Located behind Section 210 in the concourse, fans in attendance can visit this window to purchase tickets for a future New Britain Rock Cats game.

Seeing-eye dogs and/or assistance dogs are allowed into New Britain Stadium. No other animals are permitted.

Fans may request to have a personal announcement made over the public address system at a home game for a fee of $15 which will be donated to the Rock Cats Foundation. Please call New Britain Stadium in advance to place your request, or stop by the Advanced Ticket Window before the bottom of the 3rd inning during the games. Paging and special announcements are permitted in emergency situations only. Those seeking special assistance should visit the Rich Volger CFP Guest Service Desk upon arrival at the stadium.

The Rock Cats ATM is located in the concourse near the main gates next to the Farmington Bank Fan Assistance Desk.

Fans are permitted to request player autographs along the railings near the playing field until 20 minutes prior to the start of the game.

For your convenience, baby-changing tables are located in all restrooms at New Britain Stadium.

Banners containing advertising are strictly prohibited from being displayed within the stadium without the consent of the New Britain Rock Cats management. Fans may display signs if in good taste and so as not to create an inconvenience to other fans. Banners may not be hung over the field railing since it may interfere with the game.

Birthday party packages are designed for groups of 10 or more. Each guest receives a game ticket, hot dog, water bottle, chips, cupcakes, pre-game use of the Fun Zone, and a Rock Cats souvenir pack. In addition, the birthday child also receives a logo baseball, t-shirt, birthday announcement on the scoreboard and stadium public address system. Reserve your date by contacting the Rock Cats Group Sales Department.

The use of cellular phones and pagers is permitted at New Britain Stadium provided such use does not interfere with other fans' enjoyment of the game.

Concession stands are located throughout the concourse of New Britain Stadium, offering a variety of food and drink.

The New Britain Rock Cats gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for any ticket or merchandise purchase.

All donation requests must be made in writing on organization letterhead and mailed or faxed to the Rock Cats. Our fax number is (860)225-6267.

Several drinking fountains are located throughout New Britain Stadium on the concourse level.

Little League teams in uniform can join the Rock Cats on the field and in the dugout for pre-game conversation and autographs. The kids then take the field with the Rock Cats for the National Anthem before returning to the stands to sit with their group and watch the game. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit for your group (that will be credited towards the cost of your tickets) is required for this popular program. Teams are booked on a first come, first served basis.

The city of New Britain and the Rock Cats have jointly developed and Evacuation Plan for New Britain Stadium. A complete copy of this plan is available, upon request, at the Rock Cats' Ticket Office. The City and Rock Cats personnel are prepared to assist fans safely exit the ballpark should that become necessary.

Except for official game cancelations or rainouts, there may not be any refunds or exchanges once a ticket has been purchased.

Persons using obscene or abusive language, or engaging in any conduct offensive to those around them will be asked by New Britain Rock Cats security personnel to cease this conduct or be subject to ejection from New Britain Stadium.

Fans are requested not to interfere with a ball or trespass onto the playing field. Interference and trespassing are prohibited by New Britain Rock Cats/New Britain Stadium policy. Persons who violate this ordinance are subject to ejection and/or arrest and prosecution.

Located on the main concourse inside the main gate behind Section 208, the CFP Guest Services Center serves as the focal point for all fan relations at New Britain Stadium. Lost and Found, First Aid, contest registration and prize pick-up, general questions and answers, and Rock Cats literature requests can all be obtained at the CFP Guest Services Center.

Pursuant to a recent City of New Britain Ordinance, no fireworks show can commence after 10:30 pm. Should a fireworks show be canceled for this or any other reason, it will be rescheduled to a later date.

The First Aid Station is located in the concourse, behind section 207

Eastern League Rule, Article XX, Section 19: "In the interest of public safety, no cans, bottles, food, or containers may be brought into Eastern League ballparks."

Fans are permitted to retain all foul balls hit into the stands. However, fans may not enter the playing field to retrieve balls or interfere with balls in play. All fans are cautioned to stay alert for foul balls, bats, and broken bat fragments which could land in the seating areas.

The Fun Zone is located behind section 215 (left field) next to the exit at the end of the stadium. Fans can test their skills at the Rock Cats interactive games which include Home Run Derby, Speed Pitch, Giant Slide, and our Moon Bounce/Slide Inflatable. Bulk discount tickets to the Fun Zone are available for groups by calling your Rock Cats Account Executive.

The Rock Cats have assisted many area non-profit organizations raise thousands of dollars for their groups. Team up with the Rock Cats for the most fun fundraiser around! Simply secure a minimum of 150 Reserved or General Admission tickets for any game for half price. You then sell them for face value ($10 or $6) and keep the difference for your school, church, Little League, or any other non-profit group, earning half the proceeds from each ticket sold! Contact the New Britain Group Sales Department for more details.

New Britain Stadium opens one hour prior to game time on weekdays, and ninety minutes before game time on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. All ballpark services are available once the gates have opened. Special arrangements must be made for early entry.

Groups of 25 or more receive a discounted ticket rate and a scoreboard and public address welcome. Contact the New Britain Rock Cats Group Sales Department for more information.

New Britain Stadium contains 120 handicapped-accessible seats. Two wheelchair ramps and a wheelchair lift are also on the premises. All restrooms in New Britain Stadium are handicapped-accessible.

Articles can be turned in and claimed at the Advanced Ticket Window. To inquire about lost items on non-game days, please contact the New Britain Rock Cats administrative offices.

All interested parties are asked to send a resume highlighting similar past experiences, along with an acapella version of the National Anthem on a CD (non-returnable). Please send all materials to the New Britain Rock Cats, Attn: National Anthem, PO Box 1718, New Britain, CT 06050.

A game is considered official after four and a half innings of play or five full innings if the Rock Cats are trailing at the time of the delay.

Parking at New Britain Stadium is operated and controlled by the City of New Britain Parks and Recreation Department. $5 for regular parking and $7 for premium parking. Fans with comments regarding the parking are invited to contact the Parks and Recreational Department at 860-826-3360.

Parties of 25 or more can reserve the Kayem Terrace, DATTCO Picnic Plaza, or the Comcast Picnic Patio at New Britain Stadium for a Rock Cats game. Picnics start and hour before the game and run for 90 minutes, featuring an all-you-can-eat buffet. Please contact the Corporate Sales Department for information and to make reservations.

To secure a player for an appearance please mail or fax a written request on company letterhead to the New Britain Rock Cats Community Relations Department. Please outline the following information: player(s) requested, date of appearance, location/directions, time of event, and sponsoring organization. While the Rock Cats try to accommodate all requests, player appearances are first come first served and are subject to approval.

All 142 games will be broadcast on the Rock Cats Radio Network, available to listen on-line at and on smart phone devices through the iheartradio app. Home games will be aired live on the Rock Cats flagship station Fox Sports Radio 1410 and the road games will be aired live on WMRD AM 1150 and WLIS AM 1420.   

In the event that 4 1/2 innings have not been played, your ticket stub may be redeemed for one ticket of equal or lesser value to any future Rock Cats regularly scheduled home game this season. Tickets are subject to availability.

Rocky can be seen throughout the games and will often make special appearances at pre-game picnics and birthday parties. Rocky, as well as the Rock Cats other popular mascots, are available for community appearances. For more information, contact the New Britain Rock Cats Community Relations Department.

Rocky Bucks can be used just like cash anywhere in New Britain Stadium, good for tickets, souvenirs and concessions. They can be purchased at the Ticket Office or from your group sales representative.

New Britain Stadium is a smoke-free facility. The designated smoking areas are located immediately outside the facility.

Once fans have entered New Britain Stadium, they may exit and re-enter the stadium using your game ticket.

The Third Base Shop, the official New Britain Rock Cats' merchandise store, is located behind section 210 of New Britain Stadium and is open during all home games. The Third Base Shop is also accessible year round.

Children: Ages 12 and under are considered children

Baby/ Toddler Tickets:

Children 4 years of age and under do not need a ticket to sit in the General Admission section of New Britain Stadium. Children 4 years of age and under must sit in an adult's lap in the Reserved section of New Britain Stadium if they do not purchase a ticket

Fans may bring small umbrellas into New Britain Stadium as long as they do not interfere with other fans enjoyment of the game. Large umbrellas are discouraged.
