The Nashville Sounds are dedicated to giving back to a community that has supported us so overwhelming over the years. The Sounds are willing to assist the community by donating items to non-profit organizations such as tickets or merchandise to be used in raffles or auctions to raise funds for their cause. All donations are made based on availability. We are unable to give monetary donations.
In order to be considered for an in-kind donation from the Nashville Sounds, an organization must provide the following information:
- Written proof of an organization's charitable status including a 501(c)3 form and a federal tax identification number
- Completed 2014 Donation Request Form
- Formal request written on organization's letterhead (including date of event, type of event, location of event, etc.)
In order to request a donation, please submit the above items to the Nashville Sounds Community Relations Department (to address or fax below) at least four weeks before the event. Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation. Please note we are unable to donate to individuals.
One donation may be requested from each organization per calendar year. The Sounds cannot accept items to be autographed, but may have autographed items available from time to time, typically through our gameday or online auctions.
The Sounds wish to support many programs and organizations. However, due to an overwhelming amount of inquiries, we are unable to fulfill requests that are not from Tennessee or the Southern Kentucky area.
