Canal Park was designed to be universally accessible and comfortable for fans with disabilities.
Canal Park is located in the heart of the Downtown Akron with an address of 300 South Main Street, Akron, OH 44308.
Fans can purchase tickets by calling the Canal Park box office at 330-253-5153. The box office is open on non-game days Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and closed on weekends. During Monday through Saturday home game dates, the box office will open from 10 a.m. until the end of the game. On Sunday home dates, it will open at 11 a.m. until the end of the game. Tickets are not available for purchase in the Canal Park team store. Tickets are available online at www.AkronRubberDucks.com.
For those who would like to consume alcoholic beverages, they are available at concession stands throughout Canal Park, as well as portable beverage stands. There is a limit of two alcoholic beverages per person (per trip to the concessions stands). Wristbands must be acquired and worn in order to purchase alcohol (SEE: WRISTBAND POLICY). Alcohol beverage sales on the will stop at the conclusion of the seventh inning. You must be 21 year of age to consume alcohol.
Animals are not allowed at Canal Park with the exception of certified service dogs for the disabled or the two specified "Bark in the Park Days."
Fans can submit birthdays, anniversaries, and other special announcements at Union Home Mortgage Guest Services (located behind section 12) by the top of the fourth inning. A limited amount of announcements will be accepted each night and they will be announced over the PA between the 7th and 9th innings. A $5 donation is required for all messages and the RubberDucks reserve the right to edit and/or prohibit any message that is deemed inappropriate.
There is an ATM located next to Union Home Mortgage Guest Services on the main concourse, behind section 12. All cash registers in the concession stands and in the souvenir store will accept credit cards. There is a fee associated with ATM withdrawals.
Fans are welcome to seek autographs before and after every RubberDucks game as long as they are not in someone else's seats or occupying an area needed to stay clear (aisles, main stadium walkways).
Changing stations are located in every restroom at Canal Park.
All bags are subject to inspection prior to entering the ballpark. This includes camera bags, computer bags, binocular cases and electronic equipment. Purchasing a ticket means you consent to the search. These policies may cause slight delays entering Canal Park. Please respect all RubberDucks staff. See PROHIBITED ITEMS.
Canal Park's administrative office is located on-site at Canal Park and open Monday thru Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5 p.m. Our phone number is (330) 253-5151.
CAMERA AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Cameras and video recorders are allowed at Canal Park as long as they do not obstruct the view of others.
The use of cell phones is permitted, provided they do not interfere with another guest's ability to enjoy the game.
Children age three and under may be admitted to RubberDucks games without a ticket, but need to sit in the lap of an accompanying adult. Children ages four and above require a ticket.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Akron RubberDucks management is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. Our staff will proactively intervene to support a family oriented environment where all guests can enjoy the entertainment experience free from the following behaviors:
· Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
· Any disruption of the game by a guest's actions or unauthorized entrance on the playing field or restricted areas.
· Intoxication or other signs of impairment, while entering or enjoying Canal Park.
· Obscene or indecent clothing.
· Guests seated in a location other than their ticketed seat.
If someone interferes with your enjoyment of a game, please contact a RubberDucks representative or visit Union Home Mortgage Guest Services located behind section 12.
COMPLIMENTARY TICKET VOUCHERS
Complimentary ticket vouchers are only exchangeable in-person. Tickets will NOT be held via phone orders. An exception is made for non-profits who have received a VIP package option.
The Akron RubberDucks offer a variety of concession options for our fans. There are seven main concession stands that serve ballpark fare as well as a number of new items in 2017, including:
· The Sock Hop Ice Cream and Candy Shoppe
· Godfather's Kitchen
· The Dog Pound
· Bier Garten
· Jobu's Craft Brews
Also on Thirsty Thursdays, there will be two portable draft beer locations serving $1 beer on the first and third base sides on the concourse. $1 soda/pop will be available at all stands equipped with fountain service.
CREDIT CARD POLICY
MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted at ticket windows, concessions and merchandise locations.
In accordance with Eastern League rules: cans, bottles, beverages, food, and coolers are prohibited from being brought into the stadium.
I-77 South to Route 59 East. Exit at Exchange/Cedar and turn right onto Cedar. Go to Main Street, turn left and ballpark is on the left. Or Route 8 South to Perkins Street exit, turn right off exit, follow to South High Street, turn left, follow to State Street, turn right, go one block to ballpark.
I-77 North to Main/Downtown exit. Follow to Broadway Street, turn left on Exchange Street, right at Main Street, ballpark is on the left.
I-76 West to Main/Downtown exit. Follow to Broadway Street, turn left on Exchange Street, right at Main Street, ballpark is on the left.
I-76 East to 59 East. Exit at Exchange/Cedar and turn right onto Cedar. Go to Main Street, turn left and ballpark is on the left.
Parking is $2 after 6:00 PM in Downtown Akron, Monday through Thursday in all City of Akron operated lots and parking decks and free after 6:00 PM Friday and all-day Saturday and Sunday.
Duck Bills can be purchased in the Team Store or the Main Box Office. They are sold in $1 denominations that can be used for tickets, merchandise, concessions and The Game Grill & Bar. Duck Bills have replaced Orbit Bucks. Dugout Dollars are no longer accepted at Canal Park by the RubberDucks. Duck Bills expire at the end of the season.
Canal Park features one elevator, located inside the Suite Level entrance. Guests are required to present a Suite Level ticket to access the elevator.
In the event of an emergency, RubberDucks personnel have been trained and instructed to assist guests in evacuating Canal Park.
EXIT AND RE-ENTRY
Fans can exit and re-enter Canal Park at any time as long as they have their ticket. When exiting or re-entering, please present your ticket to one of the Game Day Employees at the gate to have them mark your ticket for re-entry.
FAN SHOUT OUTS
Fans looking to have a message on the video board during the game can visit Union Home Mortgage Guest Services (located behind section 12 on the concourse) to provide their message to our Guest Services team. Fan Shout Outs require a $5 donation and will be held at the end of the 7th inning. Union Home Mortgage Guest Services will cut off sales of Fan Shout Outs at the top of the 4th inning or when they sell out (whichever comes first).
First-aid is available at Canal Park. Please see an usher or visit Union Home Mortgage Guest Services located behind section 12 to be escorted to a first-aid attendant.
FLEX TICKET PLANS
Flex Plans are a great way to enjoy RubberDucks Baseball all season in 10 and 20 ticket combinations. Both plans provide the flexibility to choose the games and seats you want to attend. Also, specific game tickets may be reserved in advance through your account executive, calling the box office or at the game. Advance game and seat selection is recommended and tickets are guaranteed up to 24-hours before a game.

Public Gates typically open one (1) hour prior to game time. The Suite Level entrance is for Suite holders and their guests only. Season Ticket Holders may also enter through the Suite Level entrance two (2) hours prior to game time (except on Saturdays).
The RubberDucks policy is to distribute one giveaway item per eligible fan entering Canal Park. An eligible fan is a fan that meets advertised age limits or other requirements. Extra tickets for a game may not be redeemed for giveaway items. One (1) giveaway per ticketed fan; Limited to the first 1,000 fans.
Bobblehead Giveaway Policy - The first 1,000 fans through the Summa Health (Main St & Buchtel Ave) and University of Akron (Main & State Sts) gates will receive our one-of-a-kind bobblehead giveaway items. Fans who purchased the guaranteed bobblehead giveaway package must enter through gate C (located in left field by Akron Children's Hospital) to receive their guaranteed giveaway item. No other bobblehead giveaways will be given at this gate. If you did not purchase the guaranteed bobblehead giveaway package and would like your chance at being one of the first 1,000 fans, you must enter through the Summa Health or University of Akron gates. These are the only giveaway eligible entrances.

HANDICAPPED PARKING AND SEATING
Handicapped parking is available directly in front of the RubberDucks front office, in the lot across the street. Handicapped seating is available throughout the ballpark along most of the top rows of each section.
Unfortunately, injuries at the ballpark do occur. Fans in need of medical attention should inform a police officer and/or a RubberDucks staff member immediately. Emergency medical service is available at the AMR First Aid room, located behind section 12 on the main concourse near Union Home Mortgage Guest Services.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost and found items should be turned into Union Home Mortgage Guest Services. At the end of each night, all unclaimed items will be stored in the RubberDucks front office. Fans can call the RubberDucks front office at 330.253.5151 to retrieve lost items.
Webster, Orbit & Homer. New in 2016 is Rubberta, Webster's little sister.
Official RubberDucks merchandise is available at the Team Store located down the first base line. Souvenirs are also available in-game at the third base kiosk and at the kiosk on the Suite Level. The Team Store is always open online at rubberducks.milbstore.com. Team Store hours are currently 10 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, and 10am to 2pm on Saturday.
OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE
For the safety and security of our fans, outside food & beverage (including bottled water and peanuts) cannot be brought inside Canal Park.
Parking is $2 after 6:00 PM Monday - Thursday and free after 6:00 PM on Friday in Downtown Akron in all City of Akron operated lots and parking decks. Saturday and Sunday parking is free all day.

RubberDucks pocket schedules are available at the ticket windows, Union Home Mortgage Guest Services, the Team Store and various other locations within Canal Park. Food, beverages, weapons of any kind, (even with a concealed weapons permit) knives, containers such as coolers or thermoses, lawn chairs, banners or signs that are not in the spirit of the event or that obstruct the view of others, animals other than service animals, compressed air horns are all prohibited at Canal Park. Plus, any additional items deemed unacceptable by RubberDucks management.
Personal radios and handheld television sets are permitted inside Canal Park. The RubberDucks flagship station is Fox Sports Radio 1350AM.
All RubberDucks home and away games are broadcast on FOX SPORTS AM 1350 and via the website, www.akronrubberducks.com with the "Voice of the RubberDucks" Jim Clark, who enters his 25th year as the play-by-play announcer for this franchise. Also, Dave Wilson returns for his sixth season behind the mic and will call all Akron RubberDucks road and home games during the 2017 season.
If the game is postponed due to weather conditions and not deemed a complete game by reaching the minimum innings necessary, the ticket bearer may exchange their ticket for a future regular season game of their choice, excluding concerts and special events. Fans are entitled to a ticket price of same or lesser value, subject to availability. All transactions must take place at the RubberDucks box office with the qualifying ticket. No monetary refunds are given.
There are 3 men's, 3 women's and 2 family restroom locations on the main concourse. There are 2 men's, and 2 women's restroom located on the Suite Level.
Tickets may not be resold on the property of Canal Park or in the parking areas that surround it and tickets associated with such transactions are subject to confiscation.
Capacity is 7,630.
Smoking is not allowed in the seating area or inside Canal Park. Smoking is permitted by the Dog Pound concession stand down the third base line and outside Gate C.

Strollers are allowed at Canal Park and may be stored under guests' seats. Strollers may not block rows, aisles or stairways.

Tailgating is not permitted in City of Akron parking lots.
RubberDucks tickets can be purchased in person at the RubberDucks box office during regular box office hours and at the team store, between the hours of 10 am to 5 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 2 pm on Saturdays when the team is on the road. Tickets may also be purchased over the phone by calling 330-253-5153 during office hours and also online via www.akronrubberducks.com. All sales are final, refunds and exchanges are not permitted.
TOURS OF CANAL PARK
The 60-minute tour provides an insider's look at Canal Park and RubberDucks baseball. Tour stops may include the RubberDucks clubhouse, press box, visitors' clubhouse, dugouts, on-deck circles, and suites. On those tour days that coincide with baseball games, certain areas may have limited or no access.

$4 Adults/$3 Seniors, Military and Children (Ages 4-12; 3 & under are complimentary)

Umbrellas are permitted inside Canal Park. Please be considerate of other guests.
UNION HOME MORTGAGE GUEST SERVICES
Located on the main concourse behind Section 12 at Canal Park, Union Home Mortgage Guest Services features team and ballpark information, first-aid assistance, on-field contest sign-ups, ticket information and more. Please see a Union Home Mortgage Guest Services representative for any questions you may have during your Canal Park visit.
VIDEO BOARD SYSTEM
Daktronics LED video display board measuring 26' x 68'. It is one of the largest in all of Double-A baseball.
Located near main restrooms at Canal Park. Standard and wheelchair accessible.
Group Tickets are available at the Group Will Call Table at the Summa Health System Gate directly east of the Main Box Office A for Group Tickets starting 90-minutes before the game.
Will Call tickets are available any time after single-game tickets have been purchased over the phone or online at any Box Office location. Tickets are released only to the person whose name appears on the account. No one will be given tickets designated for another person. Proper photo identification is required, preferably a driver's license, and purchasing credit card, if applicable. Also, fans are welcome to leave tickets for another fan at the Main Box located at the Summa Health System Gate.
All fans who will be consuming alcoholic beverages in 2017 will need to first pick up a wristband as they enter the gates at Canal Park. Wristbands can be found at the ID Booths, located near the Summa Health System and University of Akron gates and at Union Home Mortgage Guest Services. Fans will show their ID at these locations and receive a wristband in order to consume alcoholic beverages. Wristbands will need to be worn throughout the game to be able to purchase beer, wine or liquor at any of the Canal Park concession stands. Remember, no band, no beer!
