Before joining Wake Forest, Lassiter worked both as a financial advisor for Jefferson Pilot Financial at the Piedmont Agency (1999-2001) and as a sales representative for the Cintas Corporation (2001-02).
Lassiter graduated from Greensboro College in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Economics. While there, Lassiter was a 4-year letter winner for the men's basketball squad and also served as a team captain during his junior and senior seasons.
Lassiter, a 1995 graduate of Elkin High School, currently resides in Winston-Salem with his wife, Kiera, their three children, Porter, Mary Elizabeth and Wilson, and their two labs, Ramsey and Pawley.

After graduating from West Virginia University in 1998, he completed an internship in group sales with the Richmond Braves. Ryan joined the Winston-Salem staff in 1999 as a group sales associate and was promoted to General Manager of Baseball Operations after the 2003 season.
Ryan is responsible for all functions relating to running and maintaining BB&T Ballpark and oversees team operations, facility management, stadium operations and groundskeeping.
Ryan's contributions were recognized in 2010, when he was voted the winner of the Calvin Falwell Executive of the Year Award, becoming the first Winston-Salem executive to win the award in its 24-year existence. Voting is done by Carolina League managers, general managers and club owners.

This is Amanda's second stint with the organization after spending 10 years with the Warthogs from 1998-2008 as an Office Manager. She has also worked with Allegacy and Co-operative Payroll Solutions.
Originally from Des Moines, Iowa, Amanda enjoys reading, going to movies and listening to live music. She is also a diehard Cleveland Indians fan. Amanda currently resides in Winston-Salem.

Corey previously spent two years working in a variety of roles for the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, with whom he helped open Coca-Cola Park in 2008. He also spent two seasons in the front office of the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees and Red Barons. Corey is a Duquesne University graduate, where he majored in Business and was a member of the Dukes baseball team. He currently resides in Kernersville with his wife Kristine and their black lab Brady.

A native of Winston-Salem, Alonzo is set to earn his Master of Arts degree with a Sports Administration concentration in May from North Carolina A&T State University. He previously earned his Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of South Carolina in 2011.
Besides working for the Dash, the 28-year-old is a football and track coach at Carver High School, as well as a Parent Engagement Coordinator at North Hill Elementary School. He roots ardently for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, LeBron James and all South Carolina sports teams. When he's not playing, watching or working athletics events, the Winston-Salem resident likes to travel and spend time with family and friends.

Before rejoining the Dash, CJ was the Vice President of Business Development with the Trenton Thunder. Prior to his first stint in Winston-Salem, he spent five years with the Hagerstown Suns, which included roles as the team's Senior Director of Marketing and the Assistant General Manager.
A graduate of West Virginia University, CJ currently resides in Clemmons with his wife, Jaci, and their daughters, Allison & Avery. The Cumberland, Md., native enjoys reading and exercising in his spare time.

Russell previously held a variety of responsibilities with the Dash, including coordinating the team's MVP Education Program in 2009. He will begin his 14th season in Minor League Baseball in 2017, having also worked for three years in Greensboro and two years with the Durham Bulls in their Box Office.
A Greensboro, N.C., native, Russell enjoys reading and supporting the Atlanta Braves and Carolina Hurricanes in his spare time. He is an alumnus of the University of North Carolina.

During the 2015 season, Brittani was the team Captain and earned All-Conference honors while guiding the Rams to the program's first CIAA volleyball title. She is also a head coach for the Champion Volleyball Club, where she works with local players ages 15-18.

Paul boasts a wealth of experience in the field. Before joining the Dash, he was the Superintendent at Meadowlands Golf Club since 1992. He also logged seven years as the Assistant Superintendent at Bermuda Run Country Club. He has also worked part time with the Dash's sister company, Rhino Sports & Entertainment Services.
He and his wife Kim live in Winston-Salem, and they have three daughters--Lauren, Kristina and Melissa. The Michigan State alumnus enjoys fishing, hunting, camping and watching sports in his spare time.

After growing up in Vienna, Va., Kyle attended the University of South Carolina where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and played on the club Hockey team. Prior to joining Rhino's staff, Kyle worked as an Event Management intern during the 2014 US Open in Pinehurst, N.C. and an Event Manager at AT&T Stadium and Southern Methodist University Athletics in Dallas, Texas.

In addition to his broadcast duties with the Dash, Brian works as a studio host for IMG College, where he anchors pregame, halftime and postgame coverage for all Michigan men's basketball broadcasts. From 2012-14, Brian was the postgame show host for University of Kentucky men's basketball, and he was on the air for the 2014 National Championship Game between Kentucky and Connecticut.
Brian has also worked for the Burlington Royals (rookie-advanced, Kansas City) and the Frisco RoughRiders (Double-A, Texas). The Medina, Ohio, native graduated from Ohio University with a broadcast journalism degree. Brian enjoys traveling, bowling and watching sports in his spare time. He currently resides in Winston-Salem.

David spent the 2016 season with Triple-A New Orleans, with whom he assisted in the media relations, broadcast and multimedia departments. He played a key role in the organization's transition from Zephyrs to Baby Cakes. He has also worked for the NFL's New Orleans Saints as a communications assistant and WWL Radio as a high school play-by-play broadcaster.
A native of Orlando, Fla., David graduated from Tulane University, where he assisted in the athletics communication department. In his spare time, David enjoys watching television, playing sports, traveling and performing magic.

Joe has immersed himself in the sports broadcasting scene in the Triad. During the offseason, Joe works as a producer and studio host at IMG College. This year, he has hosted primarily for Florida and Gonzaga after working with Villanova during its national championship run in men's basketball last season. He is also the play-by-play voice for the women's basketball team at High Point University.
The New Jersey native and Boston University alumnus spent the 2015 season with the Falmouth Commodores of the prestigious Cape Cod Baseball League. Joe was also very involved with the student television and radio stations while attending BU. He currently resides in Winston-Salem.
Since joining the team in 2009, Bolt holds the records for most high fives given in a single game though he boasts an 0-25 career record in musical chairs.
Whether it's greeting fans at baseball games, playing pranks on the umpires, or making appearances at local community events throughout the year, Bolt strives to put a smile on the faces of Dash fans everywhere.

Thanks to a nine-year stint with the Dayton Dragons (Low-A, Cincinnati), Jessica is no stranger to Minor League Baseball. She contributed to the Dragons as a member of their "Green Team," mascot performer and Entertainment Assistant.
A graduate of the Disney College Program, Jessica enjoys cooking, baking, dancing, singing and much more. After growing up in Dayton, Ohio, Jessica currently resides in Winston-Salem.

In this role, Kit is responsible for all food, beverage and merchandise services at the stadium. Prior to assuming this role, Kit was the concourse supervisor at BB&T Ballpark since it opened in 2010. Before joining Legends Hospitality, Kit has 15 years of experience in the food service industry. He has worked in a variety of food service establishments including family-owned, chain restaurants, and special event catering.
A graduate of Mount Tabor High School, Kit also attended Campbell University. He resides in Winston-Salem with his wife, Aimee, and daughter, Abby.
