|Garry Arthur||General Manager & Chief Operating Officer|
Garry Arthur serves as the Sounds' Chief Operating Officer and oversees all day-to-day operations related to the ballclub.
He was named to the position in January 2015 after previously serving as a senior advisor to Sounds ownership dating back to MFP Baseball LLC's acquisition of the club in 2009.
Nashville is Arthur's fourth stop in the Pacific Coast League. He previously served a combined 14 seasons as General Manager in Sacramento (1999-2004), Vancouver (1998-99), and Calgary (1989-95). During those tenures, Arthur's teams recorded more than 1,000 wins and his teams carry a 30-18 record in eight postseason appearances.
Among the most decorated executives in Minor League Baseball, Arthur was the 2002 winner of The Sporting News' Minor League Executive of the Year award, a prestigious honor that is selected from among all executives among the 176 minor league teams. He was also named as the 1999 recipient of the PCL Executive of the Year award.
Arthur served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the River Cats during the team's first six seasons in Sacramento from 1999-2004 and oversaw the successful opening of Raley Field. During his tenure, the River Cats won two Pacific Coast League Championships (2003-04) and four PCL South Division titles (2000-01, 2003-04).
After departing Sacramento at the conclusion of the 2004 campaign, Garry served as a consultant to the River Cats as well as to the Pacific Coast League, chairing its Scheduling Committee. He has been associated with the PCL since October 1988 when he was named General Manager of the Triple-A Calgary Cannons, a position he held for seven seasons from until 1995.
After his Cannons stint, he was named Vice President of Japan Sports Systems, a Japan-based company which owned the Triple-A Vancouver Canadians, in November 1996. He became General Manager of the Canadians in 1998, and he held that position until the franchise was relocated to Sacramento following the 1999 Triple-A World Championship season.
Prior to his career in baseball, Arthur spent five years working for the XV Olympic Winter Games, which were held in 1988 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He began his tenure with the XV Olympic Winter Games as the Manager of Information Systems (1984-85) and was promoted to Press Secretary (1985-87) in 1985. In 1987, he was appointed Director of the Chairman's Office for the XV Olympic Winter Games. For his efforts (the Games made a $146 million profit), Arthur received the Alberta Achievement Award in 1988.
His professional career began in sports broadcasting. Arthur was a broadcaster with CBC (Canada) radio and television for 12 years and spent one year as Vice President of All-Pro Sports Consultants, Inc. (1984).
The native of Vancouver, British Columbia has two grown children: a daughter, Stacey, and a son, Jamie.
|Barb Walker||Director of Accounting|
Barb Walker is responsible for all of the Sounds' accounting functions, including payroll. Walker joined the team in November 1999.
She was previously employed by Opryland Hospitality, serving as a senior accountant; Doane Pet Care, serving as accounting manager; and Metroland Printing, Publishing, & Distributing, where she was the administration manager.
The Canadian-born native of Kamsack, Saskatchewan earned her BBA from MTSU and also possesses her CPA certification. She resides in Nashville.
|Halie Montgomery||Accounting Manager|
Halie Montgomery assists the Sounds with all accounting functions. She joined the Sounds staff in March 2015.
Prior to the Sounds, Halie served as the Program Assistant of Intramural Sports and Sport Clubs at Middle Tennessee State University.
Halie graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Business Finance and is currently working on her Masters of Science in Leisure and Sport Management. She played volleyball at MTSU and is originally from Morristown, Tenn. In her free time, she enjoys sports, participating in outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking, and spending time with family. Her favorite sport teams are the Atlanta Braves and Nashville Predators.
|Jane Nicholson||Executive Assistant|
Jane is responsible for assisting the Nashville Sounds executive team by maintaining schedules and appointments, transcribing documents, drafting letters, attending meetings and creating reports. She joined the Sounds in January 2015.
Prior to the Sounds, Jane served as a Public Relations Intern at Major League Baseball - Office of the Commissioner, where she was responsible for the daily clips report, assisting with league media guides and working on events such as the 2014 First Year Player Draft and the 2014 All-Star Game Event. She also spent October of 2013 assisting the Media Relations Department at the Boston Red Sox.
Jane graduated from Elon University with a Bachelors in Sport and Event Management and is originally from Longmeadow, Massachusetts. In her free time, she enjoys running, tennis and travelling to new places. Her favorite sports teams are the Boston Bruins, New England Patriots, Georgia Bulldogs and Chelsea FC.
Heather is responsible for assisting the Nashville Sounds front office by processing incoming calls and distributing office information, among a host of other things. She joined the front office staff in January 2016.
Prior to the Sounds, Heather served as the Executive Assistant at Safe Harbor of Tennessee where she successfully laid administrative groundwork to serve the community with a nonprofit resource center. She has also spent two years working as an event coordinator for Music City Events.
Heather graduated from Central Piedmont College with an Associate of Arts Degree and is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, Josiah, hiking Tennessee with her black lab and husky, and enjoying life in Nashville with her closest friends. Her favorite sport teams are the Atlanta Braves, Nashville Sounds and the Nashville Predators.
|Chris Sprunger||Vice President - Ticket Operations|
Chris Sprunger manages all aspects of ticket operations, including overseeing the Sounds' box office operation, season ticket sales and distribution, coordinating all ticket printing, and supervision of box office staff. He initially joined the Sounds in March 2014 and was promoted to his current role in September 2015.
Prior to joining the Sounds, Chris served as a Sports Ticketing Coordinator at the Tampa Bay Lightning, where he assisted in ticket operations for the Lightning, Tampa Bay Storm and all sporting events at the Tampa Bay Times Forum. He also spent 4 years working for the Charlotte Stone Crabs, and helping out with the Tampa Bay Rays Spring Training.
Chris graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelors in Marketing and is originally from Port Charlotte, FL. In his free time, he enjoys watching FSU football, going to concerts, attending sporting events, and exploring Nashville. His favorite sports teams are the Minnesota Twins, San Francisco 49ers, Tampa Bay Lightning and anything FSU.
|Justin Webster||Senior Premium Sales Manager|
Justin is responsible for generating new sales leads, selling group and season tickets, as well as coordinating corporate events and private functions. In addition, he directly oversees the team's Faith Nights program.
He initially joined the Sounds as a ticket sales intern in January 2012. He was promoted to an Account Executive in November 2012 and then promoted to Senior Premium Sales Manager in January of 2015.
The Springboro, Ohio native received his Sport Management degree from Ohio University. He roots for the Cincinnati Reds, Denver Broncos, North Carolina Tar Heels, and Ohio Bobcats.
|Jilian Brake||Premium Sales Manager|
Jilian is responsible for generating new sales leads, and selling group and season tickets. She joined the Sounds in a full-time capacity in October 2014.
Prior to the Sounds, Jilian served as the Inside Sales Representative at the Cincinnati Reds, where she focused on selling the full ticket menu for season and group sales. She also spent a season working for the Miami Dolphins.
Jilian graduated from Murray State University with a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and is originally from Villa Hills, Ky. In her free time, she enjoys playing golf, traveling and cooking. Her favorite sports teams are the Cincinnati Reds, Cincinnati Bengals and UK Basketball.
|Wilson Korte||Premium Sales Manager|
Wilson joined the Sounds in a full-time capacity in January 2015. He is responsible for generating new sales leads, and selling group and season tickets.
Wilson previously served as a Game Presentation Intern and Sales Associate with the Nashville Predators before joining the Sounds last season as a Sales Assistant. He also spent time working with Distributors Warehouse Inc., SANDLOTT Baseball, Stratford Baseball Club and Robert Half Technology.
Wilson graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He then moved to Nashville to attend Belmont University, earning a Master's in Sport Administration and Leadership. Wilson is originally from Metropolis, Ill. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and attending live music and sporting events. His favorite sport teams are the Ole Miss Rebels and St. Louis Cardinals.
|Tim Nemes||Premium Sales Manager|
Tim joined the Sounds in a full-time capacity in October 2013 after spending the previous summer as an intern with the team. He is responsible for generating new sales leads, and selling group and season tickets.
The Plymouth, Mass. native received his Sports Management bachelor's degree from Towson University.
He roots for the Baltimore Orioles, New England Patriots, & Boston Bruins and enjoys playing golf and the beach.
|Eric Sundvold||Premium Sales Manager|
Eric is responsible for generating new sales leads, and selling group and season tickets. He joined the Sounds in a full-time capacity in January 2015.
Prior to the Sounds, Eric served as Clubhouse Security with the Kansas City Royals, where he maintained the safety and security of the players and interacted daily with players, their families, team and MLB officials, media and fans. He also spent three years working for Honeywell.
Eric graduated from Truman State University with a BS and BA in Business Administration and a BA in Economics. He is originally from Independence, Missouri. In his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar, attending sporting events and photography. His favorite sport teams are the Kansas City Royals, Kansas City Chiefs, Sporting Kansas City and the Missouri Tigers.
|Evan Elkins||Premium Sales Account Executive|
Evan is responsible for selling tickets as well as coordinating corporate events and private functions. He joined the Sounds in November 2015.
Prior to the Sounds, Evan worked with the Single-A Dayton Dragons for three seasons, serving as the Corporate Marketing Manager. He was responsible for selling season tickets, groups, and hospitality areas including High School baseball, Chamber of Commerce networking events, and corporate outings in the Party Deck or luxury suites. In 2011, he worked for Florida Citrus Sports to assist with the Capital One Bowl, Champs Sports Bowl and Florida Classic.
Evan graduated from Wright State University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. The Ohio native spends his free time playing golf, travelling, and watching football. His favorite sports teams are the Cincinnati Bengals, Cincinnati Reds, and South Carolina Gamecocks.
|Mandy Valentine||Premium Sales Account Executive|
Mandy, who joined the Sounds in November of 2015, is responsible for selling season tickets as well as premium and hospitality areas for corporate events and private functions.
Prior to joining the Sounds, Mandy served as the Corporate Event Planner for the Arkansas Travelers where she sold and planned group and corporate events. Mandy also spent the 2014 season with the Fort Myers Miracle.
Mandy graduated from Harding University with a bachelor's degree in public relations and is originally from Searcy, Arkansas. In her free time, she enjoys watching sports, napping and doing anything outdoors. Her favorite sports teams are the St. Louis Cardinals, Arkansas Razorbacks and the Oklahoma City Thunder. She would also like to give a big shout out to her dog, Yadi!
|Greg Pai||Premium Sales Account Executive|
Greg joined the Sounds in December of 2015 and is responsible for selling season tickets as well as premium and hospitality areas for corporate events and private functions.
Prior to the Sounds, Greg served as an Account Executive with the Rockland Boulders, where he held a variety of roles. This included organizing group outings, working with corporate partners, selling season tickets and assisting other departments throughout the course of the baseball season. Prior to Rockland, he also spent time as a Territory Manager for Stone Systems of New Jersey, as well as co-founded a clothing brand called My M.O.
Greg attended West Virginia University, where he majored in Communication Studies and is originally from Tenafly, New Jersey. In his free time, he enjoys visiting new places in Nashville, attending country music concerts and watching WVU Mountaineers football. His favorite sport teams are the aforementioned Mountaineers, the Boston Red Sox, as well as the Nashville Predators.
|Leon McCathen||Ticket Operations Manager|
Leon assists with our ticket operations, including: box office management; ticket order processing and fulfillment; selling season, group, and individual game tickets; and assisting sales staff with daily activities. He joined the Sounds in March 2014 as an assistant in the ticketing department and was promoted to his current role in August.
Prior to the Sounds, Leon served as the Box Office Representative at the American Airlines Arena, home of the Miami Heat, fulfilling customer service duties at all HEAT games and Arena events. He also spent two years working for Miami Marlins.
Leon graduated from the Barry University with a Master of Science in Sport Management and is originally from Gaithersburg, MD. In his free time, he enjoys participating and watching sports, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. His favorite sport teams are Washington Redskins, Washington Nationals, and the Los Angeles Clippers.
|Cooper Fazio||Ticket Operations Coordinator|
Cooper assists the Ticket Operations department in day-to-day operations and logistics, as well as in the supervision of the ticket office staff and season ticket management. He joined the Sounds in March 2015.
Prior to the Sounds, Cooper served as the Box Office Manager for the Charlotte Stone Crabs, where he oversaw all ticket office operations for both the Stone Crabs and Tampa Bay Rays Spring Training. In college, he interned at the Ripken Experience located in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Cooper graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a degree in Sport Management and is originally from Peters Township, PA. In his free time, he enjoys reading, playing fantasy baseball and watching sports. His favorite teams are the Pittsburgh Pirates, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Coastal Carolina baseball."
|Teresa Moscati||Premium Services Manager|
Teresa is responsible for building and maintaining personal relationships with account holders to ensure they have an exceptional experience in all aspects; creating and implementing season ticket holder events; and supporting the sales staff through the sale of season, group and premium ticket areas. She joined the front office staff in April 2015.
Prior to the Sounds, Teresa served as the Sponsorship Sales Account Executive at the Houston Astros Spring Training Facility, where she researched and attained new corporate partners and fulfilled contract assets. She also spent one year working for the Lowell Spinners.
Teresa graduated from the Daniel Webster College with a Double Major in Sport Management and Marketing and is originally from Buffalo, NY. In her free time, she enjoys playing field hockey, training horses and traveling. Her favorite sports teams are Buffalo Sabres, New York Yankees and Buffalo Bills.
CORPORATE SALES & MARKETING
|Paul Hemingway||Vice President - Corporate Sales & Marketing|
Paul oversees the corporate partnerships, marketing, merchandise, in-game entertainment and promotions divisions for the Sounds in his role as the team's Vice President of Corporate Sales & Marketing.
Paul initially joined the Sounds in October 2015 after spending the previous five seasons with the NFL's Buffalo Bills as Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships..
Paul also has an extensive background in motorsports, having worked seven years as Senior Director of Sales and Marketing for Watkins Glen International Speedway and gained valuable experience in minor league baseball having worked three seasons for the Nashua (NH) Pride of the Atlantic League.
A New Hampshire native, Paul holds his undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire and earned a Master's in Sports Management from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
|Ryan Madar||Advertising Manager|
Ryan's responsibilities include generating new sales leads, selling corporate sponsorships, promoting Sounds baseball, and overseeing the club's advertising initiatives.
Prior to the Sounds, Ryan served as the Tournament Sales Director at Carolina Trail Golf Partners, where he managed golf tournaments and group sales at courses in Tucson, Arizona. He also spent three years working as a sports reporter for the NBC-affiliate in Roanoke, Virginia. He began his sports career in 2001, working for Keystone Sports & Event Marketing in North Carolina, and managed public relations duties for NASCAR driver Matt Kenseth's No. 17 Visine car.
Ryan graduated from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism and is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family (wife, Jennifer; son, Zach; and daughter, Reese).
His favorite sport teams are the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pittsburgh Pirates, and Pittsburgh Penguins. He's also an avid fan of the Syracuse basketball team and the Virginia Tech football team.
|Jeff Hem||Broadcaster / Corporate Partnerships Executive|
Jeff Hem, "the voice of the Sounds," joined the Sounds in 2012 and serves as the team's play-by-play announcer for all 144 games. Game broadcasts can be heard on 102.5 The Game (WPRT-FM) in the Nashville area as well as via an internet webcast available on the Nashville Sounds web site.
Jeff arrived in Nashville after spending the previous seven seasons as play-by-play voice of the Single-A Kane County Cougars of the Midwest League.
His career highlights include serving as the television broadcast announcer for the 2007 Midwest League All-Star Game and broadcasting from Wrigley Field in July 2008, when his Cougars club faced the Peoria Chiefs on the Chicago Cubs' home field.
During baseball off-seasons, Hem gained additional experience behind the mic while broadcasting high school football and basketball for schools in the greater Chicagoland area. In addition, he co-hosted a two-hour radio sports show, "The Big Sports Report," which discussed the Chicago sports scene and included interviews with various athletes, media, and sports personalities.
A graduate of the University of Iowa, Hem began his broadcasting career while in college before completing an internship with the Battle Creek Yankees en route to gaining his position with Kane County. He and his wife, Alissa, are natives of Aurora, Ill., and have a daughter, Greta, who was born in July 2013.
He authors the online "On the Air...and Off" blog, periodically updating about the inside workings of minor league baseball, life on the road in the Pacific Coast League, and anything and everything else going on with the Nashville Sounds. Jeff can also be found on Twitter.

|Danielle Gaw||Senior Manager, Corporate Partnerships Activation|
Danielle's responsibilities include assisting the Sales & Marketing department with creating corporate proposals, managing the sponsorship inventory, creating contracts, fulfilling sales related tasks, and selling groups and sponsorships.
She joined the Sounds in a full-time capacity in September 2014 after serving as the club's Community Relations Assistant during the previous summer. She was promoted to her current role in January of 2016.
Prior to the Sounds, Danielle served as the Communications Intern at the Missouri State High School Activities Association, where she helped with publications, media, and state tournaments. She got her start in baseball with the Hannibal Cavemen of the Prospect League in 2011. She has also worked for the Houston Astros and the Mizzou Baseball team.
Danielle graduated from Columbia College with a Bachelor's in Sports Management and a Bachelor's in Marketing and is originally from Frankford, Missouri. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, antique shopping, watching sports and taking her dog, Merle, on long walks. Her favorite sports teams are the St. Louis Cardinals, the Houston Texans, and the Missouri Tigers.
|Katie Ward||Director of Merchandise|
As the Sounds' director of merchandise, Katie Ward is responsible for the management of the Team Pro Shop. She places the orders for the merchandise displayed in the shop and manages a select staff to help out on game days. She is also responsible for online orders and designing the apparel.
Katie previously worked for the Sounds as a merchandise intern in 2009, where she helped out in the Pro Shop during games. She was promoted to her current position in May 2013.
Katie is originally from New York City and recently graduated from Furman University with a Health and Exercise Science degree.
|Wade Becker||Merchandise Manager|
Wade is responsible for assisting all merchandise requests by taking inventory and helping operate the team store on gamedays, among other duties. He joined the Sounds in February 2016.
Prior to the Sounds, Wade Becker served as the Director of Merchandise for the Daytona Tortugas of the Florida State League. Wade oversaw all retail operations of the Tortugas for the last two years. He also spent four years working for Dick's Sporting Goods.
Wade graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a degree in History and is originally from Conifer, Colorado. In his free time, he enjoys playing with his dogs, seeing movies and attending concerts. His favorite sport teams are the Colorado Rockies, Denver Broncos and the Oklahoma Sooners.
|Mary Hegley||Director of Entertainment|
Mary is responsible for making sure every fan in First Tennessee Park has an entertaining experience. She oversees all pre-game ceremonies, on-field promotions, post-game activities and giveaways, among other duties. She joined the Sounds in February 2015.
Prior to the Sounds, Mary served as the Marketing Manager at the Charlotte Stone Crabs where she was responsible for all marketing, design, and game day entertainment. In addition to the Stone Crabs, she also served as coordinator for all game day entertainment during Spring Training for the Tampa Bay Rays.
Mary graduated from Florida State University with a degree in marketing and a minor in communications. She is originally from Clewiston, Fla. In her free time, she enjoys watching sports, exploring Nashville and drinking Dunkin Donuts coffee. Her favorite sport teams are the Florida State Seminoles, Pittsburgh Steelers and Atlanta Braves.
|Alex Wassel||Creative Services Manager|
Alex is responsible for overseeing the club's graphic design, electronic marketing, and social media efforts, as well as co-managing content of the team's publications and website.
He initially joined the Sounds in January 2013 as Media Relations Manager and was promoted to his current role in October 2014.
Prior to joining the Sounds, Alex worked as the Director of Communications for the Great Lakes Loons, a Single-A partner of the Los Angeles Dodgers, and ESPN 100.9-FM.
The Tennessee native began his career in sports in 2009, interning with the Triple-A Memphis Redbirds of the Pacific Coast League as their Communications Assistant.
Alex attended the University of Tennessee from 2004-2008 and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Electronic Media. The Volunteer spends his free time with his wife, Alana, exploring new music, watching Tennessee sports, and supporting the Belcourt Theatre.
|Brett Ausbrooks||Director of Multimedia Production|
Brett is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the club's multimedia creative content. This includes producing, writing, shooting, editing and providing direction on graphical production for features used for gamedays, off-site events, broadcast, internet, etc.
Prior to the Sounds, Brett served as the Game Entertainment Producer at Salt River Fields of Talking Stick, where he created and produced the in-game entertainment show for the spring training home of the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies. He also spent nine years working as a TV freelance professional for the Arizona Diamondbacks, Arizona Coyotes, Arizona State Sun Devils, Arizona Cardinals and ESPN.
Brett graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in TV Broadcast Journalism in 2006 and from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and English in 1999 and is originally from Indiana. In his free time, he enjoys concerts, hockey and football. His favorite sports teams are the Kansas State Wildcats, Indianapolis Colts and Arizona Coyotes. Brett is happily married to his wife, Terah, and has a son, RC, and daughter, Beverly.
|Erik Sharpnack||Multimedia Production Assistant|
Erik is responsible for assisting the development and implementation of the club's multimedia creative content. He joined the Sounds in March 2015.
Prior to the Sounds, Erik served as a Freelance Video Editor and Production Assistant, where he worked on commercials, music videos, television shows and narratives.
Erik graduated from Full Sail University in 2010 with a Bachelors of Science in Film and is originally from Cypress, Calif. In his free time, he enjoys watching films, reading and attending concerts. His favorite sports teams include the Los Angeles Angels and the Nashville Predators.
|Doug Scopel||Vice President - Operations|
Doug, who joined the Sounds in February 2000, oversees the media & public relations, baseball operations, stadium operations, and groundskeeping departments for the team.
Scopel directly manages all communications and baseball operations facets for the Sounds, including public relations, team travel, affiliate relations, clubhouses, bat boys, and acts as the primary contact for visiting teams, umpires, and baseball personnel throughout the playing season.
He was promoted to his current position in January 2015 after previously serving a variety of roles, most recently as the Sounds' Vice President of Baseball Operations & Communications.
Along with team ownership, Doug served as the Sounds' point person for the design, project management, and construction teams during the planning and development of state-of-the-art First Tennessee Park, which opened in April 2015.
Scopel was honored by Minor League News as the 2006 P.R. Director of the Year, receiving the coveted Ralphie Award that is presented to the top media relations director selected from more than 800 people working at more than 700 professional sports clubs in minor league and independent sports.
Prior to arriving in Nashville, he served as a media/community relations assistant for the Rancho Cucamonga (Cal.) Quakes.
A Pittsburgh native, Scopel earned a journalism degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee.
|Nicole Santelman||Director of Special Events|
Nicole joined the Sounds in December 2015 as the Director of Special Events. She oversees the planning and execution of all special events at First Tennessee Park.
Prior to working with the Sounds, Nicole worked as the Regional Sales Director for iMap Professionals for two years. She also spent six seasons with the Minnesota Vikings as the Manager of Premium Seating.
Nicole graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor's degree in speech communication and is from Cedar Rapids, Iowa where she attended Regis High School. In her free time she enjoys watching and playing sports including volleyball and golf.
Her favorite teams are the Minnesota Vikings and the Iowa State Cyclones. Nicole has three children - a daughter, Devon, who recently graduated from the University of Minnesota, a son, Alec, who attends the University of Minnesota-Morris, and another son, Anders, who is a junior in high school.
|Jeremy Wells||Director of Stadium Operations|
Jeremy oversees the stadium operations department for the Sounds, including the supervision of ballpark cleanliness and maintenance, parking staff, and security personnel.
Prior to joining the Sounds in February 2014, Jeremy served on the property management staff at the Bellevue Family YMCA where he maintained the quality and safety of equipment and the facility. He held positions as the Full Circle Sports Coordinator and the Adult Sports Coordinator where he managed different YMCA sports leagues. He also spent a couple of years working for Murry Construction in his hometown of Ponchatoula, LA.
Jeremy graduated from Ashford University with a Sports and Recreational Degree. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, and being outdoors. His favorite sport teams are the University of Alabama Crimson Tide and the Nashville Predators.
|Austin Brunk||Assistant Stadium Operations Manager|
Austin assists the stadium operations department for the Sounds, including the supervision of ballpark cleanliness and maintenance, parking staff, and security personnel.
He joined the team in a full-time capacity in September 2015 after serving as a stadium operations assistant during the 2015 playing season. Prior to the Sounds, Austin spent one year working in the Macomb Amateur Baseball Federation and managing youth baseball.
Austin graduated from Cornerstone University with a Sports Management degree. He played baseball at Rochester College for two years, before transferring to play his final two years at Cornerstone.
In his free time, the Macomb, Michigan native enjoys hunting, watching sports and spending time with his family and red bone coon hound, Scarlett. His favorite sport teams are Michigan Wolverines, Detroit Red Wings, and the Detroit Tigers.
|Thomas Trotter||Head Groundskeeper|
Thomas Trotter is responsible for the maintenance and management of the playing field and landscaping around the stadium. Field maintenance includes the outfield turf, infield turf and dirt, and the warning track.
Under his stewardship, the field at Greer Stadium was honored as the recipient of the 2011 Professional Field of the Year Award for the state of Tennessee by the Tennessee Turfgrass Association.
He joined the Sounds in April 2009. His previous experience in professional baseball include stints with the Louisville Bats (2006-09) and San Diego Padres (2005).
Originally from Greenville, S.C., Thomas is a graduate of Clemson University. He and his wife, Becky, reside in East Nashville.

Patrick joined the Sounds in the summer of 2014 and is responsible for assisting with the maintenance and management of the playing field and landscaping around the stadium. Field maintenance includes the outfield turf, infield turf and dirt, and the warning track.
He served as the Sounds Groundskeeping Assistant in 2012, prior to spending six months as the head groundskeeper of the Clinton Lumberkings. A native of Honolulu, HI, Patrick graduated from Washington State University with a degree in turf and grass management.
When he's not laboring out in the sun with the Sounds' grounds crew, he can be found inside keeping cool by the A/C and following his favorite sports teams: the Cincinnati Reds, Green Bay Packers, and Washington State Cougars.

|Chad Seely||Media Relations Manager|
Chad, who joined the Sounds in November 2015, is responsible for writing and distributing press releases, managing game day press box operations, co-managing the club's social media efforts, facilitating baseball information, and handling media requests and content of the team's publications and website. During the season, Chad supports the media with their gameday needs.
Prior to joining the Sounds, Chad served as the Communications Manager for the Reno Aces where he managed all communications efforts, team travel, and baseball operations. Chad also spent two years with the Clinton LumberKings of the Midwest League as the Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations. He began working in professional baseball with the Daytona Cubs in the summer of 2011.
Chad graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism and is originally from Sussex, Wisconsin. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, and attending other sporting events. His favorite sports teams are the Green Bay Packers, Wisconsin Badgers, Milwaukee Brewers and the Milwaukee Bucks.

|Matt Gallant||Clubhouse & Equipment Manager|
Matt joined the Sounds prior to the 2014 season. He oversees the clubhouse and equipment operations at Greer Stadium during the playing season.
Matt has been working as a clubhouse manager in professional baseball since 2003. Prior to arriving in Music City, he spent the previous seven seasons at the Triple-A level, managing clubhouses in Louisville (2007-12) and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre (2013). He began his pro career with four seasons in the Tampa Bay Rays organization from 2003-06.
Matt has served as a clubhouse manager during each of the last two World Baseball Classics, working with the Cuban and South African teams in 2009 and the Brazilian team in 2013.
COMMUNITY & FAN RELATIONS
|Amy Schoch||Vice President - Human Resources|
Amy is responsible for developing strategies and programs that make fan experience at the ballpark a top priority, the oversight of all human resource programs and policies, and supervising the club's human resources. She joined the Sounds staff in January 2015 and was promoted to her current role in September 2015.
Prior to the Sounds, Amy served as the Director of Ticket Operations at the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, where she managed all aspects of the ticket office as well as customer service and IT. She also spent four seasons working for the Hartford WolfPack.
Amy graduated from Alvernia University with a Bachelors in Marketing Originally from Reading, Pennsylvania, she enjoys playing field hockey, golf and running. Her favorite sports teams are the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies and Flyers and the Michigan Wolverines.
|Katherine Dunn||Guest Services Manager|
Katherine is responsible for managing guest services during gamedays and interacting with fans to make sure the experience at First Tennessee Park is top notch. She joined the front office staff in April 2015.
Prior to the Sounds, Katherine served as the Guest Services Manager at the Littlejohn Coliseum in Clemson, SC, where she trained and supervised the guest services staff during all basketball games, concerts and school-sponsored events. She also spent six months working for Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL.
Katherine graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management and is originally from Peekskill, NY. In her free time, she enjoys painting, kayaking and exploring all that Nashville has to offer. Her favorite sports teams are the New York Yankees and the Clemson Tigers.
|Danielle Ward||Director of Community Relations|
Dani oversees the Sounds' many community initiatives and charity partnerships, focusing primarily on influencing our local youth through education, physical development and by maximizing community service. Dani joined the staff in October 2014.
Prior to the Sounds, Dani worked as a certified child life specialist at the Cohen Children's Medical Center.
She graduated from Vanderbilt University with a child development degree and is originally from New York City. In her free time, Dani enjoys hanging out with friends, running and going to the beach. Her favorite sports team is the New York Rangers.
|Buddy Yelton||Mascot Coordinator|
Buddy joined the Sounds front office staff on a full-time basis in January 2001 and oversees all game and non-game related activities pertaining to Booster, the Sounds' mascot.
Yelton has served the team in a part-time role since April 2000 performing a variety of duties including ushering, on-field promotions, and mascot appearances.
Buddy enjoys meeting new people and talking about the Nashville Sounds. In his spare time, he loves to relax with his wife, Ashley, and their three children: Rebecca, Callix, and Coralie Michelle. Buddy and his family reside in Spring Hill, TN and are proud members of the Thompson Station Church in Thompson Station. Buddy volunteers with The Room at the Inn and enjoys the great fellowship it provides for those in need.
Originally from Beaver County, Pa. Buddy is a diehard Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates fan.

|Dave Keitel||General Manager - Food and Beverage|
Dave Keitel works for Centerplate Food Service as the General Manager of Food and Beverage and is responsible for all the food and beverage operations at First Tennessee Park. He has direct supervision over a staff of 250+ who help with concessions, vending, suites, catering and other various game day needs.
Prior to the Sounds, Dave served as the General Manager for Centerplate at the Durham Performing Arts Center, and NewBridge Bank Park, home of the Greensboro Grasshoppers (Marlins-A).
Dave graduated from the University of Iowa with a Sociology degree and is originally from Iowa City, Iowa. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and spending time with his wife, Lindsay, and their dogs, Thunder and Axl. His favorite sport teams are the Kansas City Chiefs, Oklahoma City Thunder, New York Yankees and Iowa Hawkeyes.
|Brooke Kelley||Accounting Manager - Food and Beverage|
Brooke Kelley works for Centerplate Food Service as the Accounting Manager and assists with management of all the food and beverage operations at Greer Stadium.
Prior to her food and beverage role with the Sounds, Brooke spent five years working for Centerplate at LP Field. Starting as an intern, she quickly worked her way up to H.R. Manager, where she staffed the Titans facility with non-profits. She also holds experience in merchandise.
Brooke earned a Sports Management degree from Martin Methodist College, where she played softball all four years. She is originally from Mount Pleasant, TN, and enjoys traveling, reading, and playing sports in her free time. She loves and adores three God children: Alexis, Jaxson and Kinsley; and her favorite sports teams are the Atlanta Braves, Tennessee Titans, and University of Tennessee Volunteers.
|Deric Grooms||Warehouse Manager|
Deric Grooms works for Centerplate Food Service as the Warehouse Manager and assists with all warehouse and concessions operations at First Tennessee Park. He joined the Centerplate staff full time in January of 2015.
Deric has been a part of Centerplate for three years, spending his first season at LP Field. In the spring of 2013 he started in the warehouse with the Sounds and worked his way up to manager after two successful seasons.
Deric attended Delta State University where he played football for the Statesmen. He is originally from South Fulton, Tenn. In his free time he enjoys playing sports, traveling and drag racing. His favorite sports teams are the Denver Broncos, Oklahoma City Thunder, St. Louis Cardinals and the University of Tennessee Volunteers.

Pete Sarantakos works for Centerplate Food Service as the Concessions Manager and oversees concessions operations at First Tennessee Park. He joined the Centerplate staff full time in May 2015.
