Pets are not permitted inside The Epicenter except on designated games. However, all service animals are welcome.
No alcoholic beverages may be brought into or removed from The Epicenter. California State law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. There is a limit of two alcoholic beverages per person per purchase.
The in-stadium ATM is located in the Quakes Team Store near the main gate and RanchoHomeFinder.com Courtesy Booth.
Baby Changing Tables
Baby changing tables are located in both the men's and women's restrooms at The Epicenter. The restrooms are located on the concourse to the left and right of the main gate.
Bags and Backpacks
For your safety, bags, backpacks, purses, and diaper bags will be searched prior to entrance into The Epicenter.
Outside Food and Beverages
No outside bottles, cans, coolers, food or beverages may be brought into The Epicenter. Exceptions will be made for those with specific medical needs or items needed for infants and small children. Documentation will be needed for all exceptions.
Still and hand-held video cameras are welcome at The Epicenter, however tripods are not permitted. Video reproduction of Rancho Cucamonga Quakes games or Epicenter events is strictly prohibited without express written consent from the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes and Minor League Baseball.
Cellular phones are permitted within The Epicenter provided their use does not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game.
Guests are always encouraged to bring forth any comments and/or suggestions. It is our intention to make The Epicenter a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Simply speak with any available Quakes front office member, or visit the RanchoHomeFinder.com Courtesy Booth near the main gate. Concessions and Catering
Pro Sports Catering is the food service provider for the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes and all events hosted at The Epicenter. They are recognized for their unequaled style of service, quality of product, and hospitality. For any food service inquiries, please contact the Quakes Front Office at (909) 481-5000 ext. 218.
After you have been admitted through the ticket gate, you must obtain a stamp at the Season Ticket Gate on the Right Field Side to gain re-entry. In the case of an emergency, guests are asked to visit the RanchoHomeFinder.com Courtesy Booth for assistance.

In the unlikely event that you are injured at The Epicenter, A.M.R. EMTs are on site to handle any medical needs. The A.M.R. EMTs are located in the concourse in the First Aid Room across from the Aftershock Alley Concession Stand. If you should need medical attention, please contact the nearest Quakes staff member. We will be happy to assist you.
Foul Balls and Bats
The holder of each ticket assumes all risks and danger arising from the action of the players, coaches, and officials on the field before, during, and after the actual occurrence of the event. Such risks and danger include, but are not limited to, being injured by objects such as bats, balls, bases, helmets, and promotional merchandise that are thrown, batted, kicked, shot, tossed, etc. from the field, bullpens, dugouts, and other areas on the stadium grounds. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that Brett Sports & Entertainment, The Rancho Cucamonga Quakes, The Los Angeles Dodgers, the California League, and the City of Rancho Cucamonga, various participants and participating clubs, and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
Only authorized personnel will be permitted on the field before, during, and after the games. Any unauthorized person entering the field or the top of the dugouts will be removed from The Epicenter and subject to arrest.
Lost and Found
Guests may inquire about lost and found items at the Best Buy Courtesy Booth. To inquire about lost and found items after a game, guests may call the Quakes front office at (909) 481-5000 during business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm). Items will be held for thirty days before being discarded or donated to charity.
In the unlikely event that a member of your party becomes separated, please report to the RanchoHomeFinder.com Courtesy Booth for assistance. The Rancho Cucamonga Quakes staff is always available to help locate any lost or separated guests.
The Quakes Team Store is open daily from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday and during all Quakes home games. The store accepts cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
The Quakes message board is located below the scoreboard in right-center field at The Epicenter. For any special group and/or birthday announcements please contact the Quakes Front Office 48 hours in advance. For any public address announcements, please visit the RanchoHomeFinder.com Courtesy Booth on the main concourse.
Rain Check Policy
If an official game is not played, (that being 4.5 innings if the home team is leading or 5 innings if the game is tied or if the visiting team is leading) the ticket may be used as a rain check. In this case, this ticket may be exchanged for a ticket of equal value, based on seating availability, for any future non-restricted home game. Exchanges are accepted exclusively at The Epicenter Ticket Office. Tickets for official games that are suspended after becoming an official contest do not qualify as rain checks.
Smoke Free Policy
Smoking is not permitted within the seating areas at The Epicenter. Designated smoking areas have been set up on the concourse area.

Quakes tickets may be purchased online at www.rcquakes.com. Ordering your Quakes tickets from home has never been easier. If you should require special seating such as handicapped seating, shade seating, or special requests, please call the ticket office at (909) 481-5000.
All children ages three years and older must have a ticket for entry into The Epicenter. Infants and children two years of age and under will be admitted free so long as they can sit comfortably in a parent's lap. Children who do not have a ticket will not be guaranteed a seat.
The main gate opens 80 minutes prior to each Quakes home game for season ticket holders and select groups and 60 minutes prior to each home game for all remaining guests.
Radio and Internet Broadcasts
Join the "Voice of the Quakes", Mike Lindskog for all 140 regular season games on AM 1510 The SPA. All games are also broadcast live around the world on the internet, by clicking the listen live link on the home page. All broadcasts begin 15 minutes prior to first pitch!
