AAA Ohio Auto Club Guest Services

The booth is located behind home plate adjacent to the Home Plate entrance.

Accessible Handicap Parking

All surrounding parking lots and garages offer spaces for guests with disabilities. Click here for more information on parking and a map of available areas.

Accessible Handicap Seating

There are two Handicap Accessible entrances at Huntington Park. The Center Field entrance has the easiest accessibility. The Home Plate entrance also meets accessibility standards. Handicap Seating is available for seats at all price levels. Prices for handicapped seating is the same for adults, kids and seniors as it is for the fans in every section. Seating locations may be reserved ahead of time for all games. Look at our seating chart for locations or call (614) 462 2757 for details.

Advance Ticket Window

This window can be found at the Clippers Cargo Souvenir Store in the Left Field Building. Tickets can be purchased starting at 10AM on game days, and is open from Monday-Friday, 10AM-2PM on non-home-game days during the season.

AEP Power Pavilion

This area on top of the Left Field Building is available for pregame parties and will host FANdemonium on Thursday night games throughout the season. If not reserved by a group, the area is open to anyone with a ticket. For Group Information for this area click here.

Animals

Only properly identified service animals are permitted at Huntington Park®.

If you or a guest needs special assistance or has any questions please call our offices at (614) 462-5250.

ATM

There is one Huntington Bank ATM machine located along the Left Field building by the Bob Evans Family Stands; and one next to the information center behind home plate.

Autographs

Players are not permitted to sign autographs during the game.

Backstop Shop

Located behind home plate on the 3rd base side of the concourse.

Banners & Signs

Banners and signs are not permitted in the seating areas of Huntington Park.

Bob Evans Family Stands

Located on the 1st Floor of the Left Field Building.

Bus Parking

At this time we do not offer bus parking.

Camera & Video Equipment

Individual cameras and camcorders are permitted. Fans may not reproduce the game or interfere with other fans' enjoyment of the game.

Carry-Ins

Soft-sided coolers are permitted, but not hard-sided coolers; also no alcohol, glass bottles, or cans will be permitted. SMALL bags or backpacks of food items and beverages in plastic bottles will be permitted.

Center Field Fountain

Located behind the Center Field Fence. Lockers are available in the Left Field Building restrooms to store dry or wet clothing.

Clippers Cargo Store

This is the main souvenir shop. It is located on the first floor of the Left Field building, accessible from Neil Ave. Regular hours are Tuesday-Friday 11AM-2PM beginning in March or you may set up an appointment outside of the regular hours by contacting us at 614-402-6337.

Clippers Cash

Clippers Cash is the perfect complement to your season ticket plan or group outing. Clippers Cash, available in either token or voucher form, is a convenient way to provide yourself, friends, family, and clients with a memorable Huntington Park® experience. These tokens or vouchers may be used just like cash, anywhere in the ballpark, for merchandise and concessions, and are valid throughout the season. Clippers Cash is available in $1, $2, $5 and $10 increments. Clippers Cash must be purchased in advance of the game, while supplies last.

Concessions

For group outings, catering is also available.

Dime-A-Dog Nights

Selected Monday home games will be Sugardale Dime-A-Dog nights, where hot dogs are 10 cents each. They will be available at most concession stands throughout Huntington Park®.

Drinking Fountains

There are drinking fountains located adjacent to all restrooms.

Fan Behavior

Fans behaving in an inappropriate manner may be subject to ejection. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, offensive or abusive language, throwing objects onto the field, and any behavior that interferes with other fans enjoyment of the game. Clothing that is offensive or abusive is not permitted. Those wearing such clothing will be asked to remove it or turn it inside out.

Field Access

Only authorized personnel are allowed on the field. All violators are subject to ejection and prosecution.

First Aid

The Mount Carmel First Aid & Wellness Center is located behind home plate on the 3rd base side.

Gates Open

Generally, gates will open 90 minutes prior to 7:05 PM games, and one hour prior to 6:35 PM starts, Sunday and weekday afternoon games. If there is a special circumstance where the gate time is changed, it will be posted on schedule section of the Clippers' website at www.clippersbaseball.com

Hall Of Fame Bar

Located on the 2nd floor of the Left Field building, the restaurant has a full service bar and can be reserved for pre game parties. During games fans with any ticket are permitted, subject to capacity. This area is also available for corporate events when there is not a Clippers game being played.

Huntington Knot Hole Kids Club

Huntington Bank and Tim Hortons are proud partners of the Huntington Knot Hole Club. With a membership card to the Huntington Knot Hole Club, children, 12 and under, and seniors, 60 and over, are allowed free admission to Wednesday night home games. Lawn Seating

Enjoy all the Clippers action from the comfort of our Lawn Seats! Purchase a lawn seating ticket for any game, while supplies last. This is a General Admission area, and is filled on a first come, first serve basis. Fans can bring their own blankets to sit on, but folding chairs are not permitted.

Lost & Found

Located at AAA Guest Services Booth behind home plate during games. After games, Lost & Found will be moved to the Clippers Ticket and Business Office and may be reached at 614-462-5250.

Objects Leaving the Field of Play

Fans are invited to keep any ball thrown or hit into the stands. Any bat thrown into the stands must be returned to the field. Be aware at all times of objects leaving the field of play.

Paging

Paging over the public address system or scoreboard will be done at the discretion of Clippers staff for medical emergencies only. Fans in need of this service should report to the AAA Guest Services Booth.

Parking

Parking is provided by Standard Parking. Their lots will be $3.00, $4.00 or $5.00, depending on the lot location for Clippers fans when there is no conflicting event at Nationwide Arena. Private parking may be available around the park but we have NO control over that pricing. Fans can guarantee parking price and location by purchasing in advance from ClickandPark.com. Party at the Park

Every Friday night home game in the Right Field Plaza, we will be featuring Party-At-The-Park. From the time the gates open to the first pitch we will have a live music and food and beverage specials for all in attendance! Each Friday night will feature a different local band! Visit our Party-At-The-Park page for a schedule.

Picnics

Our Picnic areas in Left Field are available for rental for both Group Outings and Birthday Parties.

Rain Outs, Postponements & Refunds

In the event 5 innings are not completed, or 4 1/2 innings if the Clippers are leading, your game ticket is exchangeable for a ticket of equal or lesser value, subject to availability, to any regular season game during the current season. Your ticket will need to be exchanged for a ticket to your chosen regular season game this season, either in advance (recommended) or on the day of the game. Tickets may be exchanged at our Business Office during normal office hours, at any ticket windows during a game at Huntington Park, or at the Advance Ticket Cart during all home games. Refunds will not be issued. Umbrellas are allowed in the ballpark as long as they do not interfere with the lines of sight for other fans. Refer to our Rain Policy for more information.

Three men's, three women's and two family restrooms on main level.

One men's, one women's and one family restroom at VIP entrance.

Four men's, four women's and two family restrooms on suite level.

Scoreboard Announcements

Scoreboard Announcements are reserved for Birthdays, Anniversaries, and Group Outings. No forms of advertising will be permitted on the scrolling marquee. All messages are subject to approval by management and require a minimum $5 donation to Clippers Charities per message. Security

All fans will be subject to inspection upon entering Huntington Park®. All containers, bags, back-packs, camera bags, purses, etc. will be inspected upon entry into the ballpark. Glass, alcohol, weapons (including pocket knives), balloons, horns, laser pointers, and other missile-like objects will not be permitted into Huntington Park®. For the comfort and security of all our guests, Clippers management reserves the right to not allow hazardous or disruptive items (i.e. healies, obtrusive noise makers, etc.) into Huntington Park®.

IT IS ILLEGAL TO CARRY A FIREARM, DEADLY WEAPON,
OR DANGEROUS ORDNANCE ANYWHERE ON THESE PREMISES.

 

Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code, no person, including anyone licensed to
carry a concealed handgun, shall knowingly possess, have under the person's
control, convey, or attempt to convey a deadly weapon or dangerous ordnance
onto these premises, unless otherwise authorized by law.

Smoking

Smoking is NOT permitted inside Huntington Park®. We have added two smoking sections outside the park. One at the Home Plate entrance and one at the Left Field Entrance. Ticket holders must be stamped for re-entry and no alcohol will be permitted outside the park's gates.

Souvenirs

Souvenirs can be purchased at the Clippers Cargo Store, located in the Left Field Building, or at the Backstop Shop, located on the concourse behind home plate on the 3rd base side.

Strollers

The Columbus Clippers welcome fans that bring and utilize their own strollers, however the use of strollers should not in any way inhibit general fan movement or block any aisle ways.

Tanksy.com Bullpen Suite

Bring your group of 25-100 to the Tansky.com Bullpen Suite. Located down the line overlooking left field, you get an amazing view of the action and the comfort and luxury of a suite. For more info, click here.

Tanksy Sawmill Toyota Club

Accessible to those with club, loge and suite ticket holders. It can be accessed by stairs or elevator near home plate in the concourse.

Tansky Sawmill Toyota Suites

Tansky Sawmill Toyota Suites can be rented out for each home game. Each suite includes 12 tickets and 3 parking passes. Up to 8 additional tickets are available per suite. Wendy's Hamburger Balconies

The Wendy's Hamburger Balconies are located in right field.The upper level is avalable for Group Outings. The lower level is first come, first served.

Will Call is located on the corner of Neil Avenue and Nationwide Boulevard at the Center Field Ticket Office.
