Can I send a player an email or mail message?
Sure, email us your message or question, and specify which player you want to contact. We will print your message and deliver it to the home clubhouse. A response will be up to the individual player. For US Mail, please send your letter to [PLAYER NAME] P.O. Box 507 Durham, NC 27702.

How do I become a Bulls Sponsor or have a Special Event at the Ballpark?

Can my little league team use the Bulls' logo?
Unfortunately we cannot give permission to anyone to reproduce our logo in any form, or use our logo if they are going to acquire the merchandise from an unlicensed vendor. Please contact our Merchandising Director, Bryan Wilson, for information on how your team can purchase merchandise from our store at a team discount.

How do I get a message displayed during a game?
The Bulls run messages on our video board and message board typically during the middle of the 5th inning nightly. These messages are primarily "Happy Birthdays" and "Happy Anniversaries" but are not necessarily limited to that, anything other than these 2 topics are at the discretion of management.

Just check in at the Michael and Son Fan Assistance Center before the third inning and let the attendant know what the message should read. Messages should be limited to five words for the message board in left field and just a name for the video board in center field. A $10 donation to the Durham Bulls Youth Athletic League (DBYAL) is required. The DBYAL allows disadvantaged inner city youth the chance to play little league baseball for free.

At what age does a child need their own ticket?
Our policy on children's admission is that any child 2 and under gets in without a ticket. However, if that child needs their own seat then they require a ticket regardless of age.

What is the policy for exchanging unused mini-plan or season tickets?
Unused tickets for mini-plan and season ticket holders can be exchanged directly at the Frontier Communications Ticket Office for tickets for another game. This can be done either before or after the game takes place. Your tickets would be good for seats in the Diamond View section on Fridays and Saturdays, or for best available on Sunday thru Thursday. The ticket office is open from 9 to 5 on Monday thru Friday and 9 to 9 on the days that we have games.

Do you provide handicap seating and if so is there a way to indicate that when you order tickets online?
We do have seating for fans using a wheelchair. Wheelchair seating is located on the seating bowl concourse in between the lower level and upper level of the stadium. Currently we don't have a way to order tickets for wheelchair seating so that purchase must be done by phone or at the ticket office.

When ordering tickets, please let your ticket representative know that you will need special wheelchair accommodations. To speak to a ticket representative and order tickets call 919-956-BULL.

How can I follow Durham Bulls games from home?
All games are broadcast locally on 620 The Buzz and on the web by clicking here. Nearly two-thirds of our games can be seen on Time Warner Cable SportsChannel 323, over-the-air on Me-TV channel 50.2 or online by clicking here. Where's the best place to watch the Durham Bulls Fireworks?
Every seat has an incredibull view of the fireworks show. Please know that if you purchase Lawn seats or seats in sections 128-134 you may be asked to move into the seating bowl for the show as a safety precaution from falling debris.

How do I redeem vouchers/coupons?
Bring your vouchers and coupons to the Frontier Communications Ticket Office to redeem for tickets.

What are the Durham Bulls Frontier Communications Ticket Office hours?
The Durham Bulls Frontier Communications Ticket Office is open regularly, during the season, Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, closed non-game day holidays. We are open during all games. On game days, the Ticket Office closes 2 hours after the scheduled start time or the middle of the 7th inning, whichever comes first. The Ticket Office is open on game day Saturdays at 9 am and Sundays at 12 pm.

Where is Will Call?
Pepsi Will Call is located at the Durham Bulls Frontier Communications Ticket Office on Blackwell Street. There are 9 windows at the Ticket Office. Pepsi Will Call are the 4 windows to the right, those closest to the Main Entry Gate, separated alphabetically. Have your photo ID in-hand to pick-up your tickets.

Where is parking available?
Behind the American Tobacco Building, the South Deck and the North Deck are available for $4. The East Deck, located just beyond the left field wall behind the Diamond View II building, is available for $5. There is also free parking on the street in any legal parking space. Handicap Parking is available on Blackwell Street courtesy of Van Products - please show your valid government issue parking placard/plate to the attendant for entry - the handicap spaces are first come, first serve.

How do I audition to sing the National Anthem?
School, church or community choirs of may contact the Durham Bulls Group Sales department anytime of year at (919) 687-6500. For soloists up through quartets, the Durham Bulls hold one audition every year in late February or early March. The audition date will be announced sometime in mid-February, so check www.durhambulls.com around February 15th for the announcement. People who audition live will get first priority, but if you are unable to make it, or missed the audition, you can send a CD to:

Can I bring my own food and drink to the ballpark?
Outside food and beverage is not allowed inside the ballpark at Durham Bulls games. Food, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages and bottled water are all sold at the ballpark. You may bring an empty water bottle to the game and fill it at the drinking fountains if you wish.

May I bring a camera to take pictures at the ballgame?
Yes, photography is allowed at the ballpark for personal use. You may shoot pictures from your seat or from any of the walkways inside the seating bowl excluding the stairs. You may not sell photos taken at the ballgame without express written consent of the Durham Bulls. Be sure to share your photos with us on Instagram by tagging them with #durhambulls.
