Tom Denlinger Vice President

Tom Denlinger

Tom Denlinger embarks on his fifth season with the GreenJackets and his first as the Vice President after being the General Manager from 2014-2017 and after spending the previous four years as the Assistant General Manager of the Richmond Flying Squirrels. The 2018 season will mark the 16th year of working in Minor League Baseball.


A native of Paradise, PA Tom graduated from Messiah College with a degree in Sports Management. Prior to his time with Richmond, he spent time working with the Daytona Cubs, Delmarva Shorebirds and got his start in baseball with the Reading Phillies.


Did You Know:

One unique thing about Tom is that he attended the longest double header in the history of Major League Baseball, the Phillies vs. Padres on July 2nd, 1993. He and his family witnessed the first game that lasted 9 innings with two rain delays. The second game lasted 10 innings with Mitch Williams having the game winning hit. Overall time elapsed from the start of game one to the finish of game two: 12 hours and 5 minutes!

Brandon Greene General Manager

Brandon Greene

Brandon Greene embarks on his 14th season in Minor League Baseball and his 4th with the Augusta GreenJackets. In the summer of 2017, Brandon was named General Manager after being the Assistant General Manager from 2015-2017.


A native of Muncie, Indiana, Brandon graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Sport and Business Administration. In 14 years Brandon has lived up the East Coast with previous stops in Daytona Beach, FL (Daytona Cubs), Allentown, PA (Lehigh Valley IronPigs) and Richmond, VA (Richmond Flying Squirrels.)


Did You Know:

In Brandon's free time, he likes spending time on the golf course, the beach, and cheering on his favorite sports teams - Reds, Colts, Indiana Hoosiers, Ball State Cardinals, and Notre Dame Fightin' Irish.

Matt Szczupakowski Ticket Sales Manager

Matt Szczupakowski

Matt is excited to go into his second season with the Augusta GreenJackets as the Ticket Sales Manager. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Ticket Sales Department while maximizing revenue through the sale of ticket packages including season tickets, mini plans and group outing experiences.


Matt joins the GreenJackets after spending the last two seasons as the Manager of Inside Sales with the Peoria Chiefs (Single A Affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals). Prior to his time with the Chiefs, he spent time with the Memphis Redbirds and got his start with the Rochester Red Wings.

The Rochester, NY native graduated from Gannon University, in Erie, PA, with a major in Sports Management and Marketing with a minor in Advertising Communications. While at Gannon, he was the kicker on the football team and set many individual records during his time on the grid iron. In his spare time, Matt enjoys playing the occasional round of golf and watching his beloved Buffalo Bills, Texas Longhorns, New York Mets, and Buffalo Sabres, He also enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and meeting new people on his next adventure here in Augusta.

Troy Pakusch Ticket Sales Account Executive

Troy Pakusch

Troy Pakusch returns for his second season as a Full Time Account Executive to the GreenJackets after completing the sales internship in 2016. Troy came over to the team after previously working as a group sales/ promotions intern for the Rochester Red Wings. Troy is from Rochester, NY and is attending his final semester this Spring at The College at Brockport in New York. In May, Troy will graduate with a bachelor's degree in Sport Management. This will be Troy's second year working in Minor League Baseball. .


Did You Know:

Troy's favorite sport is football and he never grew up watching baseball, but loves working in Minor League Baseball!

Austin Lowndes Ticket & Group Sales Account Executive

Austin Lowndes

Austin Lowndes is in his second season with the Augusta GreenJackets as a Food and Beverage Intern and his first working in the Special Events department. He has worked various jobs in food and beverage, his favorite being bartending.


Austin was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida but moved to Augusta at a young age after his father took a management position as a PGA certified clubmaker. He is currently a senior at Augusta University. He will graduate in December 2017 with a degree in Marketing. Austin is a huge Atlanta Braves fan and loves smack talking the New York Yankees with his mother, who is a big-time Yankees fan.


Did You Know:

Austin is hands down the funniest guy in the office, maybe even the world. He also played alongside Robert DeNiro and Zac Efron in the 2016 comedy Dirty Grandpa….as an extra on the beach.

Greg Dietz Manager, Corporate Partnerships

Greg Dietz

Greg Dietz begins his third season with the GreenJackets after spending the previous two years with the Syracuse Chiefs. The 2017 season will be Greg's 7th working in professional baseball.


A native of Syracuse, NY, Greg graduated from Ithaca College with a degree in Sport Studies and a minor is Sport and Exercise Psychology. Prior to his time in Syracuse, Greg worked for the independent Washington Wild Things, the Tri-City ValleyCats, and the Lehigh Valley IronPigs.


Did You Know:

An avid Mets fan, Greg has a tattoo of Mr. Met.


Group Sales

Yari Natal Group Sales Manager

Yari Natal

Yari is entering her 8th season in sports (7th season in minor league baseball), and her first season with the GreenJackets. Before joining the GreenJackets, Yari most recently worked with the Cleveland Cavaliers and their franchise properties (AHL, NBA G-League, AFL and ESports). Her previous stints include 3 seasons each with the El Paso Chihuahuas (Pacific Coast League, '14-'16) and the York Revolution (Atlantic League, '11-'13). Originally from the "Island of Enchantment" (also known as Puerto Rico), she moved to the US in 2011 to pursue her career in sports after graduating from Universidad Metropolitana with a Major in Business Administration and Minors in Communications and Marketing.


Yari is a NY Yankees fan (#GotRings) and when the NFL is in season roots for the NY Giants.


Did You Know:

Fully bilingual (English and Spanish, since the age of 6), she's half Puerto Rican and half Dominican, she fell while horseback riding 3 times in her lifetime (as a child), has a combined 17 siblings (she comes in at #11), she has 2 Championship rings from her previous baseball franchises and was the captain of her JV volleyball teams in middle school and co-captain of her varsity volleyball teams in high school.

James Mullins Group Sales Executive

James Mullins

James Mullins is in his first full season as an Account Executive with the Augusta GreenJackets. He previously spent the past two seasons as a sales intern. He has previously worked as a student manager for the Georgia Southern baseball team as well as volunteer club house assistant for the Augusta GreenJackets.

He recently graduated from Georgia Southern University in May 2017 with a Sports Management degree. He grew up here in Augusta where he attended Aquinas High School from there he went to Greensboro College and played a year of college football before Transferring to Georgia Southern University. He is an avid Georgia Southern Football fan as well a huge Atlanta Falcon fan.

Did you know James was a batboy here and has worked with players such as Pablo Sandervol, Sergio Romo, Zach Wheeler , and Tommy Joseph.

Box Office

Tyler Wilcox Ticket Operations Specialists and Supervisor

Tyler Wilcox

Tyler Wilcox is in his first season with the Augusta GreenJackets as a Box Office Intern. He has previously worked with the Normal Cornbelters of the Frontier League as a Box Office Intern as well. He graduated this July from Indiana State University with a degree in Sport Management. Tyler is a huge Indianapolis Colts, Indiana Pacers, and St. Louis Cardinals fan.


Did You Know: Tyler played the Saxophone and marched in his High School marching band!

Promotions, Marketing & Community Relations

Shannon Mitchell Marketing, Promotions & Community Relations

Shannon Mitchell

Shannon Mitchell enters her 4th season with the Augusta GreenJackets, including her third as an Account Executive and Community Relations Specialist. She spent her first season as the Community Relations and Retail Merchandise Intern. Prior to moving to Augusta, she spent time working for the Myrtle Beach Pelicans in Myrtle Beach, SC.


She graduated from Coastal Carolina University in Conway, SC in December of 2014. Growing up in Cullman, AL, Shannon absolutely hates the Crimson Tide and loves to brag about the kick six when her Auburn Tigers defeated Alabama with one second left on the clock in the 2013 Iron Bowl. Besides being an Auburn fan, she also likes to cheer on the Florida Gators, the Duke Blue Devils in basketball and the Atlanta Braves in baseball. This will be her second season in minor league baseball.

Did You Know:

Shannon was an All-State, All-Area, All-County basketball player in high school.

Creative Services

Mason Elam Multimedia Video & Creative Service Specialist

Mason Elam

Mason Elam joins the GreenJackets staff as our Multimedia Video & Creative Services Specialist. He moved to Georgia after working and interning with the Florence Freedom in the Independent League. This will be his third year in baseball.


Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Mason graduated from Union College in Barbourville, KY with a major in Media Studies. When not at the stadium Mason spends most of his days watching more baseball and cheering on the Redsox, and hoping one day the Reds will one day make it back to the playoffs.

Did You Know:

Mason grew up with the Boston Redsox Left Fielder, Andrew Benintendi.

Food & Beverage

Tyler Glynn Food & Beverage Director

Tyler Glynn

Tyler is entering his 7th season in minor league baseball, and 8th year in sports. This is Tyler's first season with the GreenJackets after working at Watkins Glen International Raceway last season in New York. Tyler started working in baseball at The West Michigan Whitecaps (Detroit Tiger's Single A Affiliate). He has a degree in Business Management and Administration from Ferris State University. Tyler is a native of Rockford, Michigan and enjoys going home to spend time outdoors in the fall.


Did You Know: Tyler got hurt playing football in middle school and started shooting competitive archery across the United States. Tyler can hit a baseball 100 yards away with a bow!

David Hutto Food & Beverage Supervisor

David Hutto

David is in his third year as Food & Beverage Supervisor. David worked for the GreenJackets two years as a seasonal concessions employee with the GreenJackets. He worked the previous eight years in the retail business. Before that David worked twenty-two years in the catalog printing business.A native of Charleston, S.C., David attended Augusta College, and has been living in the Augusta area since 1978. He has two grown children and four grandchildren and is a huge Clemson University fan.


Did You Know: David's first concession job was in 1973 when he was a junior in high school at the old Carolina Coliseum!


Billy Nowak Stadium Operations Director

Billy Nowak

Billy has worked in athletic facilities operations in high school, intercollegiate and professional sports. He is entering his fourth season in minor league baseball. Before joining the GreenJackets, Billy most recently worked in stadium operations with the West Michigan Whitecaps. Billy's wife is currently working on her doctorate in Occupational Therapy at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Billy is a native of Grand Rapids, MI, where he grew up with his parents, Tim and Mia, and older brother John. Being a sports nut, he is an avid fan of both the Michigan State Spartans and the Detroit Tigers. Billy is an alumni of Bowling Green State University graduating from BGSU with a degree in sport management.


Did You Know: In his first varsity at bat, Billy hit a home run and was also the FOX Sports - Detroit Athlete of the Month in February, 2010. In his spare time, Billy likes to play golf.


Trey Altman Head Groundskeeper

Try Altman

Trey Altman is in his second season with the Augusta GreenJackets as the head grounds keeper. He previously worked at NC State University for five years where he was the assistant grounds keeper.

He is a native of Hamlet, NC and graduated from Sandhills Community College where he received his degree in horticulture. He is a fan of any NC State team, the Boston Red Sox, and the Dallas Cowboys. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.

As a big Red Sox fan Trey named his dog Fenway after the stadium.


Chelsea Galbraith Retail Sales Manager

Chelsea Galbraith

Chelsea Galbraith joins our GreenJackets staff as our Retail and Merchandise Operations Manager. She made the move to Georgia after previously working as the Merchandise Manager for Roger Dean Stadium, home of Miami Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals Spring Training, along with Class A-Advanced Jupiter Hammerheads and Palm Beach Cardinals. This is Chelsea's fourth year working in Minor League Baseball.


A native of Loudoun County, Virginia, Chelsea graduated from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania with a dual degree in Sport Management and Public Relations. When she is not spending her time at the ballpark, she cheers proudly for the Washington Redskins, Virginia Tech Hokies, Boston Red Sox, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Toronto Blue Jays. During the fall, you definitely will be able to find her in front of a television or at a stadium watching some level of football every weekend!


Did You Know:

Chelsea's top bucket list goal to complete in her lifetime is to visit all 30 MLB ballparks, at least once.


Zach Booth Ticket & Group Sales Intern

Zach Booth

Zach is in his first year in Minor League Baseball as a ticket sales intern for the GreenJackets. Zach is originally from Columbus, Georgia and is currently enrolled at Georgia Southern University, studying Sport Management and has done volunteer work with their club with teams and leagues all over the Southeast region. Zach will be graduating from Georgia Southern in May of 2018 and wants to make a career out of baseball after he is all done with school.


Did You Know:

Zach likes to go hunting, fishing, and play golf in his spare time.

Franchesca Finelli Administration Intern

Franchesca Finelli

Franchesca Finelli is joining the GreenJackets as the Administration Intern after previously working four seasons with the Tri-City ValleyCats, located in her home town of Troy, NY.

After being accepted to transfer to the University of Georgia as a Sport Management major, she decided to move to the south early for the sunshine and to work for the GreenJackets during her gap semester. A native of Upstate NY, Franchesca naturally cheers for the New York Yankees, but has followed in her fathers footsteps as a fan of America's Team, the Dallas Cowboys. Now of course, she also follows Georgia football. Throughout her time at Tri-City, her claim to fame was acting as Ketchup in the 8th inning hot dog race that occurred every home game. During her free time, she'll probably be watching reality TV or obsessing over Beyoncé.

Did You Know:

Franchesca played softball for 9 years. She still holds her high schools strike out record that she set her junior year, and also lead her team to an undefeated (16-0) season her senior year.

Gunnar Fullerton Stadium Operations Intern

Gunnar Fullerton

Gunnar is the Stadium Operations Intern this season for the GreenJackets. This is his second year working in minor league baseball, he formerly worked for the Burlington Bees as an assistant clubhouse manager. This is Gunnar's first year with the GreenJackets. Gunnar is from Freeport, Illinois.

Did You Know:

Every summer Gunnar, his brother, and cousin take a trip to see a couple MLB stadiums that they haven't been to before. So far, Gunnar his been to nineteen of the thirty MLB stadiums.

Joe Laurendi Media & Broadcast Intern

Joe Laurendi

Joe is entering his first year in minor league baseball as a radio and media relations intern for the GreenJackets. Joe is originally from Buffalo, New York and then moved to Chicago where he earned his degree in Journalism at DePaul University. In his time, there served as the "Voice of the Blue Demons", covering different sports and hosting shows on Radio DePaul Sports. Joe will be bringing back play-by-play radio for the GreenJackets for the first time since 2012.


Did You Know:

One of Joe's goals in life is to go to every ballpark in the MLB. He has been to 12 of the 30 stadiums so far!

Casey McGaw Marketing, Promotions & Community Relations Intern

Casey McGaw

Casey McGaw is in her first season with the GreenJackets, and third in Minor League Baseball overall. She has previously worked for the Tri-City ValleyCats and Harrisburg Senators. In addition, she has worked for the Pittsburgh Steelers in game entertainment/fan experience, and the Pittsburgh Penguins and National Hockey League in social media. Her dream job is to one day be the Social Media Manager for a professional team. She graduated from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in December 2017. Casey passionately roots for the Pittsburgh Penguins, Pittsburgh Steelers, San Francisco Giants, and Penn State football.

Did You Know:

Casey was involved in local theatre for 15 years, and began singing in bars when she was 14 years old. So she may be melodramatic sometimes, but it makes sense.

RJ Williams Food & Beverage Intern

RJ Williams

RJ is in his first year as the Food and Beverage Intern. RJ comes from Chattanooga, Tennessee but grew up mostly in Louisiana. A graduate of The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a degree in Exercise Science in the May of 2017. During his time at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga he was a student football equipment manager. While being an equipment manager the football went on to win three straight Southern Conference Championship rings.

Did You Know:

RJ became know as Tee Guy from running and getting the kickoff tee during football games.
