BOX OFFICE INFORMATION

Accessible/Disabled Seating
Accessible/Disabled seating is available at all vantage points of Cheney Stadium. For each Accessible/Disabled seat purchased, three (3) tickets can be purchased for accompanying companions. Accessible/Disabled seating can be purchased online via Ticketmaster.com, by phone at 1-800-745-3000, or in-person at the Cheney Stadium Box Office during normal business hours.

Online Purchases
Tickets purchased online can be delivered to your mobile device (when available), printed from home via the Ticketfast delivery option, mailed or picked up at any ticket window at Cheney Stadium by presenting the card used to make the purchase and a picture ID. One (1) Hours prior to scheduled game time, tickets are no longer available online and can only be purchased at the Cheney Stadium Box Office. Box Seats are only available for purchase on the day of game.

Purchases By Phone
To purchase individual game tickets by phone, please call 1-800-745-3000.

Resale of Tickets
Tacoma Rainiers and Special Event tickets cannot be resold on the premises of Cheney Stadium.

Will Call
The Will Call Window is located adjacent to Cheney Stadium's main entrance at the home plate entrance of the ballpark.

Exchanging Tickets
Individual and Group tickets are non-exchangeable, except in the event of a rain out. For complete information on season ticket exchanges, click here. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Weather Delays

In the event of a rainout in which five (5) innings have not been completed (4 ½ if the home team is leading):

  • If the game is rescheduled as either a stand-alone game or as part of a doubleheader, then your ticket is exchangeable for the date of the rescheduled game(s). All rained out game tickets must be exchanged in-person at the Box Office for the rescheduled game date.
  • If the game is not made up, your ticket can be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value for a Tacoma Rainiers home game in that same season (excluding July 3rd). All ticket exchanges are subject to availability.
  • If you have a Nightly Suite, Group, or Party Deck ticket please contact your group organizer or the Tacoma Rainiers Representative that coordinated the group prior to exchanging ticket at the box office. In some cases, your entire group may be rescheduled for another game date.

 

PARKING INFORMATION

The Tacoma Rainiers highly encourage fans to arrive at least one (1) hour prior to game time to ensure the best parking availability. Parking Passes & Parking Vouchers must be presented to a parking attendant in order to be directed to the appropriate parking area (General Admission Parking is subject to availability).

  • $10 per parking spot needed (Cash or Card)
