Online Account Manager - 1st Time Users

STEP 1: Click HERE to access the TicketReturn page

STEP 2: Once you reach the TicketReturn page, click on "Help Me Find My Account"

STEP 3: This will prompt you to enter your Name, City, State or Email address

STEP 4: Next you will be asked to enter part of the barcode Number off your tickets

STEP 5: Your account information will be displayed and you must Create a new User ID and password

STEP 6: The next time you log in just click "Sign In" and then enter the User ID you created in step 5

 

Online Account Manager - Returning Users

STEP 1: Click HERE to access the TicketReturn page

STEP 2: Once you reach the TicketReturn page, click on "Sign In" with your user ID and password and you'll be on your way.

 

SELL YOUR TICKETS

Selling Your Tickets

If you know you cannot attend a game, you may place your tickets for sale on the Internet. You will only be charged $1.50/ticket for each ticket sold. If your tickets do not get sold, you will not be charged.

STEP 1: Click HERE to access the TicketReturn page.

STEP 2: Once signed in, click "Your Account" and click " Tickets You Own" link for the tickets you want to sell

STEP 3: Click "Sell Tickets." This lists all of the tickets you currently own

STEP 4: Select the "Sell" box for any tickets you want to sell

STEP 5: Click the "Confirm Sale of Selected" Tickets" button. Ticket sale information is displayed

STEP 6: If all is accurate, click "Sell Your Tickets" button. The next page verifies that the tickets are now posted for sale on TicketReturn.

 

RECLAIM YOUR TICKETS

Re-Claiming Unsold Tickets

If you want to Re-Claim tickets you put up for sale, you can get unsold tickets returned to your account.

STEP 1: Click HERE to access the TicketReturn page.

STEP 2: Click 'Re-claim unsold tickets.' The Re-claim Your Unsold Tickets Page appear, listing tickets you have posted for sale, but have not yet sold.

STEP 3: Select the 'Re-claim' box for any tickets you want to have returned to your account.

STEP 4: Click 'Confirm Re-claim of Selected Tickets' button. Ticket re-claim information is displayed.

STEP 5: If all is accurate, click 'Confirm Re-claim of Tickets' button. The next page verifies that the ticket re-claim is complete.

 

TRANSFER YOUR TICKETS

Transfer Your Tickets - FREE of charge

If you know you can't use tickets for a game, you can transfer them to another person free of charge.

STEP 1: Click HERE to access the TicketReturn page.

STEP 2: Click "Your Account" and click the "Tickets You Own" link for the tickets you want to transfer.

STEP 3: Click "Transfer Usage of Tickets." The Transfer Your Tickets page appears listing all the tickets you currently own.

STEP 4: Select "Transfer" box for any tickets you want to transfer.

STEP 5: Click "Confirm Transfer of Selected Tickets" button. The next page displays the ticket transfer information.

STEP 6: Select to print the tickets and give them to someone else OR to transfer t another individual's account.

NOTE: The transferee does not need an existing TicketReturn account. TicketReturn creates one automatically during the transfer process.

STEP 7: Click "Continue." The next steps in the procedure depends on whether you selected to print the tickets or to transfer them to another account.


If you choose to print the tickets to give to another person:

STEP 1: Ticket transfer information is displayed verifying that the transfer is complete.

STEP 2: Click "Print These Tickets" button. The print page appears.

STEP 3: Click "Print Tickets."


If you choose to transfer the tickets to another person's TicketReturn account:

STEP 1: The transfer a ticket page appears. Enter the information of the transferee.

STEP 2: Click "Confirm Ticket Transfer." If the name you entered is a person already in the TicketReturn database, the system will try to match it to the correct account. Select the matching account and click "Transfer Tickets" button.

STEP 3: Ticket transfer information is displayed verifying that the transfer is complete. If necessary, TicketReturn creates an account for the transferee, and the tickets are added to the account. The transferee need to print the tickets on a personal computer or pick-up them up at the Whitaker Bank Ballpark Box Office.

 

PRINT YOUR TICKETS

Printing Tickets

STEP 1: Click HERE to access the TicketReturn page.

STEP 2: Click "Your Account" to display account information.

STEP 3: Click "Tickets you own" link for the ticket you want to print.

STEP 4: Select the "Print Ticket" box for each ticket you want to print.

STEP 5: Click "Print Selected Tickets" button. The tickets appear on the screen.

STEP 6: Click "Print Tickets."

 

WILL CALL

Leaving tickets at Will Call

When you know you can't use your tickets, just give us a call and we will be happy to place them in Will Call for someone else to pick-up. Photo ID is required for Will Call pick-up and the photo ID must match the Will Call name. Who to call to place tickets at Will Call?
