Welcome to Jackie Robinson Ballpark! The following guide will help you make the most out of your visit the ballpark and enhance your Daytona Cubs baseball experience.
Alcohol Regulations
Fans must be 21 years of age with positive identification to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages. The Daytona Cubs reserve the right to suspend service at any time at the sole discretion of the Cubs management and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Alcohol sales will be discontinued at the end of the 7th inning of every ballgame. Alcoholic beverages will not be allowed into the ballpark or outside the gates.
Animals
Animals are not permitted inside the ballpark with an exception to service animals or on designated Dog Days of Summer Night.
Appearances
Cubby enjoys entertaining fans at Jackie Robinson Ballpark as well as joining fans out in the community. You can request a Cubby appearance at your next event by contacting Janelle Yonkovitch at (386) 257-3172
Autographs
Daytona Cubs players will sign autographs at their discretion. Fans may respectfully request autographs prior to the game in areas near the dugout or near the Magnolia gate exit (north side of the ballpark) after the game. Players are not allowed to sign autographs during the game.
The Daytona Cubs hold two player autograph sessions during the course of the season. See the promotional schedule for more information on dates and times.
ATM
There is an ATM located in the breezeway next to the LKQ 10th Inning Watering Hole bar and grill off of the Riverwalk.
Bear Necessities

Beverages, Food and Containers
Florida State League rules prohibit food and drink from being brought into Jackie Robinson Ballpark. If you have a special request, please contact the Daytona Cubs Front Office at (386) 257-3172.

Budweiser Bullpen
The Budweiser Bullpen is located down the right field line. It offers a unique view of the game. There is a variety of Budweiser draft and bottle products, sodas, select food items, and liquor available. Cameras and Camcorders
Cameras and camcorders are allowed inside Jackie Robinson Ballpark for personal use only. No professional zoom lenses or tripods will be allowed without prior approval by management. Please contact our Director of Broadcasting and Public Relations at (386) 257-3172.

Cubby's Crew

Cubs Cash
Cubs Cash is a voucher honored as cash that can be used toward any merchandise or concessions purchase. Cubs Cash may be added to any groups package.
Disabled Seating
Disabled and wheelchair seating are available in the first 2 rows of the East seating sections along the first base line. Fans who need to purchase accessible seating can contact the Daytona Cubs ticket office at (386) 257-3172.
Dustins Picnic Porch
The Dustin's Picnic Porch is located down the first base line just past the first base bag. It is an ideal location to host an office party, company outing, or family event. Elevator
Jackie Robinson Ballpark is equipped with an elevator located near the Cubhouse Merchandise store behind the homeplate grandstands.
Exchanges
The Daytona Cubs do not offer ticket exchanges for single game tickets. Exchanges are available for full-season ticket holders through the No Ticket Wasted Program. For rainout information, please see Rainout Policy. Please contact the Ticket Office with any questions at (386) 257-3172.
Fan Services
UCF Daytona Beach Fan Services is located behind the home plate grandstands near the Cubhouse Merchandise Store. Fans seeking First Air, who have any questions or have won any prizes can see Fan Services for assistance.

Will Call
All ticket orders within two weeks of the scheduled game will be held in will-call. Will-call tickets can be picked up in the Ticket Booths just before entering the gates or at the will-call table located next to the Ticket Booths. Please bring a photo ID with you pick up tickets from Will-Call.

This special group outing allows your little league team to join the Daytona Cubs players as they take the field for the playing of the National Anthem. For more information
Fans are welcome to keep any foul ball that enters the stands during the game. The Daytona Cubs encourage fans to stay alert at all times for both balls and bats, as they travel at high speeds. The Daytona Cubs are not responsible for any injuries incurred due to any object leaving the field.
Gates will open one hour prior to scheduled first pitch for Sunday - Friday games. On Saturday, gates will open at 5:30pm.
Lost & Found
During ballgames, the Lost & Found is at Fan Services located behind the home plate grandstands near the Cubhouse Merchandise Store. During normal business hours, Lost & Found is located in the Daytona Cubs Front Office.
In the event that a guest becomes separated from his or her child, both parties should head towards Fan Services. Parents are encouraged to mention this to their children upon entering the ballpark, as well as locating Fan Services behind the home plate grandstands near the Cubhouse Merchandise Store.
The Daytona Cubs are a proud Advanced Class-A affiliate of the Chicago Cubs. Other Cubs minor league affiliates are the Iowa Cubs (AAA), Tennessee Smokies (AA), Peoria Chiefs(Low-A), Boise Hawks (Short Season-A), and Arizona League Cubs (Rookie).

Parking is available in the parking lot off of Magnolia Ave between Jackie Robinson Ballpark and the Daytona Beach Library. Additional parking can be found at the Courthouse Annex Building to the east of the ballpark. Parking is free.
The Daytona Cubs have a FREE program available to all fans as they enter the gate on game day. Included in the program is the Daytona Cubs roster and stat-sheet.
Radio Broadcast
The Daytona Cubs will broadcast their 140-game schedule on AM1230 W.S.B.B. as well as online at daytonacubs.com.
The Daytona Cubs will make every attempt possible to complete every game. In the event of a rainout, fans can exchange their tickets for any upcoming regular season home game at equal or lesser value. All exchanges are subject to availability. According to Florida State League rules, any game in which five (5) innings, or 4 ½ if the home team is ahead, have been completed is considered officially completed. Your ticket stub for the rainout date must been exchanged at the Daytona Cubs Ticket Office.
No refunds will be given for tickets purchased at Jackie Robinson Ballpark. See Rainout Policy.
There are two sets of restrooms at Jackie Robinson Ballpark. There are men and women's restrooms located off the Riverwalk on the third base side between the LKQ 10th Inning Watering Hole Bar & Grill and the Concession Stand. There are also men and women's restrooms located on the first base side near the Publix Playground behind the grandstand section.
Seniors age 60 and above can join the Silver Sluggers Club for $15. Members receive free admission to Tuesday games, an official t-shirt and more. For more information
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all internal areas of the ballpark, including the bleacher section and the grandstand section. Smoking is permitted along the Riverwalk, behind the Dustin's Picnic Porch and in the Budweiser Bullpen.

The Daytona Cubs offer two different ticket packages: Full Season Tickets and Flex-Pack Tickets. Full season packages include a ticket to all 70 home games. Flex-Pack tickets are either 10 or 22 tickets that can be used in any combination for any regular season home game. Call(386) 257-3172 or
