Notes: Inducted into the PCL Hall of Fame as part of the inaugural class in 1943...First season in professional baseball was in 1913 when he played for the Toledo Mud Hens of the American Association at the age of 18...Also played for the Cleveland Spiders of the American Association in 1915 (29 games)...Was a member of the Cleveland Naps (1913-14) and Detroit Tigers (1921-27), playing in 811 games and batting .304...Ended the 1937 season as the Manager of the Seattle Indians, posting a record of 61-69...Was a part of three PCL Championship-winning teams: Los Angeles Angels in 1916 and the Hollywood Stars in 1929 and 1930
