FAQ

What does being a corporate partner mean?

Having a business tool that creates a summer's worth of impressions to help you retain clients and strengthen relationships.

Having nine unique and exclusive rental areas to entertain clients, reward a deserving sales team, or boost the staff's morale for a day.

Measuring the value of your season tickets in relationships built and ROI instead of in dollars and cents.

Sharing the excitement of Indians games with people important to you, your family and your company.

Where do we park on business day games?

The Indianapolis Indians offer a convenient option on our Business Day Games. Starting 90 minutes before the game until 30 minutes after the game, fans can park at Lucas Oil Stadium in Gate 1 off Missouri St. for $5 and ride a complementary shuttle to the ballpark.

What if I have more than 1,000 people?
Groups of 1,000 or more get extra special treatment with opportunities to throw out a ceremonial first pitch, address the crowd before the game and join our broadcasters for a live interview during the broadcast.

How do I pick which picnic area is right for my group?
They are located behind Section 110 and 117. With over 30,000 square feet of combined picnic space, no group is too large for our Left Field picnic area. It feeds well over 1,000 people in a single location and groups of 50 to 1,000+ are invited to check out this recently renovated space.

If you're looking for something a bit more private, take in an In-Game picnic in the Coors Light Corner behind section 117 and enjoy your meal and your company with the chance of catching a home run ball.

Where do I enter for suite level?
Fans with suite level tickets may access their seats via the elevator located in the suite lobby behind section 109.

How can our organization get involved with the fundraising opportunities?
Youth programs, schools, and other non-profit organizations may raise money by operating a concession stand at an Indians game. For more information please contact Chris Scherrer at scherrer.chris@aramark.com or call the ARAMARK office at (317) 693-0329.

Are coolers/containers allowed?
They are permitted in the lawn area only and must be less than 20" in length. Alcoholic beverages and glass containers of any kind are not permitted.

What if we come in a bus?
Due to space limitations and safety concerns, fan buses and RVs are not allowed to park in the Victory Field parking lot. Buses may drop off outside of the Right Field Gate on West Street. Bus parking can be found at the Indianapolis Zoo.

Is there food served in the suites?
All of our daily suite rental areas come with a full buffet package included in the price, with traditional ballpark favorites like hamburgers, hot dogs, pulled BBQ, sides, cookies, sodas and beer.  There's also a broad list of upgrades and customizable options, along with a personal wait staff to offer up a limitless variety of snacks, desserts and special drinks as the game goes on."

Can we rent out the stadium for our event?
