Steve Gliner | President | steve@hvrenegades.com |

Steve was appointed as President of the Renegades on November 30, 2016. The 2017 season will be Steve's 30th season in Minor League Baseball, and it will also mark the beginning of Steve's second tenure with the Renegades as he was part of the original staff that started the franchise in January, 1994.
Steve began his first stint with the Renegades as the team's Director of Sales and Marketing, later becoming Assistant General Manager in 1997. Following the 1998 season, Steve was elevated to Vice President/General Manager. In his first season as GM, the Renegades went on to win their first New York-Penn League Championship. In October of 2001, Steve was named President/General Manager of the Renegades and he remained in that role through the 2003 season.
After ten seasons with the Renegades, Steve became a part of baseball history and an answer to a trivia question. He was part of the first-ever trade of baseball General Managers. Steve moved on to the Fort Myers Miracle in the Florida State League "in exchange for" then Miracle GM Dave Burke and his dog, Rutgers, who was also the Miracle mascot.
Steve served as the General Manager of the Miracle from October, 2003 through 2009, at which time he was elevated to EVP/GM. Following the 2011 season, he was appointed as President of the Miracle and in April, 2014 he was named the team's Chief Operating Officer. In 2015, the Miracle set the all-time single season attendance mark in the team's history in Southwest Florida, and in the same season, the team also set a new all-time average per game attendance mark. In 2008, Steve was named the Florida State League Executive of the Year. Under Steve's leadership, the Miracle were nominated for Minor League Baseball awards twelve years in a row, including the John H. Johnson President's Trophy for overall team operations and the Larry MacPhail Promotional Trophy for excellence in team promotions. Steve was also the Spring Training Coordinator for the Minnesota Twins during his entire 13 year tenure in Fort Myers, overseeing all stadium operations for Twins Spring Training at Hammond Stadium. Steve also worked closely with the Twins and Lee County on a major two phase renovation of Hammond Stadium in 2014 and 2015.
Steve began his baseball career in 1988 as a Public/Media Relations intern with the Albany-Colonie Yankees in the Eastern League. After joining the Yankees full-time for the 1989 season, Steve moved on to Charleston South Carolina to become the Assistant General Manager of the Charleston Rainbows (now the RiverDogs) from 1990 through 1993.
Steve, his wife Michelle, and their two sons, Aaron (19) and Ross (15) are thrilled to be back in the Hudson Valley and are looking forward to once again seeing everyone at Dutchess Stadium this season.

Rick Zolzer | Vice President | zolz@hvrenegades.com |

Rick took on responsibilities as the Director of Special Events for the Renegades in 2001, as well as becoming the executive director for the Renegades Pitch For Kids. Pitch For Kids is meant to bring together the families of the Hudson Valley through a variety of entertaining events and fundraisers that are run by Rick and his staff. Rick has made quite a name for himself in the Hudson Valley region as a public address announcer and crowd entertainer. His charismatic approach behind the microphone paved the way for future job opportunities.
In 2002, Rick started calling games from the booth at the Continental Airlines Arena as the PA announcer for the New Jersey Nets. During his three year stint with the Nets, the team won back to back Eastern Conference titels in 2002 and 2003, as well as making it to the second round of the NBA playoffs in 2004.
The next venue that Zolzer would make his voice heard at was Michie Stadium at West Point. The Army Athletic Association hired him to be the PA announcer for the Army football team for the start of their 2007 season. It was an easy decision for the Army Black Knights to hire Rick, as he had already proven to have an impressive track record of energizing fans and making the crowd feel part of the event. "I am thrilled to be a part of the biggest event the Hudson Valley has had to offer on Saturdays for the last 100 years," said Zolzer when he landed the job. "More than that, it is an honor to be a very small member of the family of the U.S. Military Academy and its athletic department." Zolzer even found the time to create his own entertainment company called Zolz Entertainment which host events such as weddings, parties, corporate gatherings, etc.
Not only can you hear Rick's voice echoing through PA systems, but you can also heard him locally on WRWD & Rock 93 Monday-Friday for the sports report. When he's not talking about his beloved LA Dodgers, Rick is commenting and offering insight on anything and everything in the world of sports.
The 2014 season, was the first with Zolzer as the Vice President for the Renegades. Zolz recognized the magnitude and responsibility of the new position.
"Being named Vice President of the Renegades organization is a ridiculous honor," says Zolzer. I have had no off switch for the 'Gades and enjoyed being a part of the team 24/7 over the past 20 years. I am thankful for this opportunity as I look toward the next 20 years. Zolz has been married to Mary since 1993 and has two daughters Taylor (17) and Jordan (15) both of whom work at the Dutch in the summer.
Sean Kammerer | Assistant General Manager | sean@hvrenegades.com |

Sean is entering his tenth season with the Renegades organization. Sean started with the Renegades as a Stadium Operations intern and has worked his way to the Assistant General Manager for the organization. This past season, Sean was honored with the 2016 New York-Penn League Male Executive of the Year.
When he's not rooting for the Renegades or surrounded by baseball, Sean enjoys playing golf and partaking in many outdoor activities. His favorite football team is the New York Giants and is a avid New York Yankees fan. Sean is graduate of SUNY Cortland with a degree in sports management. Sean also adds that if he could be any Disney character in the world, he would be Tarzan or Buzzlight year.
Business Office
Vicky DeFreese | Director of Business Operations | vicky@hvrenegades.com |

Although Vicky has been a part of the Renegades' Front Office for 10 years, it has been a fun filled & exciting part of her personal life as she has been a Season Ticket Holder since Opening Day in 1994. Being a part of the Renegades fan base gave her the opportunity to share many happy times here with family & friends, and has been blessed to make so many new friends along the way. As cliché as it sounds, Vicky says being a part of the Renegades' Front Office is truly the job she has waited for all her life. The Goldklang Group and staff she works with are very much a part of her extended family (as she is often called everyone's "work mom" around the office).
As part of a military family, Vicky was born in Texas but says the Hudson Valley has always been her home. Vicky is a graduate of Newburgh Free Academy and Dutchess County Community College with a degree in Accounting, Business Management and Human Resources. Vicky is also a volunteer for the Hudson Valley Chapter of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Good Shepard Soup Kitchen in Newburgh, and a member of the Orange County Chamber of Commerce.
Baseball is her favorite sport and is a devoted New York Met fan (her favorite player of all time is Gary "The Kid" Carter). Vicky enjoys meeting new people and has a passion for traveling. Loving travel so much, she has a home base travel business and resides in New Windsor, NY.

Teri has assumed many roles throughout her career in Campus Dining-Director of Retail Operations, Production Manager, Executive Chef, and Director of Campus Dining. Teri also had the opportunity to work as Director of Catering & Sales for Terrapin in Rhinebeck, New York.
