Hank Aaron Stadium Info

Official Name: Hank Aaron Stadium
Hank Aaron Stadium (The Hank), named after Mobile native record-breaking Hall of Famer Henry Aaron, Jr., opened its doors on April 17, 1997; bringing minor league baseball back to Mobile after a 27-year hiatus.

The Hank not only pays homage to Aaron, but also other Mobile baseball greats. The field is on the corner of Satchel Paige Drive and Bolling Brothers Boulevard. The Bolling brothers, Milt and Frank, both had major league careers and have helped grow baseball in their hometown, Mobile.
