He previously held the positions of Assistant General Manager and Director of Operations. Brandon holds a Sports Management degree from Rutgers University. Originally from Asbury Park, he currently resides in Brick with his wife Amber, their son Brandon Jr., and their dog Ralphie.

2014 will be "Jimmy Mac's" 11th season with the BlueClaws. He graduated from Springfield College in 2003 with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management. He is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all group events at FirstEnergy Park. In addition to his responsibilities with the BlueClaws, Jim also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Brookdale Community College Foundation. Born and raised in Matawan, Jim has also worked for the American Hockey League and ESPN. He currently resides in Belmar.

He is a 2003 graduate of Wagner University.

Jim is in his 18th year of professional baseball. He is an original member of the BlueClaws front office staff having begun in September of 2000. Jim is the executive director of BlueClaws Charities and handles the Community Partners Program and all donation requests. Jim has been honored by the South Atlantic League as their Community Relations Director of the Year in 2005, 2006, and 2010. He is a graduate of Drew University and the Peddie School.

Kevin is entering his 6th season with the BlueClaws and first as Director of Group Sales. Along with overseeing the Group Sales Staff, Kevin oversees the Premium Sales Department and overall operation of the BlueClaws Hospitality Areas and Luxury Suites. Kevin heads up the BlueClaws Military Initiatives and is Honorary Commander on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. In addition to his other responsibilities, Kevin is the Chair of the Greater Monmouth Chamber of Commerce's Young Professionals Group. Andrew graduated from Seton Hall University in 2011 with a degree in Sports Management as well as a degree in Marketing. He has experience with the New Jersey (Brooklyn) Nets, ESPN Radio and the Cape Cod Baseball League. Andrew grew up in Franklin, Massachusetts where his parents still reside. He loves the Packers, Yankees and Celtics as well as his time at the beach both at the Jersey shore and at his family's beach house on Cape Cod.

Greg joined the BlueClaws in 2007 as a Media Relations Assistant and has been with the BlueClaws in his current role since 2009. He broadcasts all 140 BlueClaws games on the radio in addition to handling BlueClaws.com, BlueClaws Blog, and the BlueClaws social media sites. Originally from Westwood, New Jersey, the inability to hit a curveball led him to pursue broadcasting, which he did at Fordham University in the Bronx. While at Fordham, he worked at WFUV, broadcasting Fordham football and basketball and hosting "One on One," New York's longest running sports call-in show. He has also worked for ABC Sports Radio and USOpen.org Radio.

An original member of the BlueClaws front office, Hal enters his 14th season with the team and his 15th season overall in professional baseball. He is responsible for the BlueClaws promotional schedule, printing and advertising, while also helping out with corporate partnership sales. Originally from Cranford, Hal is a graduate of Loyola College in Maryland and proudly resides in Manasquan, seeing as much live music as possible in his free time.

Mike is in his 9th year of professional baseball, all with the BlueClaws as the Assistant Head Groundskeeper. He took over as Director of Grounds in 2013. Mike previously worked for the Glenwood Country Club in Old Bridge, NJ as an Assistant Superintendant in golf course operations. He is a graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in plant science, turfgrass, and horticulture. Mike has completed internships with the Walt Disney Corporation in Lake Buena Vista, Florida in golf course management and with the BlueClaws. He resides in Jackson.

A Lifelong Jersey Shore resident, Mike attended high school at Christian Brothers Academy in Lincroft and earned his BA from Canisius College in Buffalo, playing ice hockey for both schools. An original member of the BlueClaws front office, Mike handles the execution of corporate sponsorships and promotions as well as assisting with maintaining the audio / visual equipment at FirstEnergy Park. In his spare time he is Associate Coach with the Ocean Township HS varsity hockey team and is a 1st Lieutenant with the Pt. Pleasant Beach Fire Department. He lives in Pt. Beach with his wife Valerie and two son's Braden and Dylan.
