Ticket Terms and Conditions

Warning, Waiver and Release of Claims: The User of an Iowa Cubs ticket assumes all risk incidental to the game of baseball and events held at Principal Park, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the game and/or event and including specifically but not exclusively the danger of being injured by bats, balls, objects or equipment. The User agrees that the National Association of Professional Leagues, Minor League Baseball, the Pacific Coast League, Greater Des Moines Baseball Co., the Iowa Cubs, the participating teams and their parent clubs, and the respective officers, agents, employees and players of the foregoing, and all other persons, including any individual, group or entity that supplies the User with a ticket, are not liable for injuries or property damage resulting from use of a ticket or attendance at Principal Park games and events. The User accordingly agrees to release and hold all of the above named persons and entities harmless from any claim for injury, damage or loss of any kind, including but not limited to the negligence of any of the released parties.

Additional Conditions: Use of a ticket and/or attendance at Principal Park for the ticketed game or event constitutes the User's acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the provisions printed on any ticket or this website. The ticket is a revocable license. Denial of admission may be made upon refund of face value. The ticket is subject to revocation and the User may be removed from the premises without compensation at management's discretion. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost or stolen tickets and are void.

The User agrees not to transmit or aid in transmitting or communicating any video, audio, picture, description or account of the game or event. The User agrees to act in an orderly manner and not to disrupt the game, event or enjoyment of others. Breach of the foregoing terminates the license. The User of a ticket agrees that the Pacific Coast League, the Iowa Cubs, the visiting team and their respective designees may use his or her image, voice and likeness in connection with any game or event broadcast, telecast, cablecast, webcast or other media transmission as well as in any advertising or promotional use related to the game, the event and/or minor league baseball. User consents to all such uses without further notice, consent or compensation.

The User consents to all searches and screening by law enforcement officials, stadium security and gate personnel before entering Principal Park, while on the premises of Principal Park and its parking facilities and during attendance at the game or event. The User agrees that such clearance through such screening is a condition to admission to the stadium.

No food, beverages, bottles, cans, containers, coolers or other similar items are permitted inside the Stadium and User agrees to relinquish and forfeit any such items brought into Principal Park. No firearms -- even with permit -- are allowed inside Principal Park.

If a regulation game, as determined by the Iowa Cubs, is not played, a rain check may be exchanged at the Iowa Cubs Box Office for a ticket of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. The Iowa Cubs management reserves the right to revoke the license granted by any ticket by refunding the purchase price. The User of the ticket assumes all risk of personal injury and property damage or loss.
