Accessible Handicap Parking & Seating
All surrounding parking lots offer spaces for guests with disabilities. All entrances to Dell Diamond are ADA accessible. ADA seating is available throughout the ballpark. Please call the ticket office at (512) 255-2255 ext. 1 to purchase ADA seating and discuss seating options.

Administrative Offices
The Round Rock Express administrative offices are open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. On weekday gamedays, the office is open from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. On weekend gamedays, the offices are open from 2 - 9 p.m. The administrative offices are located above the Railyard Team Store on the first base side of the ballpark. See Ticket Office tab for ticket office hours and information.

Texas state liquor laws prohibit guests from bringing alcohol beverages into Dell Diamond. The only alcohol permitted on the premises must be purchased and/or dispensed by authorized servers. Texas State Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to any person under the age of 21. All guests will be required to show approved identification. Only government-issued identification that is currently valid (not expired) and contains the following will be accepted: Name of Person, Photograph, Physical Description, and Date of Birth. No guest will be served more than two alcoholic beverages at any given time. Alcohol beverage sales on the concourse level will be cut off at the first pitch of the 8th inning during a baseball game.

Only properly identified service animals are permitted at Dell Diamond (and of course, SPIKE!). Check out the promotional schedule for upcoming Bark in the Park dates. 

Schools and other organizations may request player or mascot appearances by calling the Express grassroots marketing coordinator at (512) 238-2215 or filling out this form.

There are six ATM machines located at Dell Diamond. They are located behind sections 125, 122, 119, 117, 113 and in the Intel Club.

Fans may gather for autographs at the top of the clubhouse stairs beneath the Home Run Porch before and after the game. Players are not permitted to sign autographs during the game. *Keep in mind that players must focus on their jobs, so please respect their judgment on signing or not signing autographs before or after the game. The players are employed by the Texas Rangers, therefore the Express front office does not have control over whether players sign autographs or not.

Baby Diaper Changing Areas
Changing tables are available in all men's, women's and family restrooms throughout the ballpark.

Bag Inspections
To check for weapons, alcohol, contraband, and food or beverage, all bags and purses will be searched upon entry; failure to comply may result in entry being denied. Ticket takers will ask each patron attempting to enter the ballpark with a bag to have the bag open for a cursory visual inspection. Any unauthorized item(s) must be removed or consumed before entry will be permitted.

Hard shell coolers or cooler boxes, large or small, will not be permitted in the ballpark. Small soft-sided, collapsible cooler bags or totes are permitted, but must be visually inspected before being allowed in the park. The only outside food and/or beverage items allowed are one factory-sealed small clear bottle of water and one small single-serving packaged snack (i.e. fruit, trail mix, candy bar or chips) per person.

For the safety of all guests, weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited at Dell Diamond. The only exception is sworn law enforcement personnel.

Birthday and Anniversary Announcements
If you would like to have a birthday or anniversary listed on the scoreboard, please e-mail Wendy Abrahamsen at Information is required 24 hours in advance. Name will appear on the board in the middle of the second inning.

Birthday Parties

Breastfeeding Policy
The Round Rock Express welcome mothers who want to breastfeed at Dell Diamond. In a partnership with St. David's Medical Center Round Rock, we have installed the Lactation Station, an air-conditioned room for nursing and/or pumping mothers located on the third base concourse, or mothers may breastfeed in any public location of Dell Diamond. The ballpark offers comfortable spaces for mothers looking to feed their children in whichever form, and a bottle warmer is located at Guest Services for those that may need to utilize it. Express staff will support and accommodate mothers in this regard.

Broadcast Radio
Fans may listen to Mike Capps, voice of the Express, on AM 1300 The Zone or stream the game online at Program begins 15 minutes before the first pitch.

Bus Parking
Bus parking is located in the southwest parking area near the Home Plate Gate. There is no charge for bus parking.

Camera & Video Equipment
Individual cameras and handheld video cameras are permitted. Fans may not reproduce or live stream the game without the written consent of the Round Rock Express or interfere with other fans' enjoyment or view of the game.

Any patron(s) displaying the following conduct will be subject to ejection from the stadium: (1) Interfering with other guests' ability to enjoy the game; (2) Wearing obscene or indecent clothing; (3) Appearing impaired/intoxicated; (4) Interfering with the progress of the game or going on to the field (also subject to arrest).

Donation Requests
The Round Rock Express Baseball Club is committed to supporting numerous worthy events and activities throughout the Central Texas community. All requestors are required to fill out a donation request form. Proof of an organization's charitable status is required and must include a federal tax identification number. Please submit requests at least three (3) weeks prior to the date of your event.

Fans are not permitted on the dugout tops at any time unless they are participating in an in-game promotion and are escorted by an Express employee. This applies to before, during and after games and all other events.

Elevators are located behind section 114, in the Intel Club concierge tower and by the entrance to the Express administrative office.

Exit and Re-Entry
Fans may exit and re-enter the stadium. Fans will need to have the ticket hole-punched on their way out by an usher and must present the ticket when re-entering the stadium.

Please be advised that items sent through the mail to be signed are done so at your own risk. Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope along with the item that you would like autographed. Though reasonable precautions will be taken, the Round Rock Express players, management and staff are not responsible if an item is not returned.

First Aid
The First Aid Station is located just inside the Home Plate Gate on the concourse level, next to Guest Services. If first aid assistance is needed, please go to the First Aid Station or contact the nearest Round Rock Express Event Staff member.

Outside food and beverage is limited to one factory-sealed small clear bottle of water and one small single-serving packaged snack (i.e. fruit, trail mix, candy bar or chips) per person. No other food and beverage is permissible. Click here to view all of our food and beverage options.

Foul Balls
Foul balls hit into the stands are yours to keep, courtesy of the Round Rock Express. Keep a heads up and please stay alert at all times.

Fun Zone
The Fun Zone is located behind the right field berm area. The Fun Zone features a Rainbow Play Systems playground, basketball court, speed pitch, rock climb wall, quad-bungee bounce, and select inflatables. The Fun Zone closes at the first pitch of the 8th inning and is only open during Express home games. All kids 16 and under must have a liability waiver signed by an adult before playing.

Game Times
Standard game times are:
Monday - Saturday 7:05 p.m
Sunday (April, May & June) 1:05 p.m.
Sunday (July, August & September) 6:05 p.m.

Gates Open
Stadium gates open one hour prior to game time. There are three entrances to the ballpark: Home Plate Gate, First Base Gate and Right Field Gate. The VIP Season Ticket Holder Gate opens one hour and 15 minutes prior to game time.

Group Outings
Group tickets start at 20 or more and include discounted tickets (Sunday-Thursday) and group name on the Express scoreboard. For more information, please call the Groups Sales department at (512) 255-2255 or click here to fill out an information request form.

Guest Services
The Guest Services desk is located just inside the Home Plate Gate. Stop by with any questions or concerns you might have.

Ice Chests and Coolers
Hard shell coolers or cooler boxes, large or small, will not be permitted in the ballpark. Kids Club
The Round Rock Express Kids Club is the official club open to kids ages 12 and under. For just $20, fans receive tickets to 16 Express games, a members-only Kids Club t-shirt, access to VIP experiences and more! Click here for all of the details. Lawn Chairs
All types of lawn chairs are prohibited at Dell Diamond. Blankets and towels work best for sitting on the grass berm and will not obstruct the view of those sitting near you. Seat cushions are also allowed at the stadium.

Lawn Seating/General Admission
This area is General Admission and is filled on a first come, first served basis. Fans can bring their own blankets for this area, but lawn chairs are prohibited.

Lost and Found
During games, lost and found is located at Guest Services, just inside the Home Plate Gate. If you lost an item at the ballpark, please call (512) 255-2255 to report the item missing or to pick up the lost item during regular business hours.

Lost Children
If you lose your child during an Express game, immediately contact the nearest Event Staff member or visit Guest Services.

Military Discount
The Round Rock Express offers ½ price day-of-game prices of individual tickets for military veterans with valid military ID. Excludes Rockers, Premium Seating and packages/birthday or group parties.

National Anthem Tryouts
Groups looking to book their church, school or choir to sing The National Anthem can click here for more information. For individuals, The National Anthem tryouts are generally held in February for the upcoming season. For more information, call (512) 255-2255 or check the Express website for tryout locations and times leading up to the event.

The public address system at Dell Diamond will be used for paging in extreme cases only. Those needing to page someone should report to Guest Services located on the concourse behind home plate.

For Round Rock Express games, parking is $10 per vehicle. There is no charge for bus parking. Parking prices are subject to change for special events held at Dell Diamond. Please check those specific event pages for updated parking information and prices.

Game programs are complementary to fans and can be found at the Ticket Information Booth inside the Home Plate Gate. The program contains a scorecard, Express roster and player bios, statistics and information on the ballpark and other fun facts. Five editions are printed each season, with updated team information and stories for the fans.

For the safety of our guests, police are present at all Express games and during most other events at Dell Diamond. If you have an emergency, please contact the nearest Round Rock Express staff member.

Promotional Items
On promotional nights with limited quantities, fans with a single ticket will receive one item per person. Fans with additional tickets will be limited to the number of items per ticket, up to a maximum of four (4).

In the event that five innings of the game are not played (except when the home team is leading after 4 ½ innings), a fan's ticket and parking pass will be good for any future regular season home game and can be exchanged at the Express box office for a ticket and parking pass of equal value, subject to availability. Both men's and women's restrooms are located throughout the ballpark, and there are two family restrooms. Men's restrooms are located behind sections 111, 116, 120, and at the end of the first base concourse, next to the Picnic Area. Women's restrooms are located behind sections 111, 118, 122, and at the end of the first base concourse, next to the Picnic Area. The family restrooms are located in section 119. There are also restrooms located inside the Intel Club on the suite level.

The rocking chairs are located under the Home Run Porch in left field. Tickets for the rockers are $16 plus sales tax and must be purchased in advance. Fans can upgrade their seats for a Rocker at the Express ticket office.

Season Memberships
The Round Rock Express offer full season and fireworks memberships as well as Flex Plans.

For the safety of all of our fans, all items carried into Dell Diamond are subject to search. For complete bag policies, see the Bag Inspections tab. No remote controlled vehicles including cars and unmanned aircraft (drones) are authorized to operate on Round Rock Express property without the consent of the organization

Smoking Policy
Smoking, including vapor and e-cigarettes, is only allowed in the designated smoking areas at Dell Diamond, which are located on the outer concourse above the seating areas.

The Railyard Team Store is located on the first base side of Dell Diamond. The Railyard is stocked with great Express merchandise, including shirts, hats, mini-bats and jerseys.

We welcome strollers at Dell Diamond. Please make sure they can be folded up and placed under your seat during the game or please find an Event Staff member to locate a designated storage area on the main concourse.

Tailgating is allowed in Dell Diamond parking lots before Express games. However, you must stay confined to one parking space per vehicle. Picnic tables, trash cans and port-a-potties are available in designated picnic areas for your use on a first come, first use basis.

Ticket Office
Dell Diamond Ticket Office is located on the first base side of the ballpark, across from the United Heritage Center.

A guided ballpark tour is available year round. Take a "behind the scenes" look into the press box, luxury suites and other exclusive areas of Dell Diamond. Tours are available by reservation only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at three different time slots: 9:30 a.m., 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. During the season, tours are given when the Express are on the road. Make sure to check the Express schedule to find the date that works best for your group. Call (512) 238-2215 for more information or to schedule your tour. Tours are subject to availability and must be booked at least one week in advance and consist of a minimum of 10 guests. Tours are $7 per person and include one undated lawn voucher for each tour guest. For more information, click here.

Tryouts are not held by Minor League Baseball teams. Our teams are assigned players by their Major League Baseball affiliate. The Major League Scouting Bureau conducts tryout camps around the country and can be reached at (909) 980-1881 for tryout information.

Umbrellas can only be used in the ballpark to shield rain and cannot be used to block the sun.

Water Fountains
Water fountains are located next to all restrooms throughout the ballpark.

Guests wishing to enter the stadium for a game or event consent to a reasonable search for weapons before entering. Failure to comply with the above conditions will be denied admittance or may be ejected. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed in such an event.

Pursuant to Section 46.035 (b)(2), Penal Code (UNLAWFUL CARRYING OF HANDGUN BY LICENSE HOLDER) A license holder commits an offense if the license holder intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly carries a handgun under the authority of Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code, regardless of whether the handgun is concealed or carried in a shoulder or belt holster, on or about the license holder's person on the premises where a high school, collegiate, or professional sporting event or interscholastic event is taking place, unless the license holder is a participant in the event and a handgun is used in the event.

Pursuant to Section 30.06, Penal Code (trespass by license holder with a concealed handgun), a person licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code (handgun licensing law), may not enter this property with a concealed handgun.

Pursuant to Section 30.07, Penal Code (trespass by license holder with an openly carried handgun), a person licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code (handgun licensing law), may not enter this property with a handgun that is carried openly.

Will Call Window
Guests may pick up "Will Call" tickets at the Dell Diamond box office located at the First Base Gate. A valid photo ID must be presented when picking up tickets at Will Call, and tickets will only be released to the individual named on the envelope.
