IWLU#3 Iron Man of the Game



For over 100 years, Iron Workers Local Union No. 3 has built some of the most notable landmarks in western Pennsylvania. This season, IWLU#3 has teamed up with the SeaWolves to recognize on-field excellence by players on a nightly basis.

At each home game, one SeaWolves player will be selected as the Iron Workers Local Union No. 3 "Iron Man of the Game." You can find a running tally all season long right here.


April 13 vs. Altoona Matt Hall: 2.2 Scoreless innings in relief
April 14 vs. Altoona Arvicent Perez: Two hits and two RBI
April 16 vs. Trenton Tyler Alexander: Five strikeouts and earned his first win
April 18 vs. Trenton Kyle Dowdy: Struck out 10 batters in the win
April 27 vs. Binghamton Dominic Ficociello: Drove in the lone SeaWolves run.
April 28 vs. Binghamton Kyle Funkhouser: Worked a season-high 5.2 innings
April 29 vs. Binghamton Jake Rogers: Three hits and an RBI
April 30 vs. Bowie Kody Eaves: Connected on his first home run
May 1 vs. Bowie Jacob Robson: Connected on his first home run and walked twice.

May 18 vs. Reading Dominic Ficociello: Game-winning RBI single in the 12th inning.
May 20 vs. Reading Jacob Robson: Connected on a solo home run.
May 20 vs. Reading Liarvis Breto: Earned the win in his Double-A debut
May 25 vs. Trenton Jake Rogers: Two hits including a home run
May 26 vs. Trenton Kyle Funkhouser: Six strong innings allowing just one run
May 27 vs. Trenton Will Maddox: Two hits, an RBI and two runs scored
May 28 vs. Trenton A.J. Simcox: Hit his first home run and drove in four runs
