Taylor Wilding, Account Executive & Camp Coordinator


Taylor is in his second season with the San Jose Giants front office as Account Executive & Camp Coordinator. Prior to joining the club, Taylor worked at State Farm Insurance as an associate. Taylor spent six seasons playing professional baseball, including two years with the San Jose Giants as a relief pitcher in 2007 and 2008.

Taylor attended Cal State Polytechnic University in Pomona, winning the California Collegiate Athletic Association Pitcher of the Year award in 2005, as well as garnering All-American honors. Taylor was selected by the San Francisco Giants in the 13th round of the 2005 draft and played four seasons in the Giants organization. In 2007, he earned California League All-Star honors with San Jose to help the club to the championship. Taylor finished the season with 12 saves to go with a 4-2 record and a 2.54 ERA. He also played with San Jose the following season and received the Nettie Rappé Good Guy Award. Taylor appeared in 85 games during his two years with the San Jose Giants and combined for a 3.00 ERA, 23 saves and 145 strikeouts in 132 innings pitched. He finished his professional baseball career in 2010 with the Double-A Arkansas Travelers in Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim organization.

Taylor handles corporate partnerships and group sales while also overseeing the San Jose Giants youth camps. Taylor is thrilled to be a part of the San Jose Giants organization and looks forward to another winning season in 2013.
