Rules and Regulations
Accessibility/ ADA Accommodations: Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark is ADA accessible. Guests may enter the ballpark at any of the gates. Accessible seating is available, and may be purchased at the Ticket Office or by phone at 218-1000. Elevators are available for guests in Terrace Reserved seating, Club Level seating or Suites.
Alcohol: No alcoholic beverages may be brought into or removed from Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. Alcoholic beverages will not be sold to persons under the age of 21. Limit two drinks per person per purchase. No one is allowed to carry more than two alcoholic beverages at one time. The OKC Dodgers and Professional Sports Catering reserve the right to use precautionary limits at any time.
ATM: An ATM is located behind home plate, on the concourse near the Johnny Bench Gate.
Baby Changing Tables: Baby Changing Tables are located in all restrooms in the ballpark. There are family restrooms located on the 3rd Base Concourse, Club Level, Centerfield and Left Field Terrace.
Backpacks: Backpacks and other bags are allowed into Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. However, all bags are subject to search.
Lawn Seating/General Admission: A General Admission ticket entitles you admission to on our lawn seating area, located in the outfield. Guests are welcome to bring blankets and towels to sit on, but lawn chairs are not allowed in the ballpark.
Beverages, Food & Containers: No bottles, cans, food, beverages or containers may be brought into the ballpark, with the exceptions of items necessary for health reasons and for babies.
Cameras: Still cameras are welcome in the ballpark, but tripods are not allowed unless it is from credentialed media. Video taping and reproduction is strictly prohibited without express written consent from the OKC Dodgers.
Comments/Suggestions: Fans may register comments and/or suggestions during the game at the Sonic Customer Service Booth. Fans may also mail in comments/suggestions to:

Concessions: Professional Sports Catering is the food service provider for the OKC Dodgers. Concession stands are located on the main concourse level behind Sections 103, 108, 112, 117 and 120. Additionally there is a terrace concession at section 202. Portable stands are also located throughout the main concourse level.
Conduct: Guests displaying the following conduct will be subject to removal from the ballpark: (A) Interfering with other guests' game experience and ability to enjoy the game or event; (B) Wearing obscene or indecent clothing; (C) Appearing impaired/intoxicated; (D) Being an interference of the game or going on to the field (could also be subject to arrest).
Elevators: Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark is equipped with two elevators located behind Sections 113 - 114 on the main concourse, and behind Sections 105 - 106 on the main concourse.
EMS: The EMS Office is located on the First Base side of the stadium behind Section 113.
Exit Procedure: Guests are asked to exit the stadium through the designated exits located on the concourse level. There are four main exits located in Right Field, at First Base, Home Plate and Third Base. During the game, fans are permitted to leave Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark and return, provided they present their ticket upon exit and have it scanned out. In the event of an emergency, there are several gates along the First Base side of the concourse that will be opened for easy exit.
Foul Balls: Each guest assumes all risks and danger arising from the action of the players, coaches, and officials on the field, before, during, or after the actual occurrence of the event. Such risks and danger include but are not limited to being injured by objects such as bats, balls, bases, helmets, and promotional merchandise which are thrown, batted, kicked, shot, tossed, etc. from the field, bullpens, dugouts, photographer's wells and other areas on the stadium grounds. Guests voluntarily agree that the management, facility, city, league, participants, participating clubs, and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees are expressly released by ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
Gate Times: The ballpark gates open one hour prior to game time.
Customer Service: The Sonic Customer Service Booth is located on the main concourse, behind Section 113.
Lost and Found: During games, guests may inquire about lost and found items at the Sonic Customer Service Booth, behind Section 113. To inquire about lost and found items after a game, guests may call the Guest Services Department at 218-1000 during business hours, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Items will be held for seven (7) days before being discarded or donated. The OKC Dodgers are not responsible for items left or lost in the ballpark.
Lost Children: In the event a guest becomes separated from his or her child, please report to the nearest Dodgers Customer Service Representative or at the Sonic Customer Service Booth behind Section 113. All Dodgers personnel and Oklahoma City Police Officers will be notified. Once the child is found, they will be taken to the Sonic Customer Service Booth.
Nursing Station: The Dodgers welcome fans to use any of our family restrooms located throughout the stadium for any nursing needs. There is also a nursing station located on the 3rd floor suite level. To gain access to the room enter the 3rd floor suite level on the 3rd base side.
On-Field Access: Only authorized personnel will be permitted on the field before and during games. Any unauthorized person entering the field or the top of the dugouts will be removed from the ballpark and be subject to arrest.
Parking: Guests visiting Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark have several options for parking. For easy access to the ballpark, the OKC Dodgers' Joe Carter Lot is available on game days (based on availability) and other non-baseball events. The Joe Carter Lot is located at the corner of Reno and Joe Carter. It is on the East side of the stadium.
Pets: Pets are not permitted inside Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. Service Dogs (i.e. guide dogs for persons with disabilities) are permitted in the ballpark.
Picnic Locations: The OKC Dodgers have several available locations for group picnics. Interested groups can contact the OKC Dodgers Group Sales Department at 218-2100.
Radio Broadcasts: OKC Dodgers Games can be heard on 1340 AM "The Game" with play-by-play by Alex Freedman. Games can also be heard online via okcdodgers.com or through the iHeart Radio mobile app.
Radios/Televisions: Hand-held radios and televisions are welcome at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark as long as they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game. The OKC Dodgers reserve the right to ask any guest to discontinue use of these devices.
Rain Check Policy: If an official game is not played, that being 4.5 innings if home team is leading or 5 innings if game is tied or if visiting team is leading, the ticket may be used as a rain check. The rain check may be exchanged for a ticket of equal value, based on seating availability, for a future home game during the 2016 season. Exchanges are accepted exclusively at the OKC Dodgers Ticket Office. Tickets for official games which are suspended after becoming official contests do not qualify as rain checks.

Schedules: Pocket Schedules are available at the Sonic Customer Service Booth located section 113 and the Ticket Info Booth at section 110.
Seating Policy: Guests should sit only in the seats for which they hold valid tickets. Guests may be asked to show their ticket stub if there is confusion over a specific seat.
Smoke-Free Policy: Smoking is prohibited anywhere at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, including plazas, and parking lots.

Strollers: Strollers are allowed in Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. They may be parked at the top of each section, barring it does not interfere with guests seated in the top row of the section. Strollers can also be checked at the Sonic Customer Service Booth and be picked up before leaving the ballpark. .
Suites: Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark has 26 suites complete with indoor/outdoor seating, cable TV, etc. Fans inquiring about suite rentals can call 218-1000 and ask for Group Sales. Suites are also available for lease. For more information, contact the OKC Dodgers Sales Department at 218-1000.
Team Store: The Oklahoma City Dodgers Team Store is located on the concourse at section 102. Hours of operations:

Tickets - Resale: OKC Dodgers tickets are the property of the OKC Dodgers and may not be sold or distributed. Attempted or actual resale or distribution of tickets at any price is prohibited. OKC Dodgers management reserves the right to confiscate any tickets being sold or distributed.
Umbrellas: Guests may bring umbrellas into Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. However, guests may not open and use umbrellas in any area inside the ballpark. In case of rain during a game or event, guests may move to the concourse.
Video Board Announcements: Birthdays, Groups, and Celebrations may be announced on the OKC Dodgers Video Board during games. Please click here for more information.
Weapons: Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. The only exception is law enforcement personnel in the performance of their official duties. All guests entering the ballpark for a game or event consent to a reasonable search for weapons before entering. Failure to comply with the above conditions will be denied admittance or removal. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed in such an event.
