Matt will be entering his third season as the Assistant General Manager and his ninth season overall for the Tampa Yankees. Prior to becoming Assistant General Manager, Matt spent three years as the Marketing Coordinator for the New York and Tampa Yankees.

He began his Yankees career as an intern in 2004, working as a clubhouse attendant during spring training. He spent three years as an intern and part-time worker before becoming a full time employee in 2007. In 2006, he received a B.S. in Sports Management from the University of Tampa. Matt also coached the University of Tampa's JV baseball team for three years. Matt is a baseball enthusiast and looks forward to watching baseball evolve.
