|Susan Savage||CEO, Majority Owner|
Susan, a native of Amarillo, Texas, is entering her sixth season as the sole majority owner of the Sacramento River Cats. Susan and her late husband, Art Savage, purchased the Triple-A franchise and moved the team from Vancouver to the River City in 2000. For 10 years, they co-owned the River Cats, bringing baseball back to Sacramento after a 23-year absence. Art passed away on November 21, 2009.
A graduate of UCLA, Susan is passionate about the arts and has integrated student art into the ballpark through the Pillars of Art tile program and the annual calendar featuring original art from area schools. In 2012, Susan was nominated to be Minor League Baseball's Female Executive of the Year, and was selected as the Sacramento Businesswoman of the Year. She has also been recognized by the Sacramento Business Journal as one of the Leaders of the Year. She serves on the boards of the California Chamber of Commerce, KVIE Public Television, and River Cats Foundation, and is a member of the NextED/Cranes CEO Champions and the Sacramento Host Breakfast Committee.
Her vision, as was Art's, is to offer the best fan experience possible and to make customer service the top priority. Susan and the River Cats family strive, on a daily basis, to make Raley Field the number one venue for entertainment in the Sacramento area.
Susan's two sons, Jeff and Brent, are both River Cats employees.
Jeff Savage is the River Cats' President and oversees the operations of the baseball team, stadium, and land development around Raley Field.
Prior to joining the River Cats, Jeff operated a sole proprietorship, consulting and advising client companies both inside and outside the professional sports world. Before venturing on his own, Jeff was a manager in the San Francisco office of Deloitte & Touche, consulting client companies in the management of their intellectual property.
In 2012, Jeff was named to the Business Journal's 40 under 40 list and more recently was named to the Business Journal's list of Top Execs of 2014. In addition to his duties with the River Cats, he is the West Sacramento Chamber of Commerce Board Chair, President of the River Cats Foundation, and a member of the MIND Institute Advisory Committee at UC Davis.
Jeff received his bachelor's degree in business administration at Southern Methodist University and his master's in business administration at the University of California, Davis. He and his wife, Ulrike, and their children reside in Sacramento.
|Chip Maxson||General Manager|
Originally from the Midwest, Chip grew up cheering for The Ohio State Buckeyes, Chicago Bears, Cubs and Bulls. After playing college baseball at Olivet Nazarene University, he realized that MLB was not going to be a reality but a career in baseball certainly could be.
Chip continued his education, earning an MSE in Sports Management from Baylor University and landing internships with the Kane County Cougars and Memphis Redbirds. From Memphis, Chip joined Mandalay Baseball Properties and led the Frisco RoughRiders sales staff that was recognized by Sports Business Journal as the highest revenue-producing team in all of MiLB in 2007.
In 2008, Chip moved to Tacoma, WA, to help turn around the Tacoma Rainiers. As Vice President of Ticket Sales, Maxson oversaw the largest sales staff in the PCL and increased ticket revenue by more than 150% in his first four seasons by selling out the contract suites, premium and club areas. Chip was also instrumental in the $30M renovation of Cheney Stadium which won Ballpark Digest's 2011 Renovation of the Year award.
In 2012, Chip and his wife Allison moved to Sacramento to join the River Cats family. Allison is an elite runner, so together they enjoy doing races, working out and anything outdoors.
FINANCE & HUMAN RESOURCES
|Grace Bailey||Senior Director of Human Resources|
Grace is entering her fifth season with the River Cats as the Human Resources Director. Grace joined the team with a tenured background in HR, Management and Customer Service; she is the ultimate Human Resource professional and is known for her warm, outgoing, and charismatic persona. Grace is passionate about staff development and providing opportunities for River Cats employees to excel.
In her off time, you can find Grace preparing and sharing delicious meals and moments with her large Italian family, as well as attending her son's sporting events.
Maddie is entering her seventh season with the Sacramento River Cats. She is a graduate of Sacramento State University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accountancy. Maddie grew up in the small town of Georgetown, California, and currently resides in West Sacramento with her husband and son. In her spare time, she enjoys baking and spending time with friends and family.
|Michelle Agurto||Accounting Assistant|
Leah is in her second season as the receptionist with the Sacramento River Cats. Born and raised in San Jose, Leah's passion to compete earned her a soccer scholarship to Sacramento State where she graduated in 2011 with a degree in Communications with a minor is Sociology. While at Sac State, Leah became the first lady Hornet to play in and win two conference championships and advance to two NCAA tournaments. She is among the top players in school history in goals and games played.
Before joining the River Cats team, Leah experienced the other side of Sac State sports, working for the Athletic Department, aiding at various sporting events including baseball, softball, football and track. She also held temporary positions working retail at Nike as well as office positions for Corporate Verizon.
Leah still enjoys playing soccer with some of her college buddies and can be found most weekends still competing for indoor and outdoor teams. Additionally, Leah is involved with community outreach programs for youth through her church, The House at Bayside Church. She still finds time to drive down to San Jose to visit family and friends, but sees herself settling in Sacramento.
TICKET SALES & SERVICES
|John Krivacic||Director of Ticket Operations|
John has been with the River Cats organization since 2011 in the roll of Director of Ticket Operations. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the Raley Field Ticket Office and is responsible for all ticketing for the River Cats and Raley Field events.
Prior to joining the River Cats, John spent seven seasons as the Ticket Services Administrator for the Sacramento Kings. John is a former college athlete having played soccer for the University of Notre Dame where he earned his degree in Management Information Systems. John grew up outside of Dallas, Texas and is a diehard Cowboys, Mavericks and Rangers fan. Aside from watching and rooting for his favorite sports teams, John enjoys golfing, playing recreational softball and most importantly spending quality time with his wife, Katie, and daughter, Kelsey.
|Adam English||Senior Director of Ticket Sales & Membership Services|
This is Adam's 2nd season as the Director of Ticket Sales for the River Cats, but is 9th season in baseball. Although born in South Texas, he grew up in Lexington Kentucky. Growing up in Kentucky, one thing rules above all else, that is Kentucky Basketball. He also enjoys rooting on the Cincinnati Reds and spending time with his wife and two dogs.
|Jordan Cannon||Senior Manager of Inside Sales|
Jordan is entering his second season with the Sacramento River Cats, as the Inside Sales Manager. Jordan is a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, where he earned his B.S. in Sport Management.
Jordan has most recently worked with The Adirondack Phantoms, the AHL Affiliate of The Philadelphia Flyers, as a Senior Account Executive. Prior to his time with the Phantoms, he worked with The Philadelphia Soul, an arena football team in Philadelphia, PA. During his time at the Soul he witnessed the team capture an American Conference Championship, but came up short in the Arena Bowl in New Orleans.
Born and raised on the east-coast Jordan is an avid Philadelphia sports fan. In his free time, he enjoys playing baseball and golf with friends. With his first time living on the west-coast, Jordan is excited to continue working with the Sacramento River Cats.
|Andrew Dean||Corporate Account Executive|
After graduating from Pepperdine University with a B.A. in Economics, Andrew started his career in Los Angeles fundraising and managing volunteers with the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life before moving back up to the Sacramento area. In his tenure with the River Cats, Andrew has placed a high focus on providing his members the highest level of customer service and attention. He continually introduces new faces to Raley Field and helps create valued memories for all fans.
When Andrew has down time, you can find him hiking, home brewing, reading a nice book or watching his favorite teams play live or on television. Andrew's sports allegiances span from coast to coast, but he is forever a River Cats fan and thrilled to be able to watch them play once again in his old stomping grounds.
|Cooper Farrer||Corporate Account Executive|
Cooper joins the River Cats for his first season this year, after spending most of the 2013 NFL season as a Seasonal Ticket Sales Associate with the Atlanta Falcons. Born and raised in San Rafael, he is a huge San Francisco 49ers, Giants, and Oregon Ducks fan. His previous work in sports includes his time as a Marketing Intern for the Seattle Mariners and 49ers. Cooper received his start in sales as a Sales Associate at Nordstrom in Women's Shoes.
Cooper grew up playing both baseball and football and received his Bachelor's Degree in Sports Business from the University of Oregon in 2012. Go Ducks!!
Having recently moved to Sacramento, Cooper finds himself making trips between the Bay Area and Tahoe. Cooper is really looking forward to a successful 2014 River Cats season.
|Michael Stewart||Corporate Account Executive|
Michael came here from his hometown of Bakersfield, Ca. He played football collegiately at Bakersfield College and San Diego State University, graduating with a degree in Business Management from San Diego State. Michael is an avid fan of the St. Louis Rams, Miami Dolphins, Los Angeles Lakers, and Los Angeles Dodgers.
He enjoys working out, traveling, and attending sporting events. Michael is excited about being in Sacramento and joining the River Cats family.
|John Watts||Senior Corporate Account Executive|
Born and raised in Los Angeles, John is entering his tenth year working in Minor League Baseball. He previously worked for the Fresno Grizzlies and the Stockton Ports in their tickets sales departments. He is a big fan of the Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Dodgers. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. His hobbies include playing basketball and softball.
|Michelle Bello||Group Events Account Executive|
Michelle was born and raised in Dixon, CA, where she attended Dixon High School and played softball and golf. She graduated from Western Carolina University in May, 2013 where she attained a B.S. in Communication with PR emphasis and minor in marketing. She immediately came back to California to work for the River Cats as a sales assistant, and was promoted to be a group sales account executive. She is now in charge of the high school baseball program. She loves playing sports, riding her horse, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
|Eddie Eixenberger||Group Events Account Executive|
Eddie is entering his first season with the River Cats. Originally from Washington State. Prior to relocating to Sacramento and joining the River Cats Family he had spent 4 years in Idaho attending Boise State University, home of the Broncos and famous "Smurf Turf". He graduated with a Double Major in Business and Human Resource Management.
His two major passions outside of baseball include Motocross and Boise State Football. Eddie loves Northern California for it's great year round weather for riding his dirt bike, and the fact that it's only a day's drive away from home and Boise.
Although in 49ers Country, Eddie is a huge enthusiast of all things Northwest, especially the Seattle Seahawks and Grunge Music. He is always looking for fellow Washingtonian's to join forces against the Bay Area Fan Base.
Eddie is extremely excited and grateful to be working in the sports industry and for this organization.
|Alejandro Lacayo||Group Events Account Executive|
After completing the 2013 season as a sales assistant, Alejandro has proven himself enough to earn a full-time Groups Events, Account Executive position.
A Bay Area native, Alejandro dedicates his emotions and feelings to the San Francisco 49ers, San Francisco Giants, San Jose Sharks and Golden State Warriors. He also roots for the Fresno State Bulldogs, where he acquired his B.S. in Sports Marketing.
Outside the ballpark, Alejandro enjoys playing sports, catching live shows and listening to all different types of music.
|Cara Paganini||Group Events Account Executive|
|DuMaurier Jordan||Corporate Account Executive|
DuMaurier hails from Stockton, CA. He played college football at Pasadena City College and Abilene Christian University, and graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Behavioral Science and a minor in Business Management.
DuMaurier has most recently played football in the Arena Football League with the San Antonio Talons. Prior to his time playing football he worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Trainee. He is a huge Baltimore Ravens and Golden State Warriors fan. He also enjoys working out and helping coach high school football.
DuMaurier is extremely excited and grateful to be working in the sports industry and for the River Cats organization.
|Joey Van Cleave||Senior Account Executive|
Born and raised in Windsor, which is in Sonoma County, he competed in college baseball as a pitcher at Sonoma State University. His baseball team made it to the College World Series in 2011. He graduated from Sonoma State University, earning a Bachelor's of Arts in Sociology. He is an avid Bay Area sports fan, following the San Francisco Giants, San Francisco 49ers, Golden State Warriors and San Jose Sharks.
|Andrea Rodriguez||Group Events Account Executive|
Andrea was born in Venezuela and moved to the U.S. at a young age, making her bilingual in Spanish and English. Growing up in Monterey, CA, Andrea played softball and volleyball and continued her volleyball journey by playing as a libero for two years at Monterey Peninsula College. Andrea graduated from Sacramento State University, earning her B.A. in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. While at Sacramento State, she interned with the Athletic Marketing Department planning and coordinating events and promotions. During her senior year, Andrea was a part of the successful Tobacco-Free Campaign to turn the campus tobacco free.
Her journey began with the Sacramento River Cats as an Inside Sales Representative in the summer of 2014. Andrea is now entering her second season as a Group Events Account Executive and is excited for another great year to come. In her free time, Andrea enjoys hiking, skateboarding, country concerts, sports and cooking. Go Giants! Go Niners!
|Alicia Stefani||Membership & Suite Coordinator|
Alicia joined the River Cats organization in the beginning of 2014 but her family has had season tickets since the team arrived to Sacramento. She graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Administration with a concentration in Special Events Management. Growing up playing softball, Alicia is a devoted sports fan and loves to cheer for her Boston Red Sox and Oakland A's. She is happy to be living once again in her hometown, after living in both Denver and San Luis Obispo.
In her free time, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring various restaurants, cooking her favorite Italian dishes, watching sports, and traveling to different ballparks to see a game.
|Amanda Holland||Inside Sales Representative|
Amanda is originally from small town Scotts Valley in Santa Cruz County, CA. She is a dedicated NHRA race fan, having not missed a single race at Sears Point in Sonoma since she was 13 years old. She also loves the San Jose Sharks, the Oakland A's, and in memory of her grandfather, she is also a UCLA Bruins football and Boston Red Sox fan. She moved to Sacramento after graduating high school to attend CSUS where she obtained her BA in Mass Media Communications. When she is not working for the River Cats, she is working in the promotions department at Clear Channel Media + Entertainment for Talk 650 KSTE, NewsRadio KFBK, B92.5 Today's Country, 93.7 JACKFM and V101.1 The Beat of Sacramento.
In her spare time, Amanda competes on a professional Western Swing and Line Dance team, enjoys going to concerts, camping, hiking and visiting with friends and family. Amanda is very excited for her second season with the River Cats and is looking forward to another great season in 2015. Go Cats!
|Greg Coletti||Director of Corporate Partnerships|
Greg earned his bachelor's degree in Communications with a minor in Business Marketing after attending the University of the Pacific. An avid sports fan, Greg enjoys watching the New York Mets beat up on the Philadelphia Phillies and Cincinnati Reds. Greg is going into his sixth season with the River Cats after returning home to Sacramento where he grew up for most of his childhood in Roseville, CA. Prior to joining the River Cats, Greg worked for InStadium, Inc. where he developed marketing solutions for local businesses interested in advertising in Major League Baseball stadiums. Greg currently resides in Rocklin, CA with his wife Laura and two beautiful girls, Allie and Hannah.
|Ross Richards||Corporate Partnerships Manager|
Ross earned his degree in Sports Marketing from the University of Oregon. An avid angler, he joined the Oregon Bass Fishing team and following his Junior year, took the role of President and traveled across country to compete in several collegiate tournaments. Much to his surprise, he had managed to turn his childhood hobby into an all-expenses paid vacation. Following college, he joined the Corporate Partnerships department with the Portland Trail Blazers. After consulting with the great Michael Jordan, he decided to try out Minor League baseball and took a position as Corporate Sales Manager for the Tacoma Rainiers before joining the River Cats.
Ross was raised in the beautiful State of Jefferson in Northern California. He attended Yreka High School where he played football, basketball and baseball. Ross is a huge San Francisco Giants and 49ers fan and loves fishing, hunting and anything outdoors.

|Johnny Doskow||Radio Broadcaster|
In November of 2000, the Sacramento River Cats named Johnny Doskow their play-by-play announcer. After 15 seasons, Johnny is a mainstay of the Sacramento community, and his signature call, "Holy Koudelka," is known throughout River Cat nation.
In March 2012, Doskow was named interim play-by-play man for the Oakland Athletics radio broadcast team during Ken Korach's recovery from knee surgery.
Doskow joined the River Cats from Fresno, where he speant three seasons as the play-by-play announcer and host of daily pregame and postgame shows for the Fresno Grizzlies. Prior to joining the Grizzlies, Doskow worked as the play-by-play broadcaster for the Single-A Advanced High Desert Mavericks (California League) and three seasons doing play-by-play for the Single-A Cedar Rapids Kernels (Midwest League).
Doskow received recognition from a number of national publications, including Baseball America, who named him one of the top 10 Minor League broadcasters during the 1999 season. Locally,m Doskow won the Sacramento News and Review's "Best Soul in a Baseball Broadcaster" award in the 2004 season.
Doskow graduated from the University of La Verne in 1990 with a bachelor's degree in communications, and resides in Folsom. He has one daughter, Emily, who is nine.
MARKETING, PROMOTIONS, PR & COMMUNITY
|Erin O'Donnell||Director of Marketing|
Erin joined the River Cats in June 2014 as the Director of Marketing. She is responsible for overseeing the Marketing department including all advertising, sponsorship implementation, ballpark entertainment, website and social media, public relations, and community relations.
With almost 10 years of Minor League Baseball experience, Erin previously spent five seasons with the St. Louis Cardinals' Triple-A affiliate in Memphis, two seasons with the Kansas City Royals' Double-A affiliate in Northwest Arkansas and two seasons in her native Corpus Christi with the Double-A affiliate of the Houston Astros.
Erin graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio with degrees in both Business Administration (Marketing) and Communications, and with minors in Communication Management and History.
Erin stays active in the community having volunteered weekly at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, as a Special Olympics basketball coach, fostering dogs for deployed members of the military, and frequently participating in Habitat for Humanity builds.
|Emily Williams||Marketing Manager|
Emily joined the River Cats in January of 2015. She is responsible for implementing the River Cats' advertising and print production, grass roots strategies, and maintaining the club's web presence.
A Sacramento native, Emily began her Minor League Baseball career with the River Cats as a Marketing Intern and Cat Crew member while still in high school. Now entering her 9th season in professional baseball, Emily returns to Northern California after spending the last three seasons with the St. Louis Cardinals' Triple-A affiliate in Memphis. While attending the University of Oregon, she interned with the Chicago Cubs' Short-Season A affiliate Eugene Emeralds and with Oregon Baseball, where she took part in the return of the Ducks' baseball program after a 26-year hiatus.
Emily is thrilled to return to her hometown to spend time with family and friends, and to go running with her dog, Charlotte.

Mike Osborn, also known as "Mike on the Mic", is a Sacramento native, alumnus of Mariemont Elementary, Arden Middle School, Rio Americano High School and honors graduate from Sac State with a B.A in Interpersonal and Small Group Communications, Mike has provided in-game entertainment at Raley Field since 2011. As the Community Relations coordinator, Mike has spearheaded the development of the River Cats community outreach program Cats Care. Mike also delivers speeches with local community organizations as well as presenting character education assemblies to approximately 100 schools a year.
Mike has also been a professional Stand-Up Comedian and correspondent on the nationally televised movie review show "Mark at the Movies".
In his spare time, Mike enjoys traveling having road tripped across the country and back as well as visiting Europe numerous times. Being a dual-citizen of the United States and Canada, he also visits the Great White North as often as possible, eh.
|Lee Warner||Mascot Coordinator|
Lee is entering his first season with the River Cats. Originally from Long Island, New York, he has lived in Virginia Beach, Virginia for the majority of his life and enjoyed playing soccer, basketball, and baseball while growing up.
Lee graduated in 2010 from George Mason University with a Tourism and Events Management degree, all while performing as the school's mascot. His character started as Gunston and was redone as The Patriot. Prior to relocating from the East Coast and joining the River Cats organization, Lee spent 3 years working with the Norfolk Tides, Triple-A Affiliate to the Baltimore Orioles, 9 years with Ocean Breeze Waterpark, and 4 with Sinclair Communications.
In his spare time, Lee enjoys attending concerts, off-roading, line-dancing, playing sports and just being outdoors. He's an avid sports fan and his favorite teams are the Boston Red Sox, Washington Capitals, and Atlanta Falcons. He's looking forward to enjoying the beautiful Sacramento atmosphere and weather as well as the opportunity to continue working in the sports industry and work for the Sacramento River Cats. Go Cats!
|Rose Holland||Merchandise Manager|
This is Rose's sixth season with the River Cats as the Merchandise Manager. She has been in the retail business for the last 30 years. Rose and her husband, Rick, owned and operated a tennis specialty store for most of those years. She is a graduate of Fresno State University and the mother of two boys, Ricky and Rhett. For seven years she coached the Rio Americano High School girls varsity tennis team -- and she still enjoys playing tennis in her free time.
|Erin Kilby||Assistant Merchandise Manager|
This is Erin's second season as the Assistant Manager of the On Deck Shop, but her fifth season with the River Cats. She graduated from Sacramento State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing. Erin is an avid San Jose Sharks, San Francisco Giants, Oakland A's and San Francisco 49ers fan. She enjoys sports, traveling, movies and spending time with family and friends.

Brent is entering his 10th season in minor league baseball as a website and research coordinator with the Sacramento River Cats. Brent is a fan of all sports - Baseball (Oakland A's), Hockey (San Jose Sharks), Basketball (Sacramento Kings) and Football (San Francisco 49ers). Brent's favorite baseball memory came when Rickey Henderson broke Lou Brock's all-time stolen base record.
|Dane Lund||Sr. Manager, Operations|
Dane is entering his third season with the River Cats. He came to Sacramento from Tacoma, WA where he began his career in baseball as Entertainment Director for the Tacoma Rainiers. Dane graduated with a degree in Media Studies from Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA and spent four months as an intern for Media for Development International, a socially-conscious film company in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Dane loves to travel. He has made it to 23 countries and was recently able to check off his 50th state. Dane is a huge Seahawks and Mariners fan. In addition to Seattle sports, Dane enjoys snowboarding, going to concerts, binge-watching Netflix with his cat and girlfriend and trying new bars and restaurants in Sac.
