Methods of Payment:
The Raley Field Ticket Office accepts cash, MasterCard, Discover, Visa and American Express . Checks are not accepted.
Will Call tickets may be picked up any time after the order has been processed. Will call tickets are released only to the person whose name appears on the order, Ticketmaster account header card or will call envelope. No one will be given tickets designated for another person. A valid photo I.D., as well as the credit card used to purchase the tickets are required to pick up tickets. If anyone other than the cardholder is picking up the tickets, they must have a copy of the cardholder's ID and credit card, and a note from the cardholder authorizing them to pick up the tickets.

Accessible/disabled seating is available on all levels of Raley Field. Accessible seating is available through the Raley Field Ticket Office or by calling 916.376.4636. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly assist you. Guest services can provide details regarding the wide array of services for our disabled guests including ADA access points and elevators.
Children 23 months and younger will be admitted free as long as the child is sitting on an adult's lap. If a physical seat is needed for the child, a ticket must be purchased for that seat. Some special events may have different policies.
