Volunteer with Heater on May 10

 

 


LET GREEN START WITH YOU

On May 10 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., volunteer with Dragons players, Heater, and the Dragons Green Team for a Great American Cleanup project. Volunteers are to meet at East End Community Services, 624 Xenia Avenue, Dayton, OH 45410. The cleanup will take place in the surrounding neighborhood (some walking will be required).

You don't have to bring anything or organize anything. Just register, show up, and have fun! It's a great way to give back to our community while meeting Dragons players, Heater, and the Green Team in the process!

All volunteers at the May 10 Dragons cleanup event will receive a free Dragons hat and be entered into a drawing for other great Dragons prizes!

So what are you waiting for? This is your chance to step up to the plate and bat cleanup for your community and get some great Dragons gear at the same time!

Deadline to register is May 7 and all volunteers are required to register to participate. Volunteers are to meet at 624 Xenia Avenue by 9 a.m.


VOLUNTEER YOURSELF, OR A LARGE GROUP

The Great American Cleanup is a great volunteer program for individuals or groups alike. So, if you want to volunteer your own time, or are a part of a larger group like the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, church groups, etc., the Great American Cleanup is a great way to give back to the community.

After registering, a representative from Montgomery County Environmental Services will contact you to confirm your registration and provide additional details on the May 10 Dragons cleanup.

 

To receive your Dragons hat and be eligible to win other Dragons prizes, you and/or your group must register on the Dragons website AND participate in the May 10 Dragons cleanup. For questions, please call Montgomery County Environmental Services at 937-225-4999. Deadline to register is May 7.
