Will joined the Staten Island Yankees on Sept. 9, the first day of the 2015 New York-Penn League playoffs. Will's career in Minor League Baseball spans 15 years working for three additional teams.
After working as an engineer following college, Will wanted a greater passion for his work. He attended the Baseball Winter Meetings in Dallas, TX and found a job in New Haven, CT, with former Eastern League member New Haven Ravens. After two seasons selling tickets, advertising and merchandise, Will left New Haven for Hagerstown, MD, to become a Director, Ticket Sales & Merchandise for Hagerstown Suns (Class-A, South Atlantic League).
Will earned two promotions in Hagerstown and was named General Manager in 2006. After two seasons running the day-to-day operations of the Suns, Will accepted an opportunity to join the Trenton Thunder (Class-AA, Eastern League, New York Yankee affiliate) and work for the minor league team he purchased tickets for when he was a student at nearby The College of New Jersey.
Success in Trenton led to this tremendous opportunity to lead the Staten Island Yankees and join the ownership group, Nostalgic Partners, LLC.
Will was raised in Dumont, NJ, and is a fan of the Yankees, Giants and #88 Dale Jr. Will and his wife Jada have a daughter Samantha and son William.

Jane M. Rogers
Jane was the first person hired when the Staten Island Yankees started up in 1999. In six years she progressed from Office Manager to Assistant General Manager to General Manager. Jane has been married to Mike for more than 25 years, and they are the parents of Julie and Matthew. Jane arranges for the ballplayers' lodging, travel, etc. She is the liaison between the front office and team's manager and coaches. Additionally, she administers the internship program involving college students and their introduction into the sport management field. She is proud to be a part of the team's success; namely, winning the NY-Penn League Championship six times.

Adam is entering his first season with the Staten Island Yankees. Prior to joining Staten Island, Adam held positions with the Professional Bull Riders owned by WME|IMG, the Lakewood Blueclaws, and was with the Camden Riversharks for eleven years, nine as the President and General Manager. In 2009 he earned the Atlantic League Executive of the Year award. He also worked for a New York advertising agency The Coastal Group, New Jersey Nets was the Assistant General Manager for the Newark Bears, and an ad sales coordinator for Madison Square Garden among others.
The North Caldwell, NJ, native attended the University of Miami (FL), graduating with a B.A.in Political Science and Pre-Law in 1996. He completed his MBA at Arcadia University in 2012. Adam and his wife, Hallie, live in East Windsor, New Jersey, with their 15-year-old daughter, Samara, and their dog Reeses. He is an avid New York Giants and University of Miami football fan.

Jay joined the Staten Island Yankees in Sept. 2015, as CFO. A graduate of Seton Hall University with a Masters in Accounting, Jay spent eight years as an auditor at PwC after college mostly working with entertainment clients, including eight years on the MLB audit. He spent the last two years in Financial Reporting at AIG.
Born and raised on Staten Island, Jay currently lives in North Brunswick, New Jersey with his wife and is a fan of the Yankees, Buffalo Bills, Tottenham Hotspur and Seton Hall Basketball (go Pirates!). In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer and watching "geeky" movies and TV shows.

Elizabeth is a native Staten Islander who graduated from The State University at Albany with a degree in Communications. She just finished her first season with The Staten Island Yankees as Director of Sponsorship Sales and Service. Her experience includes years of sales and service in the television and radio industries both in local and national markets. She has worked for such companies as USA Networks and Disney. She brings the sales acumen and customer service needed in this marketplace. Elizabeth is mom to daughters Alexandra and Emma who love coming to Staten Island Yankee games. She appreciates and truly respects the valuable family entertainment the Staten Island Yankees provides. After working in Manhattan for many years, she can truly appreciate the view of the skyline from our ballpark.

T.J. began his tenure with the Staten Island Yankees in October of 2015. He graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2009 with a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Business. T.J. began his career in sports with the Trenton Thunder where he spent 8 seasons. He started as the Manual Scoreboard Operator and worked his way up to the Director of Ticket Sales. T.J. grew up in Clark, NJ and spent most of his childhood going to baseball games. He is a fan of the New York Yankees and New York Giants. In his spare time, T.J. tries to visit a new baseball stadium every year and always goes to as many Bruce Springsteen concerts as possible when he is touring.

Andrew began his tenure with the Staten Island Yankees in September 2013 after graduating from Sacred Heart University with a B.S. in Sport Management. Before joining the Staten Island Yankees, Andrew interned with the Bridgeport Bluefish of the independent Atlantic League as a Ticket Sales Intern. He also spent two seasons with the independent Newark Bears and with the Sacred Heart University Intramurals Department. An avid sports fan, his favorite teams include the St. Louis Cardinals, NYCFC, and Norwich City FC of the Barclays Premiere League. In his spare time Andrew enjoys reading, playing soccer with friends, and traveling with hopes of visiting every MLB stadium with his father.

A graduate from the University of Oregon in 2008 with a B.S. in Sports Business, he started his career in sports with the Florida Panthers of the NHL in Inside Sales before being promoted to an Account Executive in Group Sales. After spending 4 seasons in Florida, David moved back home to Woodland Park, NJ and held jobs in both digital marketing and customer service prior to coming on board with the Staten Island Yankees as a Senior Account Manager. An avid sports fan, David's favorite teams are the New York Yankees and Pittsburgh Steelers. In his free time, David enjoys playing softball, going to concerts, and going fishing.

Bobby graduated from Sacred Heart University in 2009 with a degree in Sports Management. After graduating, he spent the next 4 seasons with the Bridgeport Bluefish of the Atlantic League where he was the Merchandise Manager. After the Bluefish, he moved on to spend parts of 4 season with the New York Islanders, both in Long Island and Brooklyn, where he helped the team transition from the Coliseum to Barclays Center. Bobby is an avid sports fan, and his favorite teams are the New York Rangers and New York Jets. In his spare time he enjoys going to as many concerts as he can.

Steve began his career with the Staten Island Yankees in May 2013 as a Sales Executive. He graduated from University at Buffalo Scholars Program in 2009 with a B.S in Business Administration Concentration in Marketing and a Minor in Biological Sciences. Before his tenure at the Staten Island Yankees, Steve worked for 3 years in customer and vendor relations at a subcontracting firm in Queens, NY. He also has international experience working in Israel for a global company performing marketing and public relations. Steve, a native of Westchester, NY is a big NY Yankees, NY Jets, and NY Knicks fan. In his free time Steve enjoys playing sports and hanging out with friends. He looks forward to the upcoming seasons and the Staten Island Yankees becoming NY Penn League Champs!

Jesse began his tenure with the Staten Island Yankees in December 2016. He is a recent graduate of St. John's University in Staten Island with a B.S in Sports Management. During his time at St. John's he interned with the Staten Island Yankees in Ticket Operations during the 2015 and 2016 seasons. New York sports are an essential part of Jesse's life as he closely follows the Rangers, Jets and Mets. In his spare time, Jesse enjoys playing ice hockey. He is also a certified Level 3 referee. Jesse can also be found behind the bench of his former high school, St. Joseph by the Sea's, hockey team as assistant coach alongside some of his former teammates. Jesse is looking forward to an exciting season with the SI Yankees.

Mickey joined the Staten Island Yankees as a Seasonal Ticket Sales Representative in January of 2017. In his role, Mickey will be working with new and past fans to provide a wonderful experience at Richmond County Bank Ballpark!
Prior to joining the SI Yanks, Mickey was an Information Technologies Recruiter in midtown Manhattan. He is a 2016 graduate of the State University of New York at Oneonta, where he received his undergraduate degree in Mass Communication, on the Production track. While attending Oneonta, he pitched for the school's baseball program. Prior to Oneonta, he attended Nassau Community College on Long Island, where he also was a member of the school's baseball team.
Mickey is a lifelong baseball fan, as well as a loyal New York Giants fan. He currently lives on the south shore of Nassau County in Point Lookout.

Ian joined the Staten Island Yankees in February 2014 after graduating from Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers!) with a B.A. in Mass Communication and a B.S. in Sport Administration. Ian has a wide range of work experience in sports. Before joining Staten Island, Ian was the Marketing & Communications Intern for the Vermont Lake Monsters, the Oakland A's affiliate in the New York-Penn League. During his time at LSU, he worked for LSU Athletic Facility Management giving tours of Tiger Stadium, conducting quality assessment walk-thrus of all athletic venues and driving athletic teams to and from the airport for competitions. He also served as a sports contributing writer for LSU's award-winning student newspaper, The Daily Reveille, covering athletic recruiting as well as men's and women's tennis. Before graduating, Ian spent three semesters serving as the Operations Manager for LSU Men's Tennis, traveling with the team while managing their social media accounts.
Born and raised in Port Barre, Louisiana, Ian enjoys hunting and fishing and being outdoors. During his free time, he can be found binge-watching Entourage, finding new music, discovering new places to eat or rooting on his LSU Tigers. Residing in Brooklyn, Ian is most looking forward to wandering around New York and soaking up everything the city has to offer.

Shaun Thomas is entering his first season as the Head Groundskeeper for the Staten Island Yankees. His responsibilities include maintaining the playing surface at Richmond County Bank Ballpark. Shaun is a graduate of Providence Catholic High School in New Lenox, Illinois, where he developed a love for groundskeeping by helping maintain the school's baseball field. Shaun went on to graduate from Robert Morris University in Chicago in May 2010 with a degree in Sports Fitness Management. Prior to moving to Staten Island, Shaun interned at a 22-baseball field complex in Cooperstown, New York in 2010; was the Assistant Groundskeeper with the Frontier League Joliet Slammers in 2011 and served as an intern grounds crew member with the West Michigan WhiteCaps in 2012; In 2013 was an Assistant Groundskeeper for the Lake County Captains; He was the lead mound manager for the Chicago Cubs for the first half of the 2014 season. For the second half of the 2014 season and all of 2015 season Shaun was the Head Groundskeeper for the Clinton LumberKings. In his spare time Shaun likes to golf and watch/attend sporting events. Growing up in the south suburbs of Chicago he is a sports fan of the Bears, Bulls, Blackhawks, and the Cubs.
