The Toledo Mud Hens chefs spent the off-season searching near and far, and logged plenty of hours in the taste test lab, to come up with delicious new tastes for fans to indulge in at Fifth Third Field during the 2016 season. The additions to the menu lineup sample flavors from Mexico, Canada, Belgium, Italy and Korea.

 

 

Pot Roast Poutine: French fries and fried cheese curds are smothered in brown gravy and topped with pot roast. Available at Gilhooley's.

 

 

Kimchi Dog: A grilled hot dog is topped with a traditional Oriental-style slaw. Available at Suds and Wieners.

 

 

Toasted Ravioli: A taste of Italy - toasted ravioli stuffed with Ricotta cheese. Available at Mudzarella's.

 

 

Hot Tamales: Seasoned beef and corn masa with red chili sauce hand-wrapped in corn husks. Available at El Burrito.

 

 

Strawberry Belgian Waffle: A warm Belgian waffle is topped with powdered sugar, strawberries and whipped cream. Available at FrozHen.

 

 

Maple Bacon Funnel Cake: A funnel cake topped with powdered sugar, maple glaze, bacon and whipped cream. Available at Farr Out Funnels.

 

 

Caramel Apple Nachos: Pita chips tossed in cinnamon sugar and topped with apples, caramel and whipped cream. Available at El Burrito.

 

 

Holy Toledo Burger: Three all beef patties piled high with four strips of bacon, cheese, and all the trimmings. Available at BirdCage Bar and Grill.

 

 

Buffalo Chicken Wrap: Tender fried chicken, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, lettuce and our house made buffalo sauce and ranch wrapped in a fresh flour tortilla. Available at BirdCage Bar and Grill.

 

 

Ice Cream Sandwich: Toft's vanilla ice cream sandwiched between two fresh brownies and drizzled with chocolate sauce. Available at BirdCage Bar and Grill.
