ADVANCE TICKETS

Guests can purchase available tickets to upcoming Dash home games by calling (336) 714-2287, clicking here, visiting the Baker Roofing Box Office at BB&T Ballpark, or stopping by the team's administrative offices on 926 Brookstown Avenue.

 

AFFILIATION

The Winston-Salem Dash are the Class A-Advanced affiliate of the Chicago White Sox and a member of the Carolina League.

 

AISLE POLICY

As a courtesy to others, guests are requested to refrain from walking in aisles during player at-bats.

 

ALCOHOL

North Carolina law provides that fans must be 21 years of age to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages. Upon request, each customer may be asked to present valid identification at the time of purchase. The Winston-Salem Dash reserve the right to refuse service to any fan. If fans find themselves in need of transportation service, direct them to the Customer Service Booth so that alternate transportation can be arranged. Alcohol sales will cease at the last out of the 7th inning or 2 ½ hours after the start of the game.

 

ANIMALS

Certified service animals or service animals in training are welcome at BB&T Ballpark. Any other animals are prohibited from entering the ballpark. Any exceptions will be at the discretion and authorization of the Winston-Salem Dash.

 

ATM

There is an ATM provided by BB&T Bank located behind Section 110.

 

AUTOGRAPHS

Winston-Salem Dash players often sign autographs before each game when time permits. There are several areas near the playing field that will be conducive to guests getting autographs, including the areas around the home and visitors dugouts and the home bullpen.

BABY CHANGING TABLE STATIONS

Baby changing tables are available in all family restrooms throughout BB&T Ballpark.

 

BAGS/BACKPACKS

All bags and containers are subject to inspection by gate security prior to entering the ballpark. Coolers and bags or backpacks with metal frames are not allowed into BB&T Ballpark.

 

BATTING PRACTICE

The stadium will be closed to the public until gates open one hour before the scheduled first pitch time. Fans are welcome to watch batting practice from outside the gates.

 

BICYCLE PARKING

Bicycle stands are available for use by guests outside the right field main entrance of BB&T Ballpark.

 

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Kids of all ages will have a blast when they celebrate their birthday at BB&T Ballpark. Birthday groups of 10 or more receive reserve seating, food, Dash hats, in-game recognition and much more! For additional information or to reserve your party, please call (336) 714-6865.

 

BOLT BUCKS

Bolt Bucks are an accepted form of payment at BB&T Ballpark. They can be purchased in increments of $5 and can be used for all food, entertainment, and souvenir purchases. Bolt Bucks can be purchased from Dash sales team members or from the box office at BB&T Ballpark.

 

BROKEN SEATS

If you become aware of a broken or loose seat, report the seating location to the Customer Service Booth behind section 110.

CAMERAS AND CAMCORDERS

Still and video cameras are welcome in BB&T Ballpark. Guests are asked to avoid standing in the aisles while using video equipment, obstructing the views of others, or using tripods or monopods. No image or video taken inside BB&T Ballpark may be reused or rebroadcast for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Winston-Salem Dash.

 

CELLULAR PHONES

Guests are welcome to use cellular phones in BB&T Ballpark provided their use does not disturb other guests.

 

CHEWING TOBACCO

Chewing tobacco is not permitted in BB&T Ballpark.

 

CHILDREN'S TICKET POLICY

BB&T Ballpark offers complimentary admission to children three years of age and under, provided they are accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. These children must sit in the lap of the accompanying adult and not occupy an additional seat.

 

CREDIT CARD POLICIES

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are now accepted at select registers in all permanent concession stands, as well as the Dash Team Store inside the ballpark. A photo ID is required with any purchase. Credit cards are also accepted as payment for gameday orders in the luxury suites and party decks.

DIRECTIONS TO BB&T BALLPARK

From the West: Merge onto I-40 E. Merge onto I-40 E/US 421 S via exit 188 toward Winston-Salem. Take Broad St. exit. Turn right onto Broad St. and then make a quick left into ballpark entrance.

From the East: Merge onto I-40 W toward US-421 N/Winston-Salem. Merge onto US 421 N. Merge onto I-40W/US-421 N via exit 206 toward Kernersville/WinstonSalem Downtown. Take Peters Creek Parkway exit, Exit 5A. Turn right onto Peters Creek Parkway. Turn right onto Broad St., and then turn into the ballpark entrance (on the opposite side of the Business 40 West Bound ramp).

From the North: Merge onto US-52 S. Merge onto I-40W via exit 109B. Take Peters Creek Parkway exit, Exit 5A. Turn right onto Peters Creek Parkway. Turn right onto Broad St., and then turn into the ballpark entrance (on the opposite side of the Business 40 West Bound ramp).

From the South: Merge onto US-52 N. Merge onto I-40W via exit 109B. Take Peters Creek Parkway exit, Exit 5A. Turn right onto Peters Creek Parkway. Turn right onto Broad St., and then turn into the ballpark entrance (on the opposite side of the Business 40 West Bound ramp).

ELEVATOR

The elevator is located at the VIP entrance on the ground level, or behind Section 111 on the main concourse. It is accessible to guests holding Club Level tickets.

EXIT/RE-ENTRY

Guests wishing to leave the ballpark but planning to return during the same game must see a Customer Service Staff member to get their hand stamped prior to exiting.

FAMILY RESTROOMS

For the convenience of our guests, there are two family restrooms located inside BB&T Ballpark, and they are located behind Sections 110 and 112.

 

FAN BEHAVIOR

While at BB&T Ballpark, we want everyone to have a great time! Fans using loud, obscene or abusive language or engaging in any other conduct detrimental to the social environment of enjoying a public event will be asked to cease their conduct, and may be subject to ejection from the stadium if the conduct is deemed overly offensive.

Examples of this type of conduct include intoxication, unruly behavior, use of foul language, inappropriate dress (shirts and shoes are required, and offensive or suggestive attire is not permitted) violation of local, state or federal law, behavior deemed objectionable by the Winston-Salem Dash, or any behavior that infringes upon other fans' ability to enjoy the game.

 

FAN INTERFERENCE

In the interest of player and guest safety, the Winston-Salem Dash maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding fan interference with a ball in play, disruption of an event at BB&T Ballpark, or interfering with field and stadium staff. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate removal from BB&T Ballpark.

FIRST AID

For guests needing non-emergency medical attention, the First Aid station is located on the main concourse directly behind the Picnic Terrace near Section 105.

 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICIES

Outside food or beverages are not permitted into BB&T Ballpark unless a fan has specific dietary needs. In that case, please visit the Baker Roofing Box Office to pick up a dietary needs sticker, which will allow you to proceed into BB&T Ballpark with these food items.

 

FOUL BALLS/HOME RUN BALLS

Guests are welcome to keep any foul ball or home run ball hit into the stands. At no time should a foul ball or home run ball be thrown back onto the field. Guests throwing any object onto the field or interfering with a ball in play will be subject to removal. Guests should stay alert at all times for bats, balls and other "debris" that could land in the seating area.

GATE TIMES

All gates open one hour prior to game time. In the event of a doubleheader, gates open one hour before the start of the first game. Gate times are subject to change for events throughout the season.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates for tickets and merchandise are available at the BB&T Ballpark Box Office or by calling (336) 714-2287.

 

GROUP SALES/PRIVATE EVENTS

The Winston-Salem Dash offer group outings for groups of 20 or more. Some of the facilities include party suites, party decks and group seats. For specific information and pricing, please call a group sales representative at (336) 714-2287. Fans can also visit the Customer Service Booth located behind Section 110 to speak with a group sales representative.

HANDICAPPED PARKING

There are 16 reserved handicap parking spots located at either the main gate in right-center field (enter through the Broad St. entrance) or at the Womble Carlyle Club entrance (off of Peters Creek Parkway entrance). These spaces are first-come, first-serve. The Dash will make every attempt to park all handicap patrons as close to the stadium as possible. Please see a Dash parking lot attendant if no handicap parking spots remain upon your arrival. There is also a Dash golf cart available to transport customers directly to the main entrance.

 

HANDICAPPED SEATING

BB&T Ballpark is equipped with handicap seating with companion seating available upon request. If a fan needs any special assistance, please contact any member of the Dash ticketing staff or your section usher to accommodate any needs you may have.

LOST AND FOUND

Misplaced articles may be turned in at the Customer Service Booth on the Concourse behind Section 110. The Winston-Salem Dash will record pertinent information, and lost articles will be catalogued and held for the duration of the season. Items not claimed prior to the end of the season will be donated to charity. Guests needing assistance in retrieving lost items during non-game hours may call (336) 714-2287.

 

LOST, STOLEN, DESTROYED TICKETS

In the event that tickets are stolen, the primary account holder needs to contact the BB&T Ballpark Box Office at (336) 714-2287 and speak with the Box Office Manager or Supervisor. Stolen tickets will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

NATIONAL ANTHEM

The Winston-Salem Dash will hold their annual National Anthem Tryouts in March. For information on trying out to sing the anthem, contact Director of Entertainment Jessica Aveyard at jessica.aveyard@wsdash.com.

 

NOISE-MAKING DEVICES

Musical instruments or any type of noise-making devices may not be brought into BB&T Ballpark.

 

NURSING MOTHERS

Nursing mothers who require private accommodations are welcome to use the family restrooms located at Sections 110 and 112.

PAGING

The public address system is not used for paging guests. However, in the event of a medical emergency or special circumstance, consideration will be given to using a general page.

 

PARKING

There are various parking lots around BB&T Ballpark. Parking at BB&T Ballpark costs $6. Parking is included in many ticket packages, including plans that start as low as $315. Parking passes within these ticket packages also include a coupon for the Hanes Team Store.

 

PLAYBALL PROGRAM

PlayBall is the official gameday program of the Winston-Salem Dash. It is published daily before every Dash game. This publication contains features on Dash players, opponent information, as well as minor league updates and sponsor promotions. It is available for free at every entrance to BB&T Ballpark.

 

PLAYER APPEARANCES

Dash players and coaches do not make private appearances. They do, however, make several sponsored appearances each summer.

 

PROHIBITED ITEMS

For the comfort and security of all, the following items are not permitted in BB&T Ballpark:

  • Balloons
  • Footballs
  • Boom Boxes
  • Frisbees
  • Inflatable Balls
  • Laser Pointers
  • Fireworks
  • Lawn Chairs
  • Food & Drink
  • Weapons (firearms, knives, et al.)


The Dash reserve the right to inspect and remove any packages and containers.

 

 

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Promotional items are distributed to season ticket holders throughout the season. In order to claim a promotional item, ticket holders must present the correct voucher located in the front of their ticket booklet. If the giveaway date has passed, they can bring the voucher to the Hat Table (on the concourse behind Section 105) during any game to receive the item or call the Dash's administrative offices at (336) 714-2287 to arrange pick up during normal business hours at 926 Brookstown Avenue.

RADIO

Every Winston-Salem Dash game (both home and away) will be broadcast live on the internet at www.wsdash.com, while all Thursday games can be heard live on 600-AM WSJS in the Winston-Salem area.

 

RAIN DELAY/CANCELLATION

If we could control the weather, we would. The Winston-Salem Dash will make every reasonable attempt to complete each and every home game. Professional baseball requires at least five (5) innings to be completed (4.5 if the home team is leading) to be considered a complete game. If a Dash home game is rained out, please keep your ticket stub. The exchange policy for your game will be announced on the Dash's website following the cancellation, including instructions on how to redeem your ticket for a future game.

 

REPLACEMENT TICKETS

Season ticket holders need to contact their ticket sales representative at (336) 714-2287 to have replacement tickets printed.

SMOKING AREAS

BB&T Ballpark is a non-smoking and non-vaping facility. Smoking is permitted only outside of designated stadium gate locations throughout the facility. Fans must have a Customer Service Staff member stamp their hand for re-entry to the stadium.

 

SOCIAL NETWORKING

The Dash maintain a presence in the world of online social networking. Become a fan of the Dash on Facebook and follow the team on Twitter for special offers, in-game updates, breaking news and much more. Fans can also check out the "Dash Board Blog" for news on the team. The Dash are on Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube, too.

SOLICITATION/DISTRIBUTION OF LITERATURE

Guests are prohibited from distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted materials, without written permission from the Winston-Salem Dash.

 

SPEAKERS BUREAU

Dash front office personnel and broadcasters are often available as a speaker for your group or organization. If you would like a member of the front office to come speak to your club or organization, free of charge, contact the Dash Speakers Bureau at (336) 714-2287 or click here.

 

STADIUM EVACUATION PLAN

In the unlikely event of a fire or an act of terrorism, the crowd will be notified to exit at one of the three following exit points of the stadium by the public address announcer: Gate 1 (located in right field), Gate 2 (located in left field) or Gate 3 (located behind third base). Dash front office staff members will be used to direct crowd traffic. Gameday staff will assist with evacuating all fans and will then find a safe place in the service corridor on ground level. A copy of the stadium emergency plan will be reviewed preseason as well as kept on file at the customer service desk.

 

STROLLERS

BB&T Ballpark welcomes guests with strollers. However, their use should not in any way inhibit general guest movement or block any aisles. Strollers should be stored underneath the guest's seat or can be checked at the Customer Service Booth behind Section 110.

 

SUITE RENTALS

BB&T Ballpark party suites are available for groups of 16 or 32 who desire privacy and a more exclusive setting. The Dash offer a limited number of luxury suites for rental on a game-by-game basis. For more information, contact the Group Sales Department at (336) 714-2287 or click here.

HANES TEAM STORE/MERCHANDISE

Dash merchandise carts will be located throughout the main concourse of BB&T Ballpark. Guests can purchase official team merchandise, ranging from caps to pennants and everything in between. Merchandise is also available for purchase through the Dash website at www.wsdash.com or by calling Legends Hospitality Management at (336) 714-2287.

UMBRELLAS

Umbrellas are permitted inside BB&T Ballpark should rain be in forecast and on unusually hot days, provided they do not block the view of other guests.

VIDEO BOARD MESSAGES

Personalized birthday or other celebratory messages can be displayed on the electronic video board at BB&T Ballpark. All requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to game time, or by Friday at noon for weekend games. Guests may call (336) 714-2287 for further information.

 

VIDEO REQUESTS

Guests may request footage of a pregame ceremony or in-game promotion by calling Director of Entertainment Jessica Aveyard at jessica.aveyard@wsdash.com. A fee may apply.

WILL CALL

Will Call tickets left for another party may be collected at the Will Call Window at the BB&T Ballpark Box Office, located at the main entrance in right field. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. and during games. Will Call windows are closed Saturdays and Sundays on non-game days. On weekend event days, Will Call windows will open at 1 p.m. on Saturday and noon on Sunday.
