The Nashville Sounds team up with Nashville area non-profit organizations throughout the season to provide much-needed funds and the opportunity to raise awareness for their specific cause.
The Community Awareness Responsibility Effort was created by the Nashville Sounds Foundation and the Nashville Sounds Community Relations department in 2011 to highlight non-profit organizations during the season.
The Sounds will donate a portion of ticket revenue (see below) back to the organization for every ticket purchased using the charity's specific promotional code, plus $10.00 for every scoreboard message throughout the season.
The Nashville Sounds will wear a charity jersey once a month, which can then be purchased during an in-game silent auction at Greer Stadium. Fans will have the opportunity to bid on the jerseys throughout the game and take home a piece of Sounds memorabilia. A different item will be additionally auctioned off each night to help raise funds for the organization.
Sounds fans - here's your chance to enjoy a great game while raising money for a worthwhile cause!
