Ticket office employees are primarily responsible for the processing of single ticket sales and distribution of Will Call tickets to patrons of First Tennessee Park.
Often one of the first team representative to greet fans, ticket office employees must possess superior customer service skills in order to provide a positive first impression to fans. Ticket office employees are trained in the use of the Ticketmaster and Archtics computerized ticketing system.
Applicants must have strong communication skills in order to provide accurate information to guests in regards to ballpark events and ticketing policies. Applicants must also have quality cash handling skills as they will be processing both cash and credit transactions each game day.
Highly personable and energetic Fan Hosts are the face of the organization with whom our guests will have the most interaction.
Fan Hosts are attentive and assist our fans with any need that they may have at First Tennessee Park, including but not limited to: seat locations, concession items and locations, restrooms, and miscellaneous questions about the facility. Fan Hosts must also be aware at all times of fan's safety during games.
Each applicant must provide an upbeat and friendly personality at all times, be able to provide a high level of customer service, and be able to stand for long periods of time and work outside in any type of element. Unique entertainment abilities are encouraged!
Parking Attendants are typically the first line of our customer service team that fans will encounter upon arriving at First Tennessee Park.
Attendants will assist with directing and parking cars in our parking lots, provide correct information to fans on where to park, and assist with other activities that may arise during the course of the game.
Applicants must be at least 16 years of age, have an upbeat and friendly personality, be able to work outside in any type of element, and must be able to stand for long periods of time.
The Nashville Sounds are seeking individuals with prior dance experience to go along with enthusiastic and high-energy personalities for the Nashville Sounds Promo Team.
The interactive team provides in-game entertainment such as dance routines, t-shirt toss, prize giveaways and fan contests performed live on the stadium's video board. Other opportunities throughout the season include serving as a team ambassador in the community.
The Sounds will host one audition session for the promo team on Saturday, February 18 at First Tennessee Park. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. with tryouts taking place from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
A seasonal position for the 2017 season, promo team members must be available for all designated home games and have flexible schedules for nights, weekends and holidays.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and bring a completed application. Candidates should wear dance attire with comfortable shoes and are encouraged to bring makeup/hair products, a towel, bottle of water and a 4x6" photograph to the audition.
DAY OF AUDITIONS - Each candidate will perform a 1 minute routine of their choice. You will perform the routine before a panel of judges and cuts to the group will be made. Please bring music for your routine on either a CD, iPod, or phone. After the first round of cuts a choreographed routine will be taught to the remaining candidates. You will be given a short time to ask questions and rehearse with the music on your own after the routine is taught. After each candidate has performed, a second cut will be made and the finalists will be announced at a later date.

The Sounds' merchandise store is looking for experienced, outgoing persons to fill merchandise hawker positions. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age and available to work evenings.
Duties of the cashier will include but is not limited to re-stocking merchandise in the Pro Shop and ringing up purchases. Hawkers duties include walking through the stands and selling merchandise to the fans. Outgoing, loud personalities are a must.
You must have retail experience, be able to interact with the public, and must be knowledgeable of computers and handling money. You must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
The Custodial Game Crew Seasonal, Hourly position plays a vital role in delivering best-in-class fan experiences to guests at FTP. The ideal candidate will be consistent, energetic, engaging, passionate, personable, proactive, and welcoming. This person will assist with duties that directly relate to cleaning the ballpark before and during event. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age and available to work evenings.
