Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions?
We've got answers!

Following are questions that are often asked of us, along with the answers to them. We hope this will make your next visit to Hammond Stadium for a Miracle game more enjoyable.

When is the best time to get autographs?
Players are not always available to sign autographs. The best time to try and get your favorite players autograph is immediately when the gates open, or immediately following the game as the players are leaving the field. Players will not be allowed to sign autographs just prior to or during the game. Get here early for your best shot. Fans may be asked to move to a different location near the field if they are waiting for players in a seating area that is being occupied by fans with tickets for those seats. Please be respectful of other fans while waiting to get autographs.

Is Hammond Stadium handicap accessible?
Of course! There are plenty of handicap marked parking spaces in the middle of the complex. We have two elevators, one each on the first and third base sides of the stadium located in the steeple stair cases. The elevators will take you to any of the four levels. For handicap seating, please call the Miracle office at (239) 768-4210.

What happens if a game gets rained out?
It does tend to rain here in Southwest Florida during the summer months. What happens if you're excited all day long for tonight's game, you already have tickets for the game, and it rains? Click here to see our Rain Policy so you know exactly what to do with your tickets.
