WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE STADIUM?
Backpacks, coolers and large handbags are prohibited. In addition, New York-Penn League rules prohibit outside food or beverages from being brought into the stadium.

With the exception of guide dogs, pets are not permitted in the stadium.

CAN I BRING MY CAMERA AND/OR VIDEO CAMERA INTO THE STADIUM?
Cameras are permitted into Richmond County Bank Ballpark, video cameras are not.

IS RICHMOND COUNTY BANK BALLPARK WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
There are wheelchair-accessible seats at the top of the seating bowl along the box and reserve sections. Folding chairs are also available for companion seating. Fans with special requests or needs may visit the guest relations booth, located on the concourse behind section 9, for assistance.

CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS FOR INDIVIDUAL GAMES?
Individual game tickets can be purchased at the Richmond County Bank Ballpark Ticket Office located on Richmond Terrace and Wall Street. The ticket office is open on game days from 10:00am until the end of the seventh inning, on non-game days during the season from 10:00am to 5:00pm. The box office is closed on non-game days but open at 12 noon on game days.

Tickets ordered over the phone prior to the day of the game may be picked up during regular ticket office hours or on the day of the game at the will call window, located on Richmond Terrace and Hamilton Avenue. You will be asked to present the credit card used for purchase and a valid form of identification.

DOES MY CHILD REQUIRE A TICKET TO ENTER THE STADIUM?
Children two years or younger do not need a ticket, provided that the child shares a seat with a ticket holder.

WHAT IS THE POLICY IF MY GAME IS RAINED OUT?
In the event of a rainout, you may exchange your ticket for a ticket of equal or lesser value to the rescheduled game date or another remaining 2010 home game, subject to availability. All exchanges must be mailed in or completed in person at the ticket office.

AM I ABLE TO GET PLAYER AUTOGRAPHS?
Players will be signing autographs outside the team store thirty minutes prior to the start of every game. While requesting autographs, please be courteous to the players, as well as to those fans that are nearby. Keep in mind that while players will try to accommodate as many fans as they can, they are subject to other obligations both before and after the game. Please refrain from trying to get an autograph from a player during the game.

HOW DO I GET MY BIRTHDAY ANNOUNCED?
All in-game announcements are reserved for those who have purchased a group outing of 10 or more people.

ARE GIFT CERTIFICATES AVAILABLE?
Bomber Bucks may be purchased at the ticket office during regular ticket office hours. Bomber Bucks may be used towards the purchase of tickets, concession stand food and merchandise. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
