California State liquor laws prohibit guests from bringing alcoholic beverages into Raley Field. The only alcohol permitted on the premises must be purchased and/or dispensed by authorized servers. Must be 21 or older to purchase alcoholic beverages. Guests who appear to be under the age of 30 will be required to show approved identification. Only "Bona Fide" identification that is currently valid (not expired), issued by a Government Agency and containing the following will be accepted: name of person, photograph, physical description, and date of birth.
No guest will be served more than two alcoholic beverages at any time. Alcoholic beverage sales on the concourse level will be cut off at the first pitch of the eighth inning during a baseball game and at designated times during concerts and other events.
Only service animals will be allowed into Raley Field. All other animals are prohibited.
Guests may seek autographs from players and coaches from the time the gates open until 15 minutes prior to game time. The autograph areas are located on the outer sides of both the home and visiting dugouts. Guests will not be allowed to seek autographs at the dugout corners closest to home plate. Please be courteous and respectful to the players and coaches as well as guests possessing tickets in autograph areas. If you are seeking autographs in a seating section other than your own, you may be asked to proceed to your designated seating section.
There are two ATM machines at Raley Field. They are located on the Concourse Level of the stadium at Sections 113 and 110.
Guests who need automobile assistance should contact the nearest Parking Attendant or Guest Services Representative, or go to the Guest Services office located on the Concourse Level at Section 112.
Baby-changing stations are located in every restroom at Raley Field. Please refer to the stadium map for restroom locations. In addition, Raley Field has two family restrooms located on the Concourse Level at Sections 106 and 117 and one on the Suite Level across from Suite 22.
All bags are subject to search upon entry, and within the ballpark. Prohibited items should be disposed of in trash or recycle containers, or returned to one's vehicle. (see PROHIBITED ITEMS)
Banners or signs may be brought into Raley Field as long as they do not interfere with the game in progress and they do not obstruct the view of other guests in the area. Banners may not contain political or commercial messages, or display inappropriate phrases or words. Raley Field reserves the right for its staff members to remove any banners or signs at their discretion.
Gates open one hour before game time allowing guests to view infield practice for the visiting team. Be sure to arrive as soon as the gates open and catch all the pregame action. River Cats batting practice occurs more than three hours before the game; before our gates open. Batting practice is subject to cancellation.
Beach balls and other inflatable items are not permitted in Raley Field. Brooms used to celebrate the River Cats "sweep" of an opponent may be brought in, provided they do not exceed three (3) feet in length and do not interfere with another guest's enjoyment of the game.
Guests are not allowed to bring any outside beverages, cans, or bottles into Raley Field. The following items are permitted: unopened, soft-sided containers of drinks such as water, small milk cartons, juice boxes or pouches, baby formula, bottles, and baby food and medication or other special needs. Please note, permitted sealed bottled water only applies to water without ANYTHING added to it. Examples of drinks that are NOT allowed in the stadium are Vitamin Water, Propel, sports drinks, or other flavored water.
Raley Field offers a complimentary bike valet, located on Ballpark Drive, near the ticket plaza, which is located in front of the Round Table Pizza Ticket Office when facing the ballpark.

Booster seats are available for our smaller ticketed guests and provide convenient seating for those little bodies needing a lift. The booster buddy is specially designed for stadium seating and is equipped with a recessed cup and candy holder. The booster seats may be checked out, free of charge, from the Guest Services office located on the Concourse Level behind Section 112. Guests will be required to leave either their driver's license or major credit card as collateral.
When not at Raley Field, guests can enjoy all regular and postseason Sacramento River Cats games on Talk 650 KSTE. Johnny Doskow, voice of the River Cats, will deliver the exciting action all season long. Several other Clear Channel Radio Stations such as NewsTalk 1530 KFBK, Talk 650 KSTE, V101.1, and 93.7 JACK-FM will broadcast news, game times, and information about team and promotional events.

Guests are welcome to bring still and handheld video cameras into Raley Field as long as the equipment does not interfere with another guest's enjoyment of the game. Guests wishing to use equipment that requires the use of a tri-pod at a fixed position in the stadium must contact the River Cats Public Relations Office for permission. Any rebroadcast or reproduction of the game or the event without the express written consent of the Sacramento River Cats Baseball Club, LLC and its affiliates is prohibited*.
*The camera and video equipment policy is subject to change at any time without notice.
Children 23 months and younger do not need a ticket for entry into Raley Field. However, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Children two years of age and older must have a ticket.

Raley Field and its employees are committed to providing our guests with an enjoyable, safe atmosphere. Our staff will proactively intervene to support a family-oriented environment where all guests can enjoy the baseball experience free from the following behaviors:
- Foul or abusive language or gestures
- Intoxication or other signs of impairment
- Displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting
- Obscene or indecent clothing
- Any disruption to the progress of the game by guests' actions or unauthorized person on the playing field
- Guests seated in a location other than their ticketed seat
- Smoking or tobacco use in non-designated areas

The Sacramento River Cats have a reputation as a proactive, accessible, and benevolent member of our community. The cornerstones of the Community Relations programs are the Raley Field Home Run Tours for schools K-12, the Triple-A Assemblies, and the Western Health Advantage Street Team. We participate in more than 250 community events each year and over 1,800 non-profit organizations have received auction items for various fundraising events. The River Cats food service partner, Ovations, manages the fixed and portable concession stands at Raley Field. These stands feature traditional ballpark favorites such as hot dogs, peanuts, soda, and popcorn. In addition to these favorites, there are specialty items such as grilled vegetarian sandwiches, a variety of mexican food, pizza, and barbeque specialties. Raley Field also features a varied selection of local micro-brew, import and domestic beer and other alcoholic beverages, which may be purchased until the first pitch of the eighth inning. Non-alcoholic beverages include a variety of Coca-Cola products, Dasani water, fresh-squeezed lemonade, and other refreshing drinks.
Raley Field meets all structural and service requirements as stipulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act. The following services are available to accommodate the needs of our disabled guests:
There is a drop-off zone adjacent to the stadium on fifth street where guests may drop off and pick up their passengers.
A limited number of on-site disabled parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Green Lot. Additional disabled parking is available in the Orange Lot, which is just south of the stadium. Guests parking in all lots can catch a shuttle back to the drop-off zone in front of the stadium. A wheelchair-accessible van is also available which can transport guests in wheelchairs back to the drop-off zone. The cost to park in any disabled spot is $10. If you have questions about our disabled parking, please call the Guest Services Department at (916) 376-4700.
Wheelchair and companion seating is offered on every level and in all price categories of the stadium. Every seating section is wheelchair-accessible and electric outlets are provided at many of the wheelchair seating areas for use in charging power wheelchairs and electronic communication devices.
An elevator is located on the Concourse Level of the stadium at Section 112 for wheelchair access to the Field Level and Suite level of the stadium.

Raley Field has a public elevator located on the Concourse Level at Section 112. This elevator accesses the Administrative Office, Suite Level and Field Level.
Guests who may be expecting an emergency phone call can leave their name and seat location at the Guest Services Office, located on the Concourse Level at Section 112. If a message is received, a Guest Services Representative will deliver the message to the guest in his or her seat. Guests will only be paged over the public address system in the event of an emergency.
Part-time, event-related positions are available at Raley Field and most shifts occur during evenings and weekends. A list of available positions is available by calling our Job Hotline at (916) 376-4783 or by stopping by the Guest Services Office which is located on the Concourse Level at Section 112 during an event.
Escorts are available for guests with disabilities or anyone who may need assistance entering and exiting the stadium. Our escorts will meet a guest at the drop-off area and assist the guest into the stadium and to their seat. The escort will then meet the guest at the end of the event and assist them back to the drop-off area.
The escorts are stationed at the drop-off zone.
Guests may leave Raley Field at any time through any of the exit gates. Guests may reenter the stadium only after obtaining a reentry stamp from an attendant at any of the exit gates. Reentry for non-baseball events is subject to change.
Raley Field has three family restrooms, two located on the Concourse Level at Sections 106, and 117 and one located on the Suite Level across from Suite 22. All family restrooms are equipped with baby-changing stations and are wheelchair accessible.

Please be advised that items sent through the mail to be signed are done so at your own risk. Though reasonable precautions will be taken, the Sacramento River Cats players, management, and staff are not responsible if an item is not returned.
In accordance with Pacific Coast League rules, only authorized personnel with proper credentials will be permitted on the field before, during, or after a game or event. Any unauthorized person who travels onto the field will be removed from Raley Field and subject to arrest and prosecution.
The First Aid Station is located on the Concourse Level at Section 112. If first aid assistance is needed, please go to the First Aid Station or contact the nearest Guest Services Representative.
Pacific Coast League rules state that guests are not allowed to bring any outside food items into Raley Field. Fans will be allowed to bring in reasonably sized bags of peanuts and/or sunflower seeds only. No exceptions.
Guests may keep any balls hit into the stands. Batted balls can be dangerous, so we ask that guests stay alert at all times. When attempting to catch a foul or home run ball please do not interfere with the game in progress, and be respectful of other guests. At no time should a foul or home run ball be thrown back on the field. Guests who fail to adhere to these rules face immediate ejection from Raley Field and will be subject to arrest and prosecution.
There are two main entrances to Raley Field: the Home Plate Entrance (SW corner of Ballpark Drive and 5th Street) and the Right Field Entrance (SE corner of Ballpark Drive and South River Road). Entry times are subject to change.
Share the excitement of River Cats baseball with a group of friends, family, or co-workers at the ballpark. When ordering through the Group Sales department, groups of 20 or more will receive seating together (subject to availability), a special welcome message on our left field matrix board, and a group poster to promote the event. Picnic options are also available.

The Guest Services office is located on the Concourse Level at Section 112 and is open approximately one (1) hour prior to the event and closes approximately ½ hour after the event's conclusion. Guests will find a number of services including lost and found, child booster seats, taxi service, guest assistance, and reporting lost children.
Guests are not permitted to bring hard-sided ice chests or coolers into Raley Field. Soft-sided cooler bags to keep unopened bottled water, baby items, or other special needs cool during the event are permitted. All prohibited items should be discarded or returned to one's vehicle.
In-seat food and beverage service is offered to all Governors Club and Jack Daniel's Solon Club ticket holders at all River Cats home games. Our servers will take and deliver orders so you will not miss any action on the field. Servers cannot provide service to anyone other than Club seat ticket holders.
Suite guests and guests seated in the Founders Club seating areas will enjoy access to the exclusive Jack Daniel's Solon Club which is located on the first base side of the Suite Level. The Jack Daniel's Solon Club is a covered, open-air, sports-themed bar where guests can entertain friends and colleagues while enjoying River Cats baseball. The Jack Daniel's Solon Club features 14 TV's, upscale food and beverage items, and is open until 30 minutes after an event. Guests need to present their Suite or Jack Daniel's Solon Club access ticket to access the Suite Level from the main concourse.
Presented by Coca-Cola, The Kid's Corner offers fun and games for all ages. Located in the right field corner of the stadium, the Kid's Corner features a bounce house, speed pitch, obstacle course, and a giant slide. There is also a River Kitty Zone for our youngest guests, featuring a jump house and inflatable farm bounce house. Purchase tickets for individual activities, or a wristband for unlimited play.
The use of laser pointers is strictly prohibited at Raley Field and will result in confiscation of the laser pointer and possible ejection.

Items found in or around Raley Field during events should be turned in to the Guest Services Office located on the Concourse Level at Section 112. Any items found in or around Raley Field during regular business hours should be turned in to the Administrative Office at the stadium. All lost and found items will be tagged and stored for 30 days. Every effort will be made to return the item to its owner. If an item has been stored for 30 days and has not been claimed, it may then be given to charity or otherwise disposed of.
Lost and found items can be picked up at the Administrative Office during the hours of 9 a.m.- 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. All calls and questions regarding the lost and found should be forwarded to the Guest Services Department at (916) 376-4700.
Every child should be told to contact a Raley Field Representative should he or she become lost. A lost child should be taken to the Guest Services Office located on the Concourse Level at Section 112. If you become separated from your child, please contact the nearest Guest Services Representative or go to the Guest Services Office.

Official River Cats and Raley Field merchandise can be purchased at a number of locations throughout the stadium. The Raley Field On Deck Shop is located at the Home Plate Entrance of the stadium and is open year-round, Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. On game days, the On Deck Shop closes to the public one (1) hour prior to gate time and reopens as soon as the main gates open for ticketed guests only. River Cats merchandise is also available online at www.ondeckshoponline.com .
National Anthem auditions are held once a year before the season. Anyone interested in performing the national anthem should check the website for more information regarding tryouts.
For the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, noisemakers of any type, including air horns and cowbells, are prohibited at Raley Field.

The Inside Pitch, the official gameday magazine of the Sacramento River Cats, is handed out for free at each River Cats home game. Scorecards are available inside the magazine, and both team's lineups are available on the Raley Field concourse near the Home Plate Gate.
In the interest of guest safety and enjoyment, River City Stadium Management reserves the right to prevent certain items from being brought into Raley Field. Items that are not allowed into Raley Field include but are not limited to: 1. Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs; 2. Non-alcoholic beer; 3. Food items; 4. Glass bottles or cans; 5. Ice chests or hard-sided coolers; 6. Camera tri-pods; 7. Sticks or clubs (including signs attached to sticks); 8. Fireworks; 9. Bullhorns or other noisemakers; 10. Confetti; 11. Animals (except certified services dogs); 12. Beach balls or other inflatables; 13. Bicycles; 14. Skateboards or roller blades; 15. Squirt guns or super soakers; 16. Laser pointers; 17. Weapons of any kind. PERMITTED ITEMS: 1. Folding lawn or beach-style chairs for guests holding a ticket in the Toyota Home Run Hill, no higher than nine inches off the ground; 2. Baby formula, bottles, and baby food; 3. Medication; 4. Unopened, soft-sided containers of drinks such as small milk cartons, bottled water, and juice boxes or pouches; 5. Cloth bags, soft packs, backpacks, and baby bags (subject to search, must fit under seat); 6. Still and video cameras (see "camera and video equipment"); 7. Binoculars; 8. Seat cushions; 9. Umbrellas (subject to size restrictions); 10. Baseball bats for the purpose of autographs (should be stored underneath the seats once the game begins); 11. Brooms (subject to size restrictions); 12. Fold-up strollers (should be stored under your seat; larger strollers may be claim-checked at the Guest Services Office upon entry).
The River Cats have scheduled a number of promotional days this season. For a list of upcoming promotions, please refer to the River Cats pocket schedule or our website at rivercats.com . The number of promotional items distributed is restricted based on the event (e.g., first 2,500 fans). Please remember that a ticket does not ensure or entitle the holder to a promotional item on that date and that only one item will be give to each eligible person. Giveaway dates are subject to change without notice.
If a regular season game is rained out and not rescheduled, ticket stubs may be returned to Raley Field's Round Table Pizza Ticket Office and exchanged for a ticket with the same value to another game during the regular season, subject to availability. If a regular season game is rained out and rescheduled for another date, the rain check will be honored for the rescheduled game, which replaces the original game. The RAIN CHECK and coupon are good only for this particular game and no part of the purchase price will be refunded by reason of the failure of the holder to use them for that game.Should a regular season game not progress to or beyond a point of play constituting a regulation game, the ticket will be good for any 2014 regular season home game subject to ticket availability. The ticket may be exchanged for a ticket of the same price by either mailing or presenting at Raley Field's Round Table Pizza Ticket Office. Should an exhibition or postseason game not progress to or beyond a point of play constituting a regulation game, retain possession of the ticket until the RAIN CHECK POLICY is announced. RAIN CHECKS will not be honored for any regulation or suspended game, which has progressed to or beyond a point of play described in Section 4.10(c) of the National Association of Professional Baseball Leagues Rule Book.
According to Pacific Coast League Rules, the home team is the sole judge of the conditions of the playing field prior to the start of the game.The umpire-in-chief shall be the sole judge as to whether and when play shall be suspended during a game because of unsuitable weather conditions or the unfit condition of the playing field; as to whether and when the play shall be resumed after such suspension; and as to whether and when a game shall be terminated after such suspension. He shall not call the game until at least one hour and 15 minutes after he has suspended play. He may continue the suspension as long as he believes there is any chance to resume play. He shall not call the game until at least 45 minutes after he has suspended play for a second time. The umpire-in-chief shall at all times try to complete a game. His authority to resume play following one or more suspensions shall be absolute and he shall terminate a game only when there appears to be no possibility of completing the ballgame.
The City of West Sacramento and the River Cats prohibit the resale of tickets on Raley Field property. This includes Raley Field as well as all surrounding grounds and parking areas.
Raley Field's restooms, presented by Bell Brothers, provide guests with clean and spacious men's, women's and family restrooms on all levels of Raley Field. Locations of these restrooms are as follows: Men's and Women's • Concourse Level Sections 106 and 117 & Suite Level across from suite 1 and 2, & 24 • All restrooms have diaper-changing tables and are accessible to guests with disabilities.
Pocket schedules are available at the ticket office, reception area, and Western Health Advantage Information Desk located on the Concourse Level at Section 112.
Get your birthday, anniversary, or special message displayed on the matrix board (in left field) at a River Cats game this season. Raley Field is a smoke-free facility and smoking is prohibited in all seating areas, the concourse, restrooms, concession stands, eating areas, suites, and administrative offices. Smoking and tobacco use is restricted to the designated smoking locations, which is near the flag pole in the right field grass seating area. Our suite guests may smoke on the balcony located behind the restrooms on the first base line near the Jack Daniel's Solon Club. Smoking is also permitted outside any gate with a hand stamp for reentry. E-Cigarettes are prohibited outside of designated smoking areas.

As the largest of the Raley Field suites, the Party Suite is the perfect location to entertain clients or celebrate a special occasion with friends and family. The suite holds up to 50 guests, which includes 25 outdoor veranda seats and a large comfortable living area. Amenities include a catered menu, wait service, refrigerator, wet bar, and 12 parking passes.
The Nightly Suite is an ideal setting to entertain smaller groups of clients or friends and offers similar amenities as the party suite with a catered menu and wait service. This suite holds up to 20 guests, which includes 12 outdoor veranda seats and a lavish indoor seating area. Four parking passes are also included.

Tailgating is permitted in parking lots as long as it is confined to your parking space and does not interfere with parking procedures. In accordance with West Sacramento City Ordinance, guests may not consume alcohol in the parking lots or in their vehicles, nor may they possess an open container of alcohol.

The River Cats Home Run Tour Program is for students grades K-12. If your school is interested in participating in the program, please contact Megan Hinde at 916.376.4621. Stadium tours for the general public are not available at this time.
Raley Field has one (1) general admission lawn seating area, located in right field. Tickets for this area may be purchased in advance or on the day of the event, however seating in this area is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests holding tickets for the lawn are encouraged to arrive early for the best seating.
Guests are welcome to bring lawn chairs to Raley Field. However, lawn chairs can vary greatly in size and shape, so as a courtesy to our guests, we request you bring chairs that do not hinder the view of others. To ensure clear sightlines for all our guests, only low-back lawn chairs with a seat no higher than 9" off the ground are permitted. Please see photos below of lawn chairs that are permitted. Blankets and towels are permitted.
Umbrellas are permitted, however, in consideration of the safety and sightlines of others, we ask that guests using umbrellas sit in the upper portion of the lawn areas. In the event that an umbrella interferes with the view of another guest, you will be asked to close the umbrella.
For the safety of all guests, weapons of any kind are not permitted in Raley Field. The only exception to this is law enforcement personnel in the performance of their official duties. Guests wishing to enter the stadium for a game or event consent to a reasonable search for weapons before entering. Failure to comply with the above conditions will be denied admittance or may be ejected. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed in such an event.

Guests may pick up "Will Call" tickets at the Round Table Pizza Ticket Office. Photo ID is required to pick up tickets at Will Call, and tickets will only be released to the individual named on the envelope. Will Call orders may be picked up during ticket office operating hours any time after the order has been processed.
