Event Security Staff
Event Security Staff are responsible for enforcing all rules, regulations, policies and ordinances of Gwinnett Stadium, Gwinnett County, and the State of Georgia. These positions include roving, merchandise, and gate guards.

Qualifications: Five years consecutive security background. Successful background check required. Must have excellent writing skills (will be asked to write a paragraph explaining why you want and are qualified for this position), must be able to stand for long periods of time, work game delays and extra innings if needed, must possess safety awareness, excellent customer service skills, and excellent communication skills.

Overnight Security Guard
Responsible for securing the building after games and surveillance of the facility throughout the night.

Qualifications: Five years consecutive security experience. Prior experience with surveillance equipment preferred but not required. Successful background check required.

Guest Relations Representative
Guest Relations Representatives must have strong interpersonal skills and provide excellent customer service. Must be attentive to guest's needs, have full knowledge of all policies, services, and facility locations.

Qualifications: Must be able to stand for a minimum of 3 to 4 hours at a time, including working elevators, scanning tickets, work in inclement weather, staff members will work a variety of positions during the season. Staff members must be able to project an approachable, professional attitude at all times. Previous customer service experiences a plus.

Usher
An Usher acts as the host to all guests during their visit to Gwinnett Stadium. Each usher will be assigned a specific seating section (aisle) in Gwinnett Stadium and is responsible for making sure guests are seated in their correct location. It is important that each Usher try to anticipate guests' problems and never avoid or ignore problems.

Qualifications: Must be able to stand for long periods of time, patrol up and down stair aisles on a regular basis and have excellent communication skills, must be able to work in inclement weather and work game delays and extra innings if needed.

Bat Boy
Assist with the movement of equipment and materials around the field. Once the game begins, report to your assigned area and promptly retrieve foul balls, bats, etc. that you are responsible for during the game. Put out all equipment as instructed for batting practice and games. Upon the completion of the game, put all equipment away and check with your clubhouse supervisor for other duties as assigned. Wear proper uniform at all times and as instructed. Must be a minimum of 16 years of age to be considered.

Maintenance Crew
Maintain a clean and presentable facility at all times. Assist in pregame and post game cleaning duties. Primary function during events is monitoring all areas of the ball park primarily restrooms and trash cans for overflow and spills. Must pass background check to be considered for position.

Parking Lot Lawn Maintenance
Responsible for cutting and trimming the grass outside the facility. Must be able to work flexible hours, be on your feet and moving for long periods of time, be able to pick up 50lbs or more. Prior experience with lawn maintenance tools preferred.

Ticket Sellers
Understand and know all ticket types, ticket specials, and coupons. Pre-count tickets and banks; you are also responsible for selling tickets to fans. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent customer service, ability to function under high stress levels and potentially confrontational situations. Responsible for balancing books and counting stubs at the end of each night. Qualified candidates will also posses strong computer skills and a college degree is preferred but not required.
