Single Game Playoff Refund Policy

Any ticket for an Aces 2012 playoff game not played will be fully refundable. To receive a refund, you must return your purchased ticket to the Aces by January 31, 2012 in one of the following two ways:

(i) Present your ticket(s) at the Reno Aces ticket window, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 10:00am and 5:00pm through Friday September 16, 2011; or,

(ii) Mail your ticket(s) to the Reno Aces at: Reno Aces, Attn: Ticket Office, 250 Evans Avenue, Reno, NV 89501. Please include: (a) the name to whom the check should be made payable; (b) the address to where you would like the check sent; and (c) a phone number in case we need to reach you.

Please note, refunds will be made back to the original form of payment. If by credit card, the Reno Aces will process the refund back to that credit card of purchase within 48 business hours. If by cash or check, we will send a check via USPS within 48 business hours of receiving your ticket(s).
